What a horrible service for such a big company, this the 3rd time my package gets delayed from your side for no reason, you don't even inform the customer if they agree to change the delivery date, your horrible company just changed the date by itself.

I will never ever deal with you again and I hope no one will send me anything via your horrible service

0 stars! Bunch of crooks! Stopped medicines at Dubai airport first mentioning that labels are not there, once they found the labels, now mentioning the product value is low!? Like seriously? Take payment but at least let the medicines through!

Very unprofessional service managed very unorganised individuals in dubai they delayed the courier multiple times without any reasonable reason will never use the service in the future and will not recommend it. The person who was handling my shipment was Jeet Bahadur and was not cooperative at all despite of the scheduled delivery date he delayed the delivery.

If I could give zero stars I would. After receiving over 30 packages the last few months, one of my packages would not be released from customs. Delsamee tells me I need an MOD from GHQ, but refuses to tell me why this is needed and the others have not. Also received 3 more packages after this particular package with no issue.

Fed X courier worl wide service its very great perfome, but in dubai terminal 2 airport, fed x office, 1 pick up (phillipino) guy he give very bad service always.if you have 1 parcel then he west your time may be 30 -40 in only 1 little courier no any rus evry costmer 30-40 min.

This 5 star goes only to FedEx airport center, the guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Before going there I was in touch with their customer service by phone and email for a week and got many different and contradictory answers to same question, call center I will rate 1 star

Fast. Professional FedEx service. To the point & no exaggerated customs or handling charges. Just make sure to have all docs ready to validate a quick handover by staff, and your packages to you!

Veey poor communication, item not delivered & after calling them they said incomplete address i asked why no one called me. Requested to pick it up from their location they said not possible it is with driver, when requested them to call driver for delivery they said not possible tomorrow delivery. Again called next day morning they asked again for address. After 1 hour they called saying not possible delivery before noon.
Unprofessional company better if i use normal shipping company.

I used fedex for senting my certificates to india from dubai to india. Today finished 14days. Its reached india. But not delivered. Called customer care many time. As per them no updates are available. Everyday when i call them the answer wil be same. We will update it. Mailed a complaint. Still no update. Really its very disappointing. We are expecting a fast service and using this type of services. But now i am in a situation that my certificates are lost.never select this service for senting your valuables

So I was not able to pay by cash when my parcel arrived from China cuz i wasnt at home. I call them to ask for payment link as many logistic companies provide that. However, this company doesn’t have one and what they do was they asked me for my card detail. All was cool until they ask my CVV code! Seriously? The government or even the bank itself warns us not to give this code to anyone. This code is not for everyone to know lol. I thought they asked my card details so they can make a payment link but no, asking for CVV code somehow it’s kinda like frauds. So unprofessional that you are a big company from US and doesn’t support payment link system, on the top of that, you asked for CVV CODE? TERRIBLE SERVICES. I WOULD LOVE TO RECOMMEND WHOEVER WANTS TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY, BETTER CHOOSE DHL OR ARAMEX. THEY WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR SUCH THIS KIND OF DETAILS ALSO THEY WILL SUPPORT YOU WITH PAYMENT LINKS

Call multiple time after all the menu entered properly waiting for few minutes agents simply pickup the phone and banged it. Very poor customer service seems they dont want to get new customer or not qilling to answer.

Customer service is not only physically at the store but also over the phone and what’s the point if it mentions 24/7 and a phone number is available if you are not going to answer.being a multinational company you should have a 24/7 contact center specifically if you have a location which is open 24/7. I see a lot of reviews from employees which is also misleading because employees should not be giving you a rating to boost up your stars.bad tactics

Excellent staff and fast service with lots of free parking. You have to go through the security gate and continue to the far right corner. There you will find 2 doors. Only 1 is open 24 hours a day which is for shipping. The guys there are very helpful and try to assist you as much as they can.

They only know the value of their aircrafts, they don't care about the staff.there is also white elephent which is so called safety.they are there only for leg pulling and giving mental stress to staff, who already working in difficult position in hard weather

Worst experience had with them. Had to sent the courier to Oman and Bahrain, got a quote of AED 7,000.i agreed as it was urgent, my cartons arrived and the quote shot upto AED 16,000/-. Reason i got was the shipment is oversized though it was well clarified before bringing.
They don’t give importance to customers requests and do job as if doing a favor, apparently they own the Company.
Next door is DHL, very efficient, prompt and amazing rates (much less than half the rates of Fedex) with on time delivery.
