I contacted this center regarding picking up my documents on my doorstep, it was done very quickly and comfortably, I’m very satisfied with the service I had.
Absolutely love the pleasant and professional FedEx team member at their DIFC branch. I’ve seen her (Beena) deal with all sorts of customers with utmost respect and patience.
Beena is one of the most helpful, kindest employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with at FedEx. Not only does she go above and beyond work wise, but she has made my day a few times with kind comments, always asking how I am doing. Beena is the reason I choose to use FedEx. Excellent customer service!
Very poor customer service. The lady working there is awful and rude and aggressive. She has no manners and lacks serious training. She didn’t want to provide her name for me to complain saying “my name is none of your business or concern” and hiding her badge. And also said “let’s see what you can do when you complain”. Unacceptable. Very disappointed by FedEx.
Extremely Disappointed with FedEx UAE's Service. Actually worst 3PL evert
I recently had a very frustrating experience with FedEx UAE, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The level of service I received was abysmal, and it's disheartening to see such incompetence from a reputed company.
After receiving a message stating that my package was out for delivery without any specified time, I decided to call and inquire about the status. The first agent I spoke to seemed uninterested and treated me as if I was there to service him, rather than the other way around. He informed me that the package was out but he couldn't communicate with the driver. In this day and age, where communication is effortless, I found it astounding that he couldn't track and contact the driver.
He promised to call me back within five minutes with more information, but unfortunately, I never received a callback. Frustrated, I called again after two hours, speaking to a second agent who provided the same excuse. She mentioned that she would instruct the driver to call me directly and that the best delivery time would be between 5-8 pm. However, at 6 pm, sensing something was wrong, I called again.
To my dismay, the third agent outright lied to me, claiming that the driver had called and couldn't reach me, resulting in the package being brought back. I clarified that I never received any calls and that I had proper reception throughout. At this point, the agent casually mentioned that the package wasn't even scheduled for delivery that day and would instead be delivered on Monday. It's frustrating to see FedEx sending packages on unnecessary detours and wasting valuable time.
Furthermore, it appears that FedEx doesn't work until 8 pm, as the driver was back well before 6 pm. When I spoke to a supervisor seeking assistance, he admitted not knowing the exact timing of their drivers' shifts, as it varies across locations. This lack of coordination and communication is unacceptable for a company claiming to provide world-class service.
What bothered me the most was the blatant dishonesty displayed by every person I spoke to during this ordeal. Little did they know that their conversations were being recorded. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism and lack of integrity.
This experience has left a lasting impression on me, and I will not be using FedEx services again. Nor will I recommend them to my company or anyone else. I expected better from a company of their stature.

Having dealt with Beena during this time, I can confidently say that she has consistently delivered a truly outstanding customer experience. Her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine care have made every interaction a pleasant one.
The lady is very rude.i asked our office assistant to inquire about shipment and instead of giving proper guidelines, she refused to assist.when i asked to speak to her on the phone, she was raising her voice and she said she has a lot of work and doesn't have time.
The worst service ever. The shipment is stuck at the customs at the destination country for a month. Despite all the complaints raised there’s no progress at all. They just keep saying that they’ve updated the information and will contact me shortly but no one ever reached out to me.
It has been over a week and still waiting for an international priority shipment - no response to emails or phone calls, no update on the tracking for the last 3 days. I never had these issues with DHL!
