The center has moved from Al Karama to Al Ghazal Mall, satwa. Unlike the negative feedback the place was very professional. I got my biometrics done on total 25 mins. There is a proper waiting area with respectful staff. Just make sure you carry the required documents else you will not be allowed to enter. You need your application form, passport, dha medical fitness report, pcr test (atleast 48 hours before visiting) or covid-19 vaccination card / Al hosn app. Overall a good experience.

hello Winfred, is it okay to show the receipts and sms from the medical center, instead of the medical report? Because we cannot download the report.they said it’s already in the system.

The security guard - Muhammad Tahir - was very rude. He wouldn’t let anyone into the location and made us wait outside. He completely made the experience not worth it and horrific. He shouldn’t be a security guard. They also said they close at 1 despite being open until 2: 30 and wouldn’t let anyone in at all. We went to Al Nadha instead and it is so much better, go to Al Nadha and not Karama

There were so many bad reviews thus I was quite impressed. The job got done in 15minutes. It's not required that they are super friendly. They take your finger prints and a photo. You need to do the medical test before hand. Entrance is only allowed if you show the application form, medical results and passport. Customers only no accompanying family.

We parked at the wrong place, the happiness centre and walked. The actual place is passing an Emirates NBD. It's a beige and cream building.

The branch is supposed to close at 5 o'clock and they do not let people enter 15 minutes before closing time giving excuses like system is not working and so on. If you are not willing to assist after a certain time please mention correct timing.

Security is extremely rude and ignoring.
The center closed at 3: 30pm although they close at 5pm.

Poor service and they will just ask you to go to the branch close to the Karama Medical Fitness Centre. They won’t even bother checking your documents properly. Waste of the time. I went 2x and they just keep on saying that the system is down.

After waiting for about 30 minutes, my token number was skipped and when I approached the guard he said just to sti down and wait. After 5 tokens, I approached the customer service and thye just gave me a token numner which 15 numbers ahead and have to wait again for another hour. They should consider the priority of token holders so time is not wasted.

Great Place! Quick and Easy. Staff was friendly and we even talked about football which made the whole atmosphere very warm.

Excellent conditions, a very beautiful place, all the amenities for customers, but the female stuff is very rude and arrogant, I do understand they language and they were behaving very unprofessional.
The guys at the reception are very professional and welcoming.

So dissapointed to a lady who's working here. Like she literally keep on saying offensive words. Extremely mean, like you shouldn't be working there if that's how you treat people just because my fingerprints are not showing for the 1st and 2nd try. Like I told her ok and I even said sorry. She even told me "stop saying ok, If I get mad I will not continue this" and a lot more. Like seriously?

I came there 3: 45pm and the office is till 5pm.they tell me it was close and come back again.i think they should change their timing to till 4 pm not 5 pm.

Staff is supporting and helpful. You need to be very early if you want to finish your ID card renewal process. Because in the early morning less customer there:)

Worst Customer service I have ever seen in dubai especially the local lady in charge of the office is very tough and most of the time not available in here office.after long time waiting for her she was helpless and she was not even ready to listen to me. I had to leave the office with a great disappointment and go to another branch. Went to Al Barsha office with and their I found the situation is completely diffrent. Very responsive and cooperative staff and solved my problem in less than 10 minutes.don't recommend any one to go to Karama office especially if you will have to deal with this local lady.

I just encounter a very poor treatment with one of the staff in fingerprint scanning and capturing, too rude to customer. Try to be nice sometimes.

Very poor treatment at the fingerprinting centre. I have seen some of them even shouting at the customers.

I had complaint against one of your branch here in union square.
My Emirates id came there. I been there to collect my id from there. I collect my token and waiting for my turn. When my turn came manager by him self giving Emirates id's to people I show my sms which I received to collect my Emirates id from there to him.
He looked at me and said no I will not give your Emirates id I asked why? He said baba don't ask questions from me once I said I will not give i will not give and same time he said to all of his staff if this guy will come don't give his Emirates id to him.
Still I don't know the reason why he is not giving my Emirates id.
If you really will read this of my comment about your staff please give me answer and take strict action against the staff. Because I listen if i will not collect my id on time I must process my id again. Which will be totally wrong why I should pay again.
Please consider my request and take action against it.
