Lack on information on how to access the premises.extra mo ey was required on top of the original shipment cost which is not justified.instead of delivering to your home which is supposed to be done.you have to pick up the item and pay extra.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this branch. I asked about the fastest delivery to Kuwait and the person assisting me said it will arrive by next day at 1: 00pm express so I paid and sent the package.now it’s 2 days passed and the package hasn’t been delivered. When the person that is supposed to receive the package contacted the FedEx office in Kuwait they told him that the package is sent standard and will be delivered in 3 days
Amazing staff especially the receptionist who assisted us. Beforehand, we were called to update us about the package we ordered. We came the same the and the service was alazing, the place is less crowded, in fact we are the only customer when we came. The building is so clean and smells fragrant! ️
Front desk have 0 knowledge and takes hours to process a small request. And even though they charge thousands of Dirhams for a shipment, they 'claim' that they are unable to provide a color printout (for their own requirement) to customers. Terrible experience and rude customer service.
One of the worst customer service team in dubai. Never stick on to delivery schedule.more than 10 days we are following up for delivery each day they are amending awb. Team in dubai does not have any idea

I have seen my package have cleared the customs before 10 days but till now I did not hear from them and when I am calling them it's an answering machine which asks you questions and keep you on hold for 5/6 mind and disconnects. I am very disappointed with this. If anyone knows how to deal with them ply tell me. I am in Dubai UAE.
The front staff arent helpful. But the manager Brad is a perfect problem solver and he utilises all the resources at hand to make you leave the office happy and satisfied.
I have shipped a key to the US for AED291.5; but got charged AED2915 (extra zero) on my credit card; 10 days pasted without any actions after filing the complaint, and I have called 7 times to follow up and still waiting to get my money back! Such a shame!

Went to collect a courier as I preferred that, staffs were very friendly and very efficiently handled. Got the parcel very fast. Office was very easy to locate. But had problem with parking. Name FEDEX creates a perception in our mind and the service we get really keeps the brand name at highs.
