Filli Cafe

They are one of the best. Their zafran tea is very famous and loved by people. Also other things are good too like quesadillas.

I happen to visit filli bay avenue and tried for filli momos, club sandwich & wrap it was very tasty & yummy and their zaffran tea is always a best, great ambiance, friendly staff and lovely service highly recommend this place to visit next time with family

Great place and great location, the coffee they have is very tasty, but the hygiene I give 0 out of 10, needs to be worked on

Don't usually give perfect rate but my dine in experience was great. Food/coffee is good, relaxing atmosphere, staff (forgot to get the name) was very nice (my small bill was not enough, and she covered the rest)

Loved the Zaffran chai at Fili's. Very creamy, flavorful and rich. Incredible find and enjoyed trying it when I visited Dubai. Also purchased some packs to take back with me. Would totally visit again when I'm in Dubai.

Its a good place to sit around with friends.

Only want to mention staff here looks tense pr pressurised not sure about reason. But all other seems perfect.

Lol i went to the cafe all the waiters and chef were in kitchen eating food no one to take down the order, had to place my order twice.
Food also served uncooked!

Great experience! I had a cup of karak chai with vada pao and it was too good! The bun was soft and the taste was excellent! Nice helpful staff. I initially ordered chai with sugar but it was too sweet and the staff happily agreed to replace it with another cup which was indeed a nice gesture. The only thing I didn't like about the place was it's indoor dining capacity where only 6 people can sit and that too in a straight line. Outdoor dining option is available but the weather in Dubai does not allow you to sit outside especially in summers. Overall a great experience

I can assure you this tea spot is one of the excellent tea spot in uae, they have branches all over uae and they are growing reason, good discipline of employees, hygiene, and taste.

Good resturant, go for tea rather then coffee, I have been to business day store and it has great vibes.

The Filli Zafran Tea is something I never thought would be so good and full of saffron flavour. Paneer kathi rolls, bun kebab, burger and foodles were also good.

Good hospitality, nice outdoor ambiance but not satisfied in the preparation of food. I like better in Albarsha1 branch️

The zaffran tea IS the best. Hot, with sugar or not, and perfect.

Definitely recommend the Zaffran tea and the tandoori toasting was good too! Good friendly staff and music.

To be honest without any prejudice the tea is superhyped but not good enough to the reputation (personal opinion as a diehard chaye lover) the service was good and the ambiance was also great but not the product, you will find much better tasting karaks in small cafes spread across dubai

So I ordered 3 zafran tea small and they charged me 21 aed. But when I receive tea it was with out zafran and it's really unacceptable service

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

I requested for a cup as I was not comfortable drinking water in Filli bottle, but the staff refused to offer me one even after I insisted that I will pay for the cup. I felt this as inhumane and too low service from Filli.
The food is average but not that great! Considering this bad experience and wide options available in dubai where they treat customers respectfully, I won’t be going back to Filli anymore! Sadly, no option to give negative review: (

Had a business meeting here and loved their chai tea with saffron and their chicken sandwich. The waitress was really nice and all smiling. She has a very unique name that I can't remember now (shame) but she's from Uganda and I loved her service. I'd visit again just to remember her name.

From where you hire this rude staff filli? No cup holder or cover, handed over hot cup and refused to provide any holder. I requested to double the cup atleast, staff refused and asked for 5aed extra.
Happened at 18: 30 on Saturday in business bay branch.

One of the worst staff I have ever seen i spent around 6 mins to explain i need egg warp but after couple of mins wait they bring chips wrap and push me to eat its really worst experience and tea is full of sugar no taste i am very disappointed

Filli has always been famous for its type of tea and coffees. They serve best coffee and tea ranges from all around the Asia and Arab region. Specially their ZAFRANI TEA which is a must to taste. This time tried their Dynamite Parotha, Chicken Club Sandwich and Kids Meal. Everything was perfect as per the regional taste and food type. Filli has surely grown and gone in a good direction with adding more food ranges to its menu. They are not only a cafe now, it surely has the quality of resturants as well.

One of the best cafes for dine-in and to-go. I have tried their chai once and become a big fan of it though price point is higher compare to others. Good location if you work along Al Mustaqbal Street in Business Bay. Recently had them and shared with colleagues

One of the best tea joint in dubai! Addicted to their masala chai along with Chicken quesadillas! Recently tried desi chicken noodles, very hot & delicious. My favorite branch is al nadha dubai branch, due to their ample parking space in front of a restaurant.

Butter chicken momos is very nice and full of spices. Just one thing, i wish they gave forks instead of spoons. I tried to eat with my fingers and the spices smell wouldn’t go away no matter how much I washed my hand. I didn’t like their tea that much to be frank however but their regular size is huge so that’s very good. I was thinking i will eat a snack but i was very full I couldn’t eat dinner after.

Service need to be check. Regular customer r more given welcome then non regular customers. Should follow more strict measures in COVID19 situation.

A very good taste of tea. A great memory big my life specially when you are missing fresh milk tea of Pakistan, it's a good substitute. Try it at least once.

A place that comes to your mind almost immediately whenever anyone talks about Tea, especially Zaafrani Tea!
The tea is good, apart from tea I like the shakes and cardamom milk.
The cheese sandwich is great.
The staff needs to be a bit more polite (as per my personal experience)

Staff was in a different mind when taking the order. Ordered something and received something else. Very smartly he made me paid for samosas. Not good way of doing business and no customer service at all.

Love the tea. Especially the zafran tea. I keep going again and again. But rest of the stuff seems too pricy.

Lousy service. They couldn’t even refund a packaged loose leaf tea order right after it was placed. Would not recommend visiting either this store or this chain.

Located right in the heart of business bay, this quaint lil cafe does its job. From the filli brand, their best all time favorite is the zafran chai. The sandwiches too are really yummy. The outdoor seating is very relaxing. Within years, the increase of this chain is the proof that they are doing amazing work. I had tasted tea in many place but their taste is great but a bit over priced. This cafe at Dubai duty free zone food court has opened few months ago and added another flavour to the area. It is a good place to have a quick bite and coffee or tea.

Chai Samoosa and Crunchy bite is too good. The regular tea is way tooo sweet for me so i always order less sugar in their impz branch, barsha and knowledge village. Kite beach branch is always overcrowded and donot offer tea with less sugar.

If this would have been 2 month ago I would have rated 3 star instead of 4, but now filli cafe have been upgraded with more menu options, less sugar tea, storing or normal tea, it's like you can customise your thing. And kaathi rolls are amazing to taste

One of the best places in Dubai to visit for their Zafrani chai. Nicely brewed and can be enjoyed anytime during the day and night. The cafe is opened untill 3am. Other than tea, they also serve variety of snacks like samosas, sandwiches, wraps as well as milk shakes.
