Visitors paid Parking has a very narrow and curved entrance. I was afraid to scratch the car or bump into the wall. And they charge 10 dirhams per up to 2 hours, no matter you stay 20 minutes or 2 hours. So it's kinda unfair.

Good location, main problem is the elevator. If youre planning on reaching your office, you gotta make sure you have your water bottle and a full bag of snacks to help you survive the wait till you can find an empty elevator to step into. Then you try taking the stairs but the doors will only open if you have an access card. Why the complication? Its a tower in business bay, not the world trade center.

Be ready to pay parking fees or parking fines if ur late even by 2 mins even though you are visiting someone or stopped by at the cafe for some snaks and shesha.

Nice building and mainly KANA CAFE is there in ground floor where we can have food so need to go far from the office to have food
