Order flowers for mother day … order got accepted by the shop …. Waited an hour on them only to find out the shop has closed for lunch so won’t deliver the order and I have to cancel it.

This is very poor customer service …. How can you accept my order …charge me and then decide to cancel it? !

So it’s my first time ordering from their Groupon and I must say the staff was extremely polite and nice. I even spoke to someone from Jaddaf as first no one picked their phone and he transferred me to the Al Barsha branch. V impressed! Thank you will def. Be ordering a lot more.
