Fill A Box UAE - Door to Door Cargo Services

We have shipped 10 boxes to London with them in good faith. We were told they would arrive in a week. It has now been two months and Tausif, the owner, has disappeared. He has turned off his phone and is deleting social media comments/messages.

He is hiding, while leaving his poor receptionist to deal with the outraged customers. She won’t give us any information to the status of our belongings and you can tell she is terrified of getting in trouble by her superiors. All we want is some honesty. If they were to tell us the truth about what’s happening we would be fine. But the fact that he is obviously avoiding everyone is very suspicious and makes us assume the worst. I have a horrible feeling that our 10 boxes of precious belongings that can’t be replaced have been stolen/lost.

I even contacted the shop pretending to be a new customer wanting to send some boxes and the receptionist told me it takes 1-2 weeks for a shipment to be delivered (which is obviously a lie)

Tausif, if you are reading this, PLEASE own up to what is going on. If the boxes haven’t left Dubai then please give us the option to collect them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will be reporting them to the consumer protection department in Dubai. Sent my boxes in good faith. Numerous calls and messages during an 8 week period to try and track down my boxes. Excuse after excuse! They do not answer messages or calls. Their lack of professionalism is appalling! Boxes arrived after 8 weeks Dubai to UK and my things are in a terrible mess! Everything was packed securely, however it was not returned to me like that. Really disappointed!

Worst service ever.they are cheating people to get their money only. Calling then but no response.

My shipment was collected on the 19th May, today is 5th June and no sign of it at the destination. So much for 7-10 day delivery. At the moment beeing ignored by their customer service. Seems noone cares that the company is getting a bad rep!
Terrible experience so far!

Please do not use this company. We shipped 2 boxes from Dubai to the U. K. They disappeared somewhere in the U. K.and it took a lot of effort to get Fillabox to take any action. Our boxes arrived more than 5 weeks later, damaged with broken contents. They have failed to reply to any of our emails. I would seriously avoid them.

You took my package May 4 and till now it didn't reach to the place I want in UK
No one is answering the calls and messages
10 days from now and you said 5 working days
What a bad service!

Stay away from this place.
They take your stuff, nice and polite. Once you pay- you have no money, no shipment and they just feed you covid stories and why you shipment is nowhere to be found.
They refuse to share any paper trail of the shipment, no proof it even left the UAE.

I had experience with the same person who runs this company where they "stored" my furniture and now won't give it back to me.
I am going to the police to report it stolen.

No customer service - never pick up the phone.
The only time they pay attention to you is when they send you the invoice and they want payment.

PLEASE please use a reputable company and don't go near this one.

Cannot recommend Fill-A-Box UAE highly enough. What a fantastic service. Found myself in a bind faced with exorbitant Airline excess baggage rates and ended up paying less than a third what the airlines quoted. Such a great and professional service who acted immediately to get me sorted.

Company Manager (Tausif) is brilliant.

I came to Dubai for holiday but as expected Mrs went crazy on shopping we had lot of extra luggage that needed to be shipped back to uk so we were recommended by our hotel about this company and I must say I have never felt so happy and relieved after speaking to these guys, they made me feel on ease and took care of all my luggage boxed it all up nothing was trouble to these guys, really polite humble and professional. They went out of their way to make sure that me and my Mrs feel relaxed. I will 100% recommend these guys and will use their services again. Thank you so much for all your help and professionalism much appreciated.

Wow what an amazing service. Coming back from Dubai after a well deserved family holiday and we had to much baggage. After being quoted more than normal to bring my baggage back to Bradford UK I thankfully contacted these guys. And I’m so glad I did. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and the price was honestly fantastic. Next time I am contemplating of only bringing hand luggage back and putting the rest through these guys.
