No response from the team at all for the messages. I have paid 20 days back and they always fake promise on the delivery and the agents are realtime bots

Very very bad experience as scooter was not working and deduct from my account.very expensive I suggest this company not to fool customer rather than providing effency services to customers

Very bad service unprofessional behavior I would suggest don't use Fenix.and Fenix express is the worst thing I have ever face.

this is a scamming company. I tried to cancel my subscription 3 months ago cos the scooter wasn't working, and no one responded. They just took the monthly subscription

ما انصحكم تاخذون من عندهم يغرونكم بالسعر بس اول ما تحط بطاقة البنك في الابلكيشن مالهم تحلم يستلمون منك الاسكوتر لين ما يسحبون مبالغ اكثر عن شهر وبعدها يقولون لك كان عندنا ضغط. انا عن نفسي بلغت عليهم وانتظر رد الجهه المعنية

Imagine you applied for another month & deducted the amount but it’s not active, one of the worst scooter service i ever experienced, they stole my money & no one is replying to you not in whatssp or their officil website & instagram as well…i will file an official complaint against the company to the consumer department

Don’t rent scooters from them, worst customer service, they don’t even reply to you, they ignore the customer, please avoid them

تم سحب مبلغ الاشتراك الشهرى مرتين ولا يوجد اى رقم للتواصل معهم وسوف أقوم بعمل بلاغ إذا لم يتم حل المشاكل وارجع المبلغ
ولا انصح احد بالتعامل معهم بعدم وجود اى مصداقية

The worst scooters company ever. 99,9% of the scooters which you see on the streets are just starting there and it’s impossible to ride them, cause the app says it’s not available choose another one. If you are lucky and finally find that one which works, it’s not possible to park it at all. Even near the metro station!

They are dedicated from my amount on random way. More that 100 dirhams extra for nothing (under the tittle of Eid discount) and they have a very bad costumer care as well they want to make wrong on you in all the cases…I was thinking to be a regular customer but I will advice them to not even think about it bcs if I rent a car it will be cheapest that your scooter

Scooter kept billing me for 3 hours after my ride, charged me 191AED, do not use, they will keep charging you!

They will overcharge you.i used the scooter for the first time and less than 30mins they changed me 180aed.

Extremely overpriced, they did not give me the promised 1.5 bd and they charged me for 3.2 bd for around 30 min. +slow speed

It is so much fun driving these scooters. Very easy to use and comfortable ride. Fair prices. Definitely recommend. You won’t regret.

الحذر ثم الحذر من طريقة النصب والاحتيال على الزبون تم المشاركة معهم وطلبت سكوتر وعن وصول السكوت كان هنالك مشكلة قطعة بلاستيكية مثبتة ومكسورة سألت الموضف الخدمة في الاستلام القطعة مكسورة فاخبرني لاتبالي حتى لو انكسرت أو سرقت لاتخف نحن مسؤولون عن السكوت وعند استرجاع لسكوتر بعد فترة العقد استلمها موضف آخر وبيخبرني يوجن نقص في السكوت قطعة غير موجودة اطرتة بأنكم تعلمون بذلك قال لي ساتصل بالمكتب وعن التحدث مع ألم ضفة الشامية تقول عليك دفع غرامة لفقدان القطعة قلت لها انا استلمها ناقصة والموضف اخطرتة تقول عذي ليس من شاني سترفع عليك قضية يوجد اتفاق بين الشركة والموضفين باستقلال المستمر الحذر ثم الحذر

اسوء معامله سحبو الفلوس من البطاقه وحاليا واحد عطاني بلوك و صاحب التوصيل ما يرد،، لا ويبند الاتصال لما اتصل. الحين محرك للشرطه اشوف شو وضعهم.

بصراحة أخس شركة وأسوأ تعامل ،، من شهرين سافرت اطلبهم يشلون اسكوتراتهم،، ويلغون الاشتراك ،، كذبوا علي قالوا خليها عندك بنجمد الاشتراك لين تردون من السفر،، وكل شهر يسحبون من بطاقتي عيال اللذين،، واتصل مايردون وارسل انستغرام ولااهتموا ،، والمشكلة اللحين واحد من الاسكوترات مخترب ،، ولاعرف شو اسوي معاهم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل.

I am totally in love with my fenix e scooter. My travel partner. It is very safe, comfortable and quick. It makes my daily life more easy. I use the scooter when i go to office, gym even to grocery shop.

So much fun. Totally worth it. They’ve got some amazing offers too.
Amazing customer service too!

Even there is no any satr for this company service. I have rented the scooter for 1
Months but it was fine for 5 days after speed decreased by its half which 20 and after few day’s it’s become 10 km per h
I have requested for replacement but company ignored this I have WhatsApp chat for 4 representatives for request but he didn’t replacement

Do not think to rent from them, let me tell you what happened to me:
I rent two scoters with the offer (rent one month and get another month for free), but after checking with the customer service because one of the scoter had problem they told me your rent is expired and there is no one month free: (this is was the first problem.during my rent I contacted them 3 times regarding tayers problems in one of the scoter, and every time they tell me they will come within 24 hours, and it is almost 24 days and no one show up to fix the tayer

i am really disapointed with the way this company running their buisness,
in addtion to all of that, there is no way to call them, you need to chat with them through whatsup which is very hard to deal with, becaucse they take long time to respond to you almost 20 minuts each chat should take even if you have very small qustion that could be handled in 2 minutes

Goodness, I have never experienced such unprofessional service.
After only one week of use, the scooter stopped working. I contacted the company numerous times and they promised to pick the scooter up every time but failed to do so. It has been over a month of me waiting and they have been charging me every week for the rental cost. It has come to the point that the mobile number mentioned on the website to contact has even gone as far to block me on WhatsApp so unfortunately I have to raise the case with the police and the authorities as I have no way of contacting the company. A horrible experience.

بصراحه جربت في الفجيرة وكان أسواء تجربه السكوتر مارضى يبند ومافيه اي موظف موجود تسأله او رقم تتواصل معاه بصراحه ياخذون فلوسك وانت ماتعرف ليش او كم لك وكيف تنهي رحلتك

Poor customer service. They don't reply customer query and complains. They just ignore your e mail and live chat.
They only need your credit card number. That's it.
I encountered some technical problems while I returned my scooter. I couldn't fi d anyone for help.

Life is fun currently as we are enjoying our ride during this pandemic with peace of mind in safe and clean environment. Fenix is an amazing experience. It boasts heat-resistant handlebars, a motor that can run for miles and sharp regenerative brakes that make riding as easy as a breeze. We are loving this monthly membership experience in just AED 200. They offer techy stuff & comfort both. We were provides with helmet, protective clothing shields and sanitizers on our beautiful purple color edition called spirit.

They are a scam.charged ny card without my consent.then employing delaying tactics by saying the money was not technically withdrawn but we have put in the request to refund.lol. They are scammers. Stay away from them.

I had the most amazing and fun experience renting it for a month, delivered right to ur doorstep, it is so easy and user friendly, convenient and super fun to use, definitely doing this again.download the fenix mobility app and go for it

I love it so much! Its very easy and convenient to use. The quality is perfect, the colors are amazing and it is very durable. The subscription is also affordable and great value for money. I enjoyed using it and i have recommended it to friends already!
