Said’s recommendations and assistance with framing our various pieces of art turned out great and looks amazing on our walls at home!

They are not professional at all. They spoilt a very expensive and delicate artwork I had given them although I had visited the shops on several occasions to make sure they knew what they were doing. They tried to fix it but failed so was very disappointed to say the least. Will never go back to them nor recommend them to anyone.

Due to the positive review I thought I would try this place out.prices and time lines are good but when I went to pickup my paintings the frame was a completely different colour to what I had chosen.when I mentioned that they said they ran out of the original colour chosen but at no point did they call me to inform me they just chose another colour. Really disappointed and will not be back.

Got a text from the shop that my frames were ready. Drove 40 mins to pick them. Nothing was ready and the guy blamed me for not calling them.instead of apologizing or offering a gesture the salesman in the shop started blaming. So much to learn in customer care and customer satisfaction
