الجودة منخفضة. النظافة قليلة. و غالبا لا تجد كنافة جاهزة دائماً. لاحظت انهم لا يقومون بتنظيف الصواني بشكل الي و انما يدوي.
اصبحت الجودة سيئة جدا و غير مقبولة ويبدو اصحاب العمل غير مهتمين أبدا بكل ملاحظات الزبائن و رغم ذلك زادت الاسعار و انعدمت الجودة! لذلك حولنا لمنتجين آخرين.

للمرة الثانيه الكنافه مالحه. مرة في فرعكم، عجمان واليوم فرع ام القيوين. للاسف مستوى بتراجع. تبيعون المنتج رغم انا اعطيناكم الملاحظة.

بعد غربة ٥ سنين واخيرا اكلت قطايف ، طلبت دلفري بصراحة الطعم روعة يسلم ايديكم والتوصيل بسرعة كان ووصلني فريش وكتير زاكي بنصح الكل يجربو

Ver bad service!
Not only bad but dirty service by the male staff.

Dubai municipality should take action against him!
He was chewing tobacco while plating the kunafa - we felt disgusted.
He was not attending us for the first 10 minutes and was playing on phone. Once we go to the counter and asked why you are not attending he is like ok what do you want!
Very bad attitude!

Female staff is good and supportive!

Sweets was average.
Arabic coffer was average.
Cappuccino was cold - Eventhough it looked good

Price was little high for the quality and cleanliness of the place.

A live insect (cockroach) found on the table, indoor.
Killed my appetite. Unsurprised reaction by the staff.

تشكيلة حلويات لا بأس بها لكن ينقصها بعض الحلويات العربيه الاخرى مثل العوامه و بلح الشام و و البلورية. و ذلك الاسعار نوعا ما مرتفعه فيا حبذا لو يتم مراجعتها و اضافة انواع اخرى من الحلويات. بشكلٍ عام الطعم و الجودة و النظافة جيدة جدا.

The freshest, the tastiest, the best and incredible kunafa you can find only in Feras AL Dhiyafa. Their kunafa is something out of this world. Always ordering from them and recommending to friends. Kunafa Naama Cheese is my favorite.

Lovely place? , place to visit always, no one has the same fantastic sweets, just only one place, if you want to really enjoy of real kunafa so you must to reach here, very friendly staff, available parking, fast service over delicious

One of the best places to hav Kunafa in UAE. They have been serving Kunafa since 1984 and has varieties of Kunafas along with Baklawa, Cakes, Coffee etc.
This branch is close to Garhoud Bridge, but is not easily noticeable. There is dining area available here and the ambience is comfortable and furnitures feels royal. The service is self and is quickly taken care of.
I had the Hard Semiya cheese Kunafa and the soft cheese Kunafa. I loved d former as it was crispy, perfectly sweet with the syrup and cheesy too, stretching out when pulling. The pistachios on top was complementing beautifully to this and was yummy. Eat a lot and u’ll get the kicks pretty soon.
Pricing is on the higher side thou reasonable enough for the sweets, considering the quality n taste.
Paid Parking is available just outside.
Definitely recommended to visit this.

Best place serve Arabian sweet. Try their Konafa

The sweets are nice. However cup of green tea - Lipton - is 11AED.even in Costa it is 9.5aed. Tea is completely overpriced for the place, and service.

Good destination for kunafa and such arabic sweets and snacks. Had ordered cheesy fine kunafa via talabat. It was superb, juicy and rich with pistachios on top. They supplied sugar syrup and lot of cutleries. Definitely worth the money. Would love to back for a different bite

Tried the nabulsi kunafa and it’s very delicious and fresh. Must visit place for kunafa lovers.

I have rated this one before I think, the cheese of the Kunafa is too salty, I didn’t liked it.

Best konafa in the world. Always fresh and you have many kind of konafa and shami sweets such as naema kunafa and been nareen cream and been nareen keshta warbat and fateera chees and mabrooma.
Also they serve many other food and the place always clean and very clean staff

Best sweets in dubai. The service is really bad and need a lot of improvement. The staff are really slow in serving the customers.

Best ever! Must try the kunafa, everything is good, but if you want something less sweet, go for this. Meter parking available in front, outside sitting nice in winter

There issue with the staff we were shocked none of them are smiling and they through the on the table I love your food but I suggest to train your staff because they are moody

-Best Sweets in Dubai so far! Specially kunafa!
-Service seriously needs to improve!
Staff are slow and extremely grumpy.

تدخل المحل تتوقع الموظفين فلسطيني اردني سوري مصري. تتفاجأ هندي وفلبيني في محل حلويات عربية واحدهم مو عارف يقطع الكنافة، تسأله هذي كنافة ايش جبنه ولا قشطه ما يعرف يجاوب، كراسي المحل ممزعة، طعم الكنافة جيد إلى نوع ما.

The sweets were really good. But the staff in the store are lazy and making fun of the customers. The staff are not cooperative.

The shawarma and sweet was delious, the employee were lazy busy with phones and movie on screen one had to call 4 few times before they noticed and some of tables were with dirty plates after client left

This one is much better taste than the one with "I" for the name.
A slightly more dirhams but the quality and cheese is far superior.
