I had a disappointing experience with the ID Centre's customer service. I encountered issues with communication, which left me feeling frustrated. It's essential for any service provider to ensure effective communication. I also believe that all customers should be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background. I hope the ID Centre Works only for Arabs. The worst arabi staff I have ever seen.
No respect for other countries only they are speaking nicely to Arabic ppl
I submitted for Visa for two weeks for an exam and i lost my exam because they couldn't finish my Visa entry, two weeks waiting and i called them more than 10 times and all what they say is sorry and by this sorry i lost my exam
إستقبال كان سيء وتعامل غير راقي ولا يعكس حسن أخلاق حكومة دبي والإمارات اللي معودتنا على الحفاوة والتعامل الحسن كإخوة خليجيين،، أحس الفرع هذا عنده مشكلة مع السعوديين بشكل خاص أنصح بالتوجه لفروع أخرى وشكراً
Quick and convenient. Required- EID application- ecopy.and passport. Paperless procedure. Reached at scheduled prebooked appointment time. Completed in 5min. Direction boards all on the way. Ample free parking.
It's a very good centre for biometrics of Emirates id. Quite big and fast customer service. For females, there was no queue.so less time.there is ample parking services outside the centre.my entire process was done in 15 minutes. However, no public transport available.so they can plan their travel beforehand.
Need urgent support, please read. I left Dubai 4 years back, now i requested police clearance for my Australia Visa and Police clearance certificate is showing wrong name. As per Dubai police, my name is wrong in Emirate ID database. I raised around more than 20 complaints but they are closing complaints by saying visit the emirates ID center. I am not in UAE, I explained in every complain but they are closing complaint without changing name. My name was correct on my old visa and old emirates ID, how come its changed now in system. Its around 4 months i am struggling and no one is helping. I called&emailed many times to Federal Authority, MOI& GDRFA. No one provided any support. Please do the needful.

Very worst receptionist and security. Very bad behavior even we can’t talk properly to them. Hoping uae government should put good peoples in such centers
I visited three times but I couldn’t enter coz security always saying pls come after two hours after two hours again repeating. May be buzy after long holidays.
تعامل بدون نفس وعدم اعطاء معلومة واضحة حيث اختلف الموظفان امامي + عدم وجود الخدمة السريعة (ارجنت) + تم تقديم الطلب اون لاين و عند الحضور الى الفرع اجباري على طباعة ورقة الايصال حيث البيانات موجودة في النظام بشكل عام تجربه سئية
Worst experience.reception madam not even listen When I given typing form to check the status.she directly denied and she said rejected She didn't check the status More important this is new form I typed 1 star also I given cause there is no options
Organized place - very helpful staff - wait time reasonable- clean - I was assisted and advised beyond what I expected. Could solve an issue created by Amer in minutes
I give them 4 stars because staff's are really well and have a technical experience, he doesn't clear my emirates id issues but he find out the what's wrong and give the some solution, it's really helpfully now I got the my emirates id.
Went over today at 12pm to update my mobile number tagged to my EID, the place was closed with no notice on the front gate or the call center. The operating hours displayed on the gate was 0700-1700 Sunday to Thursday!

They made the people stand in sun, stating there is crowd inside due to covid. They should have made arrangements to atleast make the people stand inside. There was crowd just outside the main gate with security allowing only a few community people inside.
Federal Authority For Identity And Citizenship needs to improve a lot in terms of service and they need to be more polite to the people. Especially person who sitting in the front desk.
Don't know how to deal with customers. They even didn't ask about the real issue. Unsatisfactory answers. In customer service you have be more polite to the people.
The reception employee told us to go to another branch while saying it's crowded. She made us keep driving for one more hour to find anther branch while she could let us simply enter.
Best place to activate or issue your emirates ID issues or if your emirates fail to work at dubai airport. Great service Great reception free Arabic coffee, polite staff look like you are Europe)
Details online does not show that they only take care of particular reqments and not new Emirates ID. We were turned away to go to Sonapoor or Al quoz. Waste of time.: (
I must say I was really impressed by the service provided from front desk onwards. I always have problems while doing finger prints.but the lady who dealt with me was so patient and friendly, totally made me at ease!:)
