My recent visit to this place left me quite disappointed. When I inquired about ginger tea, the counter staff insisted masala tea was the same. Despite requesting a simple tea with a hint of ginger, I ended up with an overly sweet masala tea and no ginger flavor. The counter guy was rude and seemed frustrated, upselling without delivering on the order. Overall, a frustrating experience that makes me hesitant to return or recommend this place.

Zafran tea was very bad, other branches serve better Zafran, also the prices were high compared to other branches.

Came twice to order but the employees are not there even though it says open.
Security says they will arrive at 2 but they don’t arrive

After a long drive from Abu Dhabi during weekend, we found this small food truck in the last exit Auh bound. We ordered there schezwan foodles, chicken fil z with Zafron tea and a passion ice tea. Food was decent and enjoyable.

Worker refused to come to car to pick the order; he wanted us to come by the truck and order
Its a last exit; everywhere they order from car; I didn’t get it
The karak was nice; more sweet; its a normal Cafeteria Karak
The cost for Karak is 6 aed- Small cup
They have different kind of Karak

Everyday I came between 12pm -1 pm & still no one inside the truck. Poor timing and customer service.

Filli cafe's saffron tea is expensive and lacks taste, resulting in a disappointing experience. Consider trying alternative recipes at home or exploring other tea houses to find a saffron tea that suits your preferences better.

The overall experience was good, the food is good and drinks as well.
If there is one negative point will be the sandwich prices quite high.

Poor customer service and one of the highly anticipated tea but it’s not worth for the cost.

The staff very very very poor. I told the staff my order I spend more then 3 minutes he did not even look at me he was on his calculator all the time as I was placing my order I heard from him only one word closed first I was shocked from his word so I asked him what are you saying again again he says closed. My understanding when you are closed you close the window and put a sign or say it polity sir we are sorry we are closed.

Please look at this matter as we are group and we spend most of our time at the location. The location is last exit madix the way of going to AD

It’s not worth to give the high rating
Simply it’s Ranbow milk but the price is very high!
