Staff Is So Rude specially one Filipina Lady Such A Bad Experience I have Ever Had In My life

Service was so bad! We order from you 2 to 3 times a week, today we ordered from you and i waited for more than an hour and you said that you have many orders and I need to understand you. I need a proper service from you guys. It's not accptable at all.

Really Disappointed With The Behavior Of Staff. I always Order Food From This Restaurant Atleat 3.4 Times In A Week But They Always Take More Time To Deliver The Food But Today I was Hungry And When I Place Order I Request 1 staff On Watsapp That Im Hungry Send my Order Asap Still They Took Long Time And After Half N Hour I asked That Lady she said its Coming even After 20 minutes I didn't receive My Food So I Ask Her To Cancel My Order but The Way She Behave Was Not Acceptable She Said I'll See You I want To Request Owner Of This Restaurant you Need To Teach Them How To Behave Wuth Such Regular Customer and when I Went To The restaurant To Pay For my Order She Didn't Even apologize Even Other Staff Were Saying Sorry but She Didn't Even Feel Bad What She Did how She Bahave

Filipina lady outside very rude. She serves only filipinos and ignores all other nationalities. She doesn't know how to speak to customers. When I'm asking questions she mumbling something under her nose in tagalog. Very rude and uneducated

Every food item we tried are delicious. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Excellent services, they maintain cleanliness and take care of your need, Thank you for the best services I have ever gotten from any restaurant. Now your place become my entire family’s favorite place.

* Every single time they are delivering spoiled food plus missing item.
* Delivery Takes 1 hour and 30 Minutes when the restaurant is just near to my place.
* Better order from somewhere else rather than starving

I always ordered soup from them I told last time pls send complimentary salad. They send green salad and their handler on what’s app sending me messages we cannot decide what u wana eat tell us before u order clearly I mean u don’t know what is complimentary salad and getting angry on customers. Always told them not send thigh pieces in biryani which is zero percent tasty they never care about instructions and telling tell us before ordering. For them client’s respect is nothing

Food is good but the customer service is very bad and slow. No one even offered a seat for customers who will take-away the food. A lot of us are just standing outside for more than 30mins, and not a single staff checked if our food is ready. I even have to ask another staff where to pay since Janel (the lady who took my order) just went straight inside the restaurant after giving my food. It’s embarrassing to recommend this to my friends/colleagues. Very disappointing.

Me and my friend had a great experience in this place unlike the negative reviews.it really amazed me how polite and helpful the dining area staff ladies Radz and her coworker and how professional they handled the order list so well without a mistake and in a fast pace (Kudos for them and the chef too fr!). My regards for the chef for such yummy flamming hot chicken soup as it made my day in such cold afternoon. Fine service level plus great pricing for two (only 38 AED) very recommended no doubt. Keep going peeps!

I had visited this restaurant with my friends. We had occupied a table, however after 20 minutes we were attended by a waitress to take the order. We ordered shawarmas and strawberry, avocado juices. The shawarmas that were served was tasteless and not cooked properly. We informed the restaurant about this and returned the order. However the restaurant served the same food after 10 minutes.
Strawberry juice was full of ice and tasteless and avocado juice was also tasteless. Both juices were not naturally made, it looked like a lot of water and ice was added into them. When I informed the customer service that I am not satisfied with the service and quality of food and juices, they showed no empathy and advised me to mention this on their review.
Hence I have mentioned these concerns on the review. Hoping these will be being read by the management.

Not good the food not telling me with beef I have alegic in beef the food not tasty after I'm regular customer last my dis appointed

For the first went to the restaurant, the food was not the same what I ordered, and money paid is not worth of the food, no taste no salt.

The only bad thing is that there is no air conditioners there

Overall services is good, the place has good ambience. But you don't get what you order. Chef says spinach is red, I don't know how. Please look photos attached. I received red aloof palak

The Indian dishes are out of this world, especially the chicken biryani (13 dhs). This is a gem! It also has a variety of Filipino and Chinese dishes that are all must tries!

They deliver late, not only today but also on my past orders. I was waiting for 1 hour. My order was only 2 shawarma.

Average price taste ok. And area to eat is nice too. But last. Time I visit itself for dine in it was late and my order they are getting little confuse.

Restaurant is by walk from my home. But it always takes 1 hour for them to deliver the food. And they always deliver cold food.

Please take care about customer service.we pay to serve good and get food in time. I went to have dinner with my wife I order ¹ burger and noodles and shares it cross 30 mins to get my order and I ask for the water 3 times there where 2 boys but no one is giving water. I don't know why serve is going down.now I have to think before going there

Services are the worst. Group of aisan guys on the counter doing nothing and chichatting whole time. Do not bother about guests if they are properly served or if they need anything. Order of food need to be repeated 3 times as they dont listen in one go. Ordered monchow soup, chicken and tilapiya with rice. Monchow soup served without noodles so I requested that and it came after the soup was over. Hahahahs what an amazing restaurant which has so many guys and girls to serve but actually no one is useful as per restaurant standards. That one star is cause of taste of food.

How can you have a faloda with Frozen fruits and seeds?
Cmon, Can anyone guide how to prepare a faloda.
Such kid of various cost cutting ways affect customer satisfaction.

I can say I'm more than just a frequent customer in this restaurant for I'm always having my dinner, lunch even breakfast sometimes, so basically Fez is my Al fresco/outside dining place.
Food; they have this abundant choices of the bestest dishes you can ever ask for from simple homecook Filipino cuisine to authentic Indian and Arabic food voilà "Bon Appétit! " not to mention the burgers and small plates of delicacies to fill in your hungry stomach and of course
'a Meal' will not be completed without some refreshments and their mouth watering desserts that will keep your satisfaction at the very edge.
So nonetheless I may say Fez is just.

That was my review long time ago, now I want to take it back, the waitress there are so rude (not all, maybe 2 or 3 I observed) and loud they even curse other costumer that don't understand Filipino language, they ignore some costumer whom they know will not give tips, they are all about the tips and they forgot the sense of good service first, they don't have teamwork one time I experience one waitress just passing by and ignoring my food at the food counter and she wasn't doing anything so what I did I took my own food and served myself and she trying to sound innocent asked me "oh that's yours? ". Hello! I'm the only costumer sitting inside that time what does she thinks.
I also experience when I ordered rice meal and I tasted something with the rice so I call the waitress telling my rice tastes old and almost spoiled she then trying to explain it's newly cooked well I said it does not taste okay, she grabbed the rice went back upstairs get me a new a rice then the cook or kitchen staff following her to my table approached me like he wanted to kill me telling me that my complaint are impossible because they never served lapse rice always freshly cooked. My the way he's looking at me like I did something bad to his entire family.

Food is quit tasty but the staffs needs more training they are miss communication between each other & don’t like service of staffs.

Im very uncomfortable giving this restaurant even 1 star. They totally doesn't know how to run a business. The staffs was so unapproachable, doesn't know there menus and most of all they don't know how to deal guest complaints. This entire restaurant is needed to be trained (from manager to there kitchen porter). This is my first time that encounter a restaurant like this. Im so disappointed.

I dont know how this restaurant run there business, staff doesn't know there menus, we order a food that we wanted but the staff recomend us says that it is included in a platter however, we eat half of the platter unfortunately we didn't find the food that we wanted we thought it was underneath the fries, we try to complain to them but we ended without apologies and no reponds properly and blaming us why we eat the half of food and complain. Very bad customer service and experience, unprofessional and they really dont know how to deal to a customer, totally disappointed.

Worst food I ordered a grill chicken and they give me the chicken which was made yesterday and they microwave it and when I open the grill chicken I can still see the blood and sticky one

I ordered an avocado milkshake with honey, Unfortunately I got the worst one in my life they are charging 12 Dirhams for the large size but it’s not worth for it. I’m suggesting to the restaurant “ you guys should stop adding green color on it and put at least half of ripe avocado “

The way they answer on complain is not satisfying, they are telling different things to a regular customer whithout realizing that we as a regular customers know what we are eating from their restaurant. Well thank you and goodluck!

I am ur regular customer who used to eat and even recommend friends coz of tasty food. But customer Service is *0* point. My last experience was horrible. Instead of explaining properly, the phillipina staff was very rude and even shouting at me. I would like to suggest that either the owner or Manager (who has responsible) really need to observe and train them.

Food is good for fast relief of hunger, decent meals in good serving size. They have a little of almost everything from Filipino, Indian and Chinese cuisines.

Today i habe very bad experience. I wait 27 minutes only for 1 chicken burger. N i always have requested no tomatoes inside.but every time i found tomato. Please check what customer requested.

Food is good staff is also fine specially Sandra May be new I saw her now a days very polite and cailm and giving fast service nice attitude God bless her give us good experience

Not only this he is not serving to the customer and not give attention he shows he is very busy but doing nothing.

I had always eaten their but I saw new staff sandra very nice polite and care of the customer she is very good to behave with us.and food was ownsome because of her fast service

The best shawarama around al rigga value for money. And the staff if soo polite.

However i had a small incident with some food and the manager did not comply at all. He need to learn customer care soo it will gain more customers

If you have 12 dirhams in your hand, please go and try their large chicken shawarma, you will get to know why I am suggesting and recommending. Trust me.

Shewarma is a really good quality and well filled up. Outside sitting is cozy to have meal or coffee in the evening
