Filli Cafe

Update: Two days ago, I tried their Mutton Bun Kabab and OMG guys, you have to try it out! The taste is absolutely delicious and it’s served with potato poppers. Also tried their Spicy Chicken Momos (deep fried, not pan seared) - the filling was delicious but don’t go for the fried option.

You cant mention Kadak and not think about FiLLi. With humble origins, the cafe chain has gone on to establish itself as the pioneers of the Kadak Chai.

It's been ages since I've last been to FiLLi, and even then, I've only been there for tea. I ended up at the Mamzar branch over the weekend. The interiors are small, with only a single table available indoors, but plenty of eating is available outside. Being a busy night time spot with the local patrons with a number of cafes along the stretch it is at times hard to find parking in the area, especially on the weekends.

The service is great and so is the staff. We ordered a few drinks and some snacks. The peach ice tea in particular was refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness to it. The butter chicken samosa was something different and something i will surely try again.

With the weather now improving, its a great place to visit with friends. Going to head back again this weekend to try out their Bun Kabab (new addition to the menu).

I love all Filli Cafes in Dubai. But this time, not too satisfied. I tried a Paneer *** crunch pratha, and it was too spicy for me although I had asked them not to make it spicy.

Lovely place to have tea and gossips with your friends and family. U can spend quality time here, food is great, and the Filli Tea is their signature. Most of the tea snacks are worth it. These days in Dec the nights are chilly specially at the corniche side so Filli Cafe is a must go place for all the food lovers and tea lovers.

The new veg Foodles is a treat to have, very tasty and delicious item from their famous menu. The tea is their USP. Good place to have friends gossips and timepass. I like it.:)

Kashmiri tea available for 5/8 aed but taste is not like kashmiri tea only almond cut pieces mixed. Filli tea is good

Situated in luxurious surroundings this cafe offers its unique Zaffran tea. Ambience is good but a little crowded. For a quick bite of snacks and drinks this is a good place to visit with lots of parking space.

Poor service.only earning name is not enough they only concentrate on big brand cars to serve first.the service people are very biased.this might create downfall of the chain of cafe if no action taken on time.

Always I'm a victim of bad staff behaviour. They know that they are in global brand. But staff selection is the worst worst management decision. I think they appointed from their unqualified family burdens. At least try to give training for the staff members. Really getting irritated. One is more worst er than other. Keep it up.

This place. Used to be gr8 but now it's much of a crowded stop over for tea. The tea itself is nothing special and too sweet for my liking.

Filli is all around! Every hour of ur day n night can be filled with a tea with same great taste anywhere in Dubai.

Their tea standards have lower down.
There are better tea joints now
One should try Karak time tea.
Its much better than Filli now

Filly always good for a tea break.

Atmosphere in the shop is quite nice and warm. Also the staff courtesy and delivery was also good.
You will get variety of tea flavours here.

Very bad experience today
. I had to wait long time at the counter just to tell them that I need Tea.though 3 staffs were just ignoring my gestures.and whatever I say.finally after 10 minutes finally someone seemed realize that I am ignored for long time and asked with eye gesture what am I looking for. I had heard about the tea being good there but this was strange.and then weird thing happened. I bought two cups of tea, and those were given with lid on cups.no one offered put lids on cups.anyway took both the cups one in each hands.while trying to open doors to step out of the store, one tea fell on my left hand.it was literally hot and burning.the staff saw that.and did not even offer a tissue paper.forget about water. I had to back manage to keep the cups on some table.and ask for tissue.the guy at the counter gave a strange look as if I did a big mistake of interrupting him.he just took out one tissue and kept on the counter started doing whatever he was doing.this is hieghts of careless staff. I wouldn't recommended.one if the customers sitting on table he stood up and helped me opening the door next time.but nothing seemed to bother the staff around there.

Have loved it since long time but recently it's taste has deteriorated a little. It may be due to expansion of business and less management control or may be my taste buds behaving erratically.

Lost his charm now only a brand name not like as use to b in past but anyway wish them all the success

The most well reknowned cafe shop in Dubai maybe even in the Middle East has offering of hot and cold beverages as well as snacks of high quality. A lot of the items have saffron in the which enhances the image of the brand. The price for the items are a premium, so unless cash is not a major issue its better to try the same items at a competitors store, but it is worth trying because of the brand name.

Their Special Saffron Tea is what I love the most. Frequent Visitor only for the tea. As well as the seating Arrangement made in Qusais branch is the perfect spot to spend time with friends and family. Must try the tea and their sandwiches which is worth it.

What's the hype about? The tea was too sweet and creamy that it had the texture of slightly diluted condensed milk. Decently clean. Not worth a drive.

Used to drink a cup of Zaafrani daily from Nadd Al Hamar Branch. But now the taste is not the same. That's my taste. But still people like to visit them. Everybody has his/her own taste buds.

Filli tea anywhere in Dubai is a blessing for it's delicious Chai.
Ordered a Zaffrani Chai with a box of samosas, got it packed and enjoyed it with a view at Mamzar beach. It was lovely!

Thr zafran tea is good but advisable not to visit on weekend.its crowded and not actually maintaining the quality due to rush hour

This is nothing but masala chai what you get in India in all tea shop.main thing is milk if you get cream milk then everything is best.
