Amazing staff, the guy on the counter was very friendly, the service is good. The prices are good as compared to other bouquet shops.

Worst customer service ever
1- My arrangement literally took two days & they still asked me to extend it to a third day due to material shortage
2- they wrapped my items without taking my approval if im happy with my budget or no, they sent a pic & surprised me with the figure which was beyond what im willing to pay
3- the lady asked me to pay a certain figure (which was supposed to include delivery) which i did & 30 mins later i was asked to pay extra bcz she missed adding delivery fees
4- IT TAKES AGES TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE TEAM, LITERALLY NO ONE ANSWERS unless u whatsapp miss call them 100 times!

I hope the owner sees this & goes thru my whatsapp conversation with the team to know the amount of patience i exerted in my transaction

UPDATE 1: management handled my situation horribly& poorly, not even an apology was given, cash oriented not client driven place.
