It has been over a week and still waiting for an international priority shipment - no response to emails or phone calls, no update on the tracking for the last 3 days. I never had these issues with DHL!

The worst company to deal with, my shipment stayed at their premises for more than 11 days, i had to call and schedule deliveries multiple times with no luck, they dont call you for delivery, you need to follow up otherwise shipment will stay there forever.and the worst part is their customer service, they are in denial and use maneuvering techniques to convince you its not their mistake instead of properly listening and verifying your complaint.
And guess what.i still dis not receive my shipment till the date of writing this review
