Absolute worst shipment company in all the UAE. In my humble opinion this should close down or take extremely serious action

Delay the order takes more than one month to be delivered, bad service, the worst company in the world

I am with fetcher since 2017. But yet they were not able to return my cash for almost a month now. They left me hanging without giving false hopes inspite numerous emails. This is scary for future transactions.

Delivery boy, behavior is too bad, I asked him the time he can come, he said i won't say, you should wait 3 hrs for me.
Actually for an urgent case I have to go and come back as per his Delivery, but he is rude.

It has been a nightmare to deal with them. One simple package need to be delivered to US Consulate and they have taken a week and constantly asking me to provide a new tracking no. I have never dealt with such a irresponsible company in my life. How difficult is it to deliver within Dubai? Pls DO NOT use this company as they will drive you insane!

سئيه للاسف شركه الشحن تحتاج تغير جذري حتى النجمه الواحدة لا تستأهل او انا حظي نحس مع الشركه لانه كل الطلبات عليها اطلبها مطالب وارسل لهم حتى يتكرموا ويتواصل معي وهذا لسا ما شفت الطلبيه

I’ve requested for a cash return since on the 19th of September and till now am yet to get my money back.
I’ve been writing to you guys and keep getting excuses, pls I need my money

Horrible. I trusted this company unfortunately and was a horrible mistake, I find out the next day my order was cancelled without a reason, and I had to call to be informed my order was cancelled. Shame on you for not calling to inform me your company is incompetent to deliver my package. You immediately take the money and return iltakes days. Never ever again, delete my account now I have moved to Aramex a more reliable company than this terrible business.

Not a pleasant experience. Wasted few days waiting for parcel. Receive no calls whatsoever. You have to call them few times a day. Was given empty promisses. Ended up ur delivery being rescheduled day after day. Havent receive my parcel until today. Even escalated to complain dept and was told the delivery agent will call. But still no calls whatsoever to update or whereabouts. Ended up u wasted the whole day waiting and suddenly they just reschedule! Stay away from using this company if u want to be stress free! They dont deserve even a star! You should be worried about ur shipment if you are using them.

October 4,2021. Just received a call from the representative and saying that my welcome kit is ready for receiving. As I about to receive it the representative ask me for my EID and give him the new EID card, he said that the system is not yet updated to read the new card chip so he asked me to provide the old one. After trying it in their machine the system said that the EID is already invalid. Of course its because the card is already expired. He even take the photo of both my IDs and advise me to just pick it up in the bank. The representative was very apologetic but they should have atleast alternative solution since they haven't updated their system and be ready in this kind of situation.

Worst shipping company, wish that your bank card never ever be delivered by this particular company, as they never deliver on the promises time.
And when you call all they do is to remind you of what document you should provide when they deliver your card, that if they deliver.each and every single call.as your address again and documents.called them 5 times in 2 days and same scenario.

I had a problem with the service, but the support was so nice and describe the situation in details and professionally. Wonderfull

If there is a rating below Zero I'll not think twice to do it. Never deliver the item not even on spacified time but on the same day, supposedly they deliver the item by Thursday its now Monday end of the day and they are telling me it's out for delivery and with driver, 5 days out for delivery!

This is not acceptable, they are not professional.

Will NEVER EVER use them.

Driver was rude. He was questioning why I'm late. Took me 7mins to reach to him during those 7mins he called 3 times.

You gave me an appointment yesterday, and we set the time for delivery, and I am waiting, and it does not come after half past six. A message comes and says, “Sorry, we could not deliver. ” Is this in your opinion, you are a big company? Why didn’t you tell us before?

Trust me People… If Some one choose this service You are Gonna cry. Such a scarp and delay… You will never receive your shipment on time.the will reschedule and give fake promises … As a customer you will fell like insulted…

I have very important documents arranged for reaching out to my home after 2 days but I was actually in bad need for reaching it at the same day for processing issues which is really vital to my life and I contacted the workers, Mr. Abdelrahman and whatever I tried to evaluate his Competencies in his work and welling to do his best to help me and immediate understanding of the situation so he could in great care of help me with my gratitude for his professionalism and supportive helping tendency and definitely kindness to do so.
All this done by Mr. Abdelrahman enables people to be extremely comfortable and willing to deal every time with this great company and services without worrying but with happiness that they will receive their things sooner and smoothly which press us to RATE FIRSTLY, Mr. Abdelrahman because he is the one from which I felt all this positivity by 100 out of 100 and all the company by 100 but still because greater one (Abdelrahman). And other staff.

Very disappointed to this service. Delivery schedule was not followed and probably nobody cares to call or inform you. It will keep you waiting for the whole day

Without our permission they will reschedule the delivery… My Client Handovered the shipment to fectr om august 23. These people scheduled the order to deliver on september 2.such a long day.and after september 2 without my permission they rescheduled on september 9 … these people are so careless and shameless. They will never consider the urgency of the delivery.even if it is a emergency product they will provide fake promises and careless customer care…

I was contacted immediately by fetchrs customer service and the error was rectified, quick and amazing response time.

Its really great services and customer care very quick response and kind and i recommend about this services to my friends

7 days the passport is being held by fetchr and always fail to deliver to my receiver for visa stamping.and always makes reason

Despite i faced some issues in dealing with the delivery guy but i will give them 5 stars, because the support team was very responsive, i appreciate how they solved the problem and delivered the package in the same day.

App chosen schedule of pick up is useless. They are not referring to it but rather to their daily working hours. Customer service is also not that accommodating. They are sometimes being sarcastic when you are asking them.

My initial experience using the Fetchr app was not great as the delivery driver first attempted to deliver my package to the wrong address, and then instead of fixing his mistake and delivering it to the correct address, he returned it to the warehouse with the plan to re attempt delivery two days later, and failed to inform the Fetchr team who were completely unaware of my package’s location. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to resolve this issue before they took action. I had to explain [firmly] that delaying the delivery of my parcel by two days was completely unacceptable and that it completely defeats the purpose of the Fetchr service if your package isn’t delivered as scheduled. After many apologies the customer service team worked hard to resolve my issue and finally managed to have my package delivered a few hours later. While I’m grateful that the customer service team was able to resolve my issue, I will not be using or recommending their service.

Bad service, completely lousy people, they are trying to deliver a shipment for the last 3 days in Dubai Downtown.
Never doing business with them again. Bad Service.

I had bad though at the beginning as my order delivery has been caneclled after out for delivery and scheduled after 4 weeks and I tried he app to reschedule without luck finally I called the call center and after 3 days calls on raw I raise a complain and I get good help from the customer experience department and they reschedule it on 1 week and I got it on time and finally called me to ensure that my order has been delivered successfully. Thanks for the big support. I hope you can make good improvement on future in ur process, the app and the website. Thanks again

Let me change my Review from 1 star to 4 Stars since my last 3 transactions went smooth.the pick up and shipping is good.but the money cash back request is always takes time and this is the 2nd time I experience this.last time I took 8 days before I received the payment

and when I complaint first about the cash back delay, i wrote an email, they only reply after 2 weeks and they reply it was transferred already. LMAO let me change my review to 1 star as I remember that kind of costumer service.

FYI after I put review here I received the payment, better put 1 star review then they will take action with your complaint

Excellent follow up from the Customer Experience team, Ms. Amany in particular. I had a scheduling issue and she was quick to sort it out and followed it up to the end and made sure that the delivery was done hassle free.

I really appreciate the way Fetchr team worked professionally to solve my issue. The response was great and team was too much cooperative. I am very thankful to Mr. Abdelrahman who deal with issue and resolved it on same day. "Much Appreciated"

Worst customer service, I had ordered from land mark Online shop. Even sending confirmed date for delivery they did not delivered also as per their they will deliver on their availability! What a worst service.

I was call at help line number there is someone said to me our team will be contact with you after few minutes regarding the my Shipment status with the bad luck nobody call me.
Its a very bad service never had that experience.
Fetchr team wasted my whole of the day I’m waiting the shipment at accepted delivery place.

The worst courier EVER. Im amazed that this company is still functioning. With all the bad reviews you d think they are trying to better themselves but they keep getting worse and worse. My returned shipments have been waiting for over a week for someone to come pick them up. There is error in their system and the call center are clueless and cant be bothered to sort it out.

Worst Service ever! This company doesn't belong here in Dubai. I was returning a shipment to Amazon seller. Seller didn't respond, so they just decided to throw the shipment back in my face. Although I gave them another number for the seller before receiving the shipment, however, they still insisted to send it back to me. It is like they are just trying to find an excuse not to work.

Beware everybody and do not ever deal with this company. They will just take your money and run away.

Took a parcel from carrefour last tuesday for delivery thursday. No delivery or call. They say agent called but j said okeawe check my phone as they didnt call me. Rearranged delivery for saturday and then agent called me asking where in business bay I live. I live in where near business bay and never told them that was my address. They said they would call me back. No call. They said it would be delivered Saturday. It wasnt. They sent me another link to deliver on sunday. Almost a week after they got it.carrefour should choose another partner. Fetchr are rubbish and they only have one task. Collect and deliver and they cant even so that properly

I have never experienced such an incompetent service. I have been unfortunate to have important documents sent through them thrice and each time it has been disappointing. There location link does not record the information you typed in, the despatch agents never keep to the time and many more blunders. REALLY NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

Worst courier company ever! I dono why anyone deals with them.they delivered and picked up from me over 20 times and every single time i face delay from them! They still call me to deliver to my old address (since 2 years) and every single time i call to update.but their system is just so bad and customer service is worse.they cant help with anything.basically a one day delivery takes minimum 4 days with them with plenty of useless calls and frustration.

I would never ever under any circumstance use FETCHR. They are the WORST. They don't call when they can't come. Although they answer the phone, the wait will exceed 10 minutes - I gave up after that. So, if you use them after reading this, you have no one to blame but yourself.

This has been the worst business interaction with a company I have ever had. Not only are they incapable of doing the basics paid for i.e. Collect and deliver parcels as per scheduled timing, but their call centre agents are not able to speak English or assist with a solution. I will never use this company again, will delete their app from my phone and proceed to use CAREEM NOW instead. Half the price for 150% the value and ease of use.

Worst service! Got the message for the parcel on 29/02 and the earliest I can schedule to receive is 05/03. Wow! 5 days to receive a parcel in a digitalized era! And on 05/03, rider didn't bother to call and the parcel wasn't delivered. Called back on 07/03 and the customer support informed I can only receive on 12/03 March. So 5 more days to route the parcel within Abu Dhabi. Amazing! So total 10 working days to bring a parcel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi.

Terrible & Terrible! I would rate your service with the two words.kindly stop wasting your customer's time. Are you making joke out of us? I spent more than an hour trying to sort out to book my delivery location on your whats App regarding my Mashreq Debit Card, It was such a waste of my time. I tried selecting any possible and available date for delivery but it was saying the delivery is not available.
