ممتاز ، دايماً بشتري من عنده ، اخر مره كانت يوم امس ، طلبت منه يجهزلي سدر كنافة خشنة (4 كيلوا) كانت ممتازه وفرش (جديده) حبايبنا

Today i realised that this brash is 30% more expensive than the other branches and i wonder why!

Atayef today, ramadan 28, was terrible! I bought 1kg and after Maghreb i found it wrongly done, it seems it is مش متخمرة!
The above was my initial review based on my wife's tasting it, but after i tried it i found it disgusting!

Well.i am here way before feras opened in dubai, lately the quality and quantity have both declined.

Whilst the prices have gone up nearly 30%. In motor city.

# Knaffeh was average/less
# Halweh Jeben was decent, give it a try
# mixed Arabic sweets not tasty
# Overrated & expensive prices per KG

Very bad chicken burger I don’t suggest it at all at all at all at all no one eat it the chicken taste horrible and I think it is ….

Fresh, well made, tasty meals they serve prepared Arabic sweets that are some of the best you can get.

I'm ordered same feras barsha 1 branch they making pizza and manakish very well this motorcity feras branch they don't know how to make pizza or monakish and they don't have all vegetables to use vegetable pizza no capsicum no corn so bad experience of this branch

I would give 5 stars to the delivery speed but I gave 3 stars to Feras this time. The Halawa Cheese was garnished with pistachio powder but it had lots of broken peel pieces of the pistachio, It was so uncomfortable and not eatable. Not Acceptable from a well known brand like Feras Hanon

Came to try the Kunafa (الناعمة), I was so surprised by the price and so disappointed by the taste and the presentation.

When sweats time comes, then it’s Kunafha the place is Firas and always it has the same superb taste especially when it’s fresh, which you can get if you are not in rush
Dine in area is small however the service is still good

I Like FIRAS But It's Extremely expensive this brand specially, I don't know why! Situations are going down there price is going up.

The customer service are unprofessional, lack of management and organisation

Great knafeh is the main reason to come here fast service. This place will not disappoint at all. A little bigger selection of other Arabic sweets and it would be spectacular but for what it is, it is a great spot.

Extremely friendly staffs, professional team. It was indeed the best taste to satisfy my cravings. Suburb service.espically mahmoud he is friendly and best attitude. الموقع ممتاز بس

They're well known for their kunafa but I was awestruck with the shawarma I had. It was delicious and their manakeesh too! Definitely coming back to try all their Shawarmas. Must visit this outlet everyone!

The kunafa was warm and delicious. The staff is friendly as well. Only downside is it is near the track so sitting outside its difficult to talk with the extremely loud cars.

The dough is over cooked and the knefe was cold so the cheese is not melted and it was a bit salty overall average taste

They make good sweets the only one I didn't like is kunafa naem (soft) I like kunafa khshna more and mabrome u can pick a mix of half kg for 40dirham or 1 piece for 25 I think.
I must say the manaish here taste really really good for me they är better then Zatar o zeit. I also like chicken Mexicana and all is very good affordable prices. U have to try manoshe meat with cheese.

Sweets are great but staff needs lots of training, especially around proper food handling measurements. Customers are standing on top of each other without masks on ordering food. Order for delivery instead of walk-in to prevent disappointment is my advice.

Their products are good (acceptable) but they seriously need to reduce their prices. Their prices are way too expensive, like crazy expensive for the quality of desserts they offer. They’re expensive because there is no competition not because their food is good quality or better than other. Try finding other places before choosing this one.

Always a winner for a generous portion of kunafa on the go, or as a gift. Also great for deliveries.

One if the best sweet shops in the UAE and this branch is excellent. Everything is freshly made and home delivery is fast! The prices are very cheap considering the quality of the sweets they offer!

I had a big party and I purchased plenty of items, everyone remained impressed by quality and taste, Mahmoud was very helpful to me with order and delivery.

I went with my wife in the morning. We ate manakish. It was very tasty and we ate konafa as well. It was delicious too. Many thanks to the Algerian guy who was very caring and was very funny with us

However the cashiers handling the payments are unprofessional, untrained, and rude to the customers without any bias to be so.

One of the best Arabic sweets in Dubai, in Ramadan it's better to order ahead, I was extremely disappointed the last time I visited them, but still like this place.

Used to be my favorite place for Kunafah, but last two times the taste of Kunafah was below average. I'll never go back to this place again!

Delighted to visit this place and the experience of trying their sweets is simply outstanding. I am happy to visit this shop in Motor City and had a sweetened evening. I recommend you people to visit this place and try out their many delicious sweets their cater too and dont forget to try Khunafa which is out of the world. Thanks to the management for their ever enduring catering to our daily needs.

Not very much satisfied with service and food. Kunafa was served cold, milk wasn't able for tea or coffee so we were restricted to order those. Kunafa is also highly disappointed, the oil was dripping from it

One of the best places to eat mankeesh or have Levant sweets, definitely the best kunafa in town and awesome Turkish coffee; just stick to the above. I tried to change by ordering the breakfast is was a bad choice.

A bit hyped but their kunafa does taste good, just not as extraordinary as people have been saying.

A old joint for some amazing sweets. Kunafa is a must must try - why? Coz I never had Kunafa and never wanted to once I heard what's in it but after having it here, I'm a fan!

Authentic sweet destination, Best in town with well known brand for Arabic specially Jordanian and Palestinian traditional sweets. The shops offers sandwiches, salad and wide range of pastries along with hot and soft drinks. Free parking lots available on street across the shop.

Undoubtedly the best kunafa one can eat in UAE, esp the cheese kunafa. Their sandwiches and Americans coffee is also good.

HORRIBLE experience at your store in motor city, they refused to serve me because they didnt have change.how ridiouclos, unable to get service because the rude cashier didnt have change. I ha to leave my order behind because of such a ridiculous reason.

Today was the worse ever kunafa experience, it was not hot, they pack in small plate with pieces overlapping, cheese taste terrible, can't say more but it is definitely not real Feras kunafa.

Very bad and poor customer service in terms of delivery I’m staying in Arjan and they are demanding of minimum order of 85AED
(the operation after he tack the order and agree the delivery he called me back and he said they are very busy and they cannot proses the delivery unless the order amount should be 85AED) I’m very disappointed!

This is the famous feras which is all over the uae. They just opened in motor city. They have been known for serving the best arabic sweets. Their cheese konafa was good but the cream one wasn't as i expected and i have had better. Also tried their shawarmas and it didn't disappointing. If you are an arabic sweets lover. This is your go to place.

Love this place! Always go there for Kunafe so so delicious and always fresh.i guess some of the staff are rude, however there this mad i guess he is the manager, is extremely kind.

Absolutely tasteless kunafa and all other sweets, if you can call them sweets. Just a parody of a Turkish sweets. On top of that, this creatures cost money.

New branch in Motor city, many people waiting in queue to buy during Ramadan night, they serve also dine in orders as there are outside sitting area, for the taste it is not bad, prices normal also, in general its not bad

The worst customer care. We ordered desserts and after an hour from the supposed delivery time we kept calling them to ask about it and they kept rejecting the calls! When they finally picked up they said they don't know where the order is! Though it was paid for upon ordering from their branch!
A couple of hours later we called to check what went wrong, the manager was EXTREMELY impolite and barely let us speak on the phone! He kept interrupting us and the phone call was a disaster!
If you don't want to deal with your mistakes as a manager then at least be respectful enough to hear out how you messed up from the customer on the line. So not only we had guests over and thanks to you they left without desserts, but you showed us how customer service can be the reason for a business to fail. What a shame.

Delicious syrian desserts and reasonable prices. They also have a sandwiches menu and they deliver. The place isn’t the best for dining in, but it is not bad, and they have an outdoor seating area as well. The staff are very friendly.

1 Star Experience for horrible attitude & service! We regularly buy konafa with cheese from this branch, however during Ramadan it seems that they receive many orders for this item and apparently they can't keep up. I went today a few times to pick up my order & each time they tell me it's finished and that I have to wait at least 15 minutes for the next batch. I go after a while and I receive the same comment (that I have to wait). I can understand that this is a busy branch & apparently they are doing very well in sales, but my problem is with these two middle eastern guys with beards who work there, who have a really bad attitude with people including me. They literally told me that "this item is going fast so you have to wait" and just left without addressing me anymore. This is rude and disgusting. Being a successful business does not give you the right to talk down to people this way, after all, we are paying customers! I hope that you continue with this degrading attitude so others know you for what you truly are!

We went to this restaurant for the sweets.excellent knafe na3meh and today we tried their savory menu. I loved my mana2eesh, labneh with zaatar and vegetables.my husband ordered the meat shawarma which was also good. Will be back there again!

Best Palestinian authentic desserts place in the area, "Konafa" is the best seller.
The place is a restaurant as well. They serve very good manakeesh and sandwiches range. They also do delivery.
Ideal visit, is to have Konafa plate with a cup of Turkish coffee.
The place is highly recommended.

Feras Motor City is building on its well known reputation of delivering quality street food at reasonable prices for both its food menu and arabian sweets. Kunafa is irresistible.

Very very bad service when you call them they are not friendly they give you the impression of not coming back again and you are unwelcomed!

They keep you waiting on the line regardless Arabic English speaker you will have the same attitude. Big Time!
