Amazing arabic sweets and I love all the sweets. All ingredients used to prepare the sweet and all other dishes are so rich and excellent quality sweets. Mr Ahmed (sales person) I believe Ethiopian national is so polite and smart and he can read my brain so quick. I got my EID sweets today from here, if you try once you gonna visit it again and again like me.
Only the pista baklava was good during our visit. Did not enjoy the sesame cookies which smelled stale. The kanafeh was nothing to write home about either.
For those who don't know how to order - get the crispy cheese kunafa (the original not the orange coloured one) and ask them to add syrup and chopped pistachio!
This is the second time I tried this place, first time was terrible and I decided never go there again! They told me that the sweets were fresh but it was over more than couple of nights in my opinion Today, Ramada, passed there and thought let me give them another chance! My visit today was worst than first time Never ever going there again Hope that other branches are not that bad too NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
This place has become a favourite for me and my wife. We have been visiting here atleast twice a week for the past 1 month. The cheese kunafa is too good. The one with the cream is too heavy. After trying with ice cream as well, we have decided to continue ordering plain cheese kunafa. Staff is friendly as well. P. S we have tried kunafa 5 times more expensive at Dubai mall, but we find firas much better.
Ok - the kunafa though! That's all we tried, but it was amazing! Definitely take the crispy kunafa if you pop by. Nice to sit outdoors and eat it in the winter.
Worst quality ever. Their Kunafa keshna and Namah are the worst I ever tasted, no cheese and very low quality ingredients you cant even call it Kunafa. Their other sweets are also terrible. I'm really surprised they are still operating in this era maybe because there is no competition around. Very overpriced sweets, I cant believe they charge AED 68 for 1 KG of Kunafa it is just unbelievable how overpriced it is. If there is 0 star rating I will give them.
Could not stop myself from munching and tasting and buying all i could lay my hands on. Baklawa is authentic and in multiple flavours. Saffron and pistachios are loaded on all sweets and you can see it getting made too. Near 2nd December Street is so good for a late evening post dinner second serve. CHEESE KHUNAFA is my personal favorite.
