Very bad experience on refund. They have supplied expired milk for my baby 30/12/2022. When i raised the complaint after so much follow up they returned the milk but I didn’t receive the refund till yet. It’s more than 2 months. Very poor service and very bad customer service. They calling me in every two weeks ans assuring that I will get refund soon but no action.

Most probably one of the best Customer experiences with the representative in this branch named Pooja. She is giving her ultimate best to help for whatever you need even when it is not available in their Branch.

Life Pharmacy Dubai Festival City Mall - I want to share my feedback on how much I appreciate the excellent service your staff provided me today in this outlet (LP - DFC Mall) when I need an assistance regarding what I want and needed to my health requirements.

The staffs who attended me are namely Rena, Nusrath, Emam, Jesvita and Noorul for their kindness and attention to details, great communication skills, and happy smile made the experience even better than I expected.

Not only that, considering that, I have received the value amounting of good and excellent customer satisfaction - it’s always the thought and experience that counts.

Keep this kind of staff in your team in order to generate more customers who will always keep coming back and bring more business in the future.

Their positive attitude pays off. Kudos and thumbs-up!

Visited your pharmacy today & was very disappointed with the staff
She was continuously coughing & not wearing a mask inspite of reminding &requesting her to cover her mouth
You work in a pharmacy to pass on your infection. I think she needs to take sick leave before passing on her infection

Very poor service. I ordered a doc prescription for both me and my newborn baby. I was promised delivery by morning and 4: 30pm I received a call that delivery can only be next day. They did not respond on my whatsapp messages until I had to call and still they made me wait until this hour to tel me delivery is not possible today. Fyi the order was placed last night already. Very poor service and I’m soo upset. I’m not lazy to go to the pharmacy I cannot finically leave my home because I’m on bed rest.

This is about life pharmacy in festival city next to Daisi. I went there as soon as I entered staff startes attacking me every 1 second they come stand next to me how can i help u and keeps staring at your face. I we t there to buy deodorant and wanted to explore. They irritated me so much i got panicked by mistake i dropped a deodorant worth 26 dha. All staff came running and said you cant leave without paying i requested and said it was a mistake dont charge me the manager said sorry its out policy he made me pay with very rude attitude for the broken item. They r playing they make the customer panick so they end up breaking things and pay. Thank god i did not break something that was very expensive otherwise i would have been dead by now.

Don’t give voucher to your customers as we can’t use them in any brand! Also your sales people don’t understand what customers are saying and they are like a parrot! Zero English and wrong info to customer.just listen what customer is saying that’s all!

Had to wait for consultation, but the staff didn’t come to me, even though they were told I am staying and waiting (Staff from some other place was inside). There was nobody else in pharmacy. I left.

Always late for deliveries and they don’t clean their hands, disgusting and overall i do not recommend

It seems that the false promise of delivering the medicine after a few hours or the next day is a thing for this branch. The medicine that was promised to be delivered to me the next day took 5 days to be delivered. And mind you, all 3 different people who called me to ask for my location always say they are relievers whenever I am asking for the manager to call me. They didn't even apologise. How pathetic!

From better to worse. They dont have medicines in stock. Will make false promise it will be delivered to home in 4 hours and never arrive. They play games and dont understand medicines are important for people and they meed to take on time. Happened to me multiple times. No complaint management system, no customer care services. Keep making patients fool.

I've been working from last 1year in the Same mall and I am continuesly noticing a Guy working in Life pharmacy never washing his hands after going washroom and this is disgusting. How u can sell a medicine like this?

Great customer service and the staffs fully understand how the product addresses the needs of the customer.

The worst pharmacy in the whole UAE. Their service is very poor. Dont care about the customers.they dont have enough medicines in their stock.need wait for weeks. Sales persons lie to the customers too. Bitter experience

Only business matters ro life pharmacy, even the person who is selling the gloves and mask is not aware of the product and fooling people.fake people foing doing fake business, am not blaming all staffs at life pharmacy, but one malabari person with mostache at billing side. Felt very bad.
