Terrible service! I bought some fabric made the sample and came back with this sample and asked them exactly the same fabric, their stuff gave me the fabric and I asked him if he is sure if its same, because the fabric was white linen, he gave me the off white. I went back next morning and told them it wasn’t same fabric guess what? Stuff told to the owner that I choosed the fabric by myself and owner started to shouting at me, they were 4 men I was in the middle of the store and shocked! They made me feel so bad, I had to call the Police and report them for treating customer, specially treating women like this in Dubai. I used to buy way cheaper all those fabrics and accessories from Deira/Baniyas, it was first and last time from Fida! I will never suggest you to buy from them, just go to Neha or Deira next to Baniyas station you will buy way cheaper and much better quality and service!

I like to deal with that team, good price a lot of items are there match to all requirements.

One of the best haberdashery stores in town with a great selection of sewing, knitting and craft supplies, yarn, and sewing accessories. All reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Really kind staff and great selection. Scissors, thread, macrame thread, knitting accessories. You can also find all kind of materials.

A lot of beads and other decorative a accessories for creative sewing.

I have been there many times, they have a good assortment, but the staff is every time impatient, even when there is no customers in the shop. Some of the vendors and specially the manager are rude and they don't care if you complain how you are been treated in their shop.

Easy to find home materials, but prices are sometimes different depending on the workers and cashier

I visited Fida General Trading in Al Satwa after my friend suggested it to me. It has a wide range of products for all tailoring amd fashion designing needs. You can find all equipment there. The customer service was also very good. The salesperson helped me with whatever i asked. I had bought fabrics, zppers, buttons, machine oil, threads and few other things. And when I came home amd used the products, I found that the quality was super fine. During the pandemic they offered me online service as well. They were very helpful.

We've been going here about 5 years now. When we are in Satwa we are sure to stop here. My wife loves textiles and needlework, so I naturally get dragged along.

We've been looking for some weird and creative things and Fida never disappoints. Recently I was looking for small patches as my Crossfit shoes have been having a rough time, and wha-la no worries sir we have patches. Thanks Fida.

Very bad experience with them. Overpriced and bad quality of materials. The price is multiplied by 2 or 3 times from other stores. You can find the same product in the other shops with lower and more reasonable price. The customer service staff are very rude. I absolutely do not recommend this place to others.

Fabric and sewing motions. While they usually carry fabrics for saree or specific attires they also have plain cotton and printed with child motives. The notions they sell are really good prices and you can count with any of the sellers knowledge into guided you on how much fabric you will need for a specific garment.

Its a nice store and has everything you need for stitching and knitting and crafts, but its quite expensive
