The worst experience ever! 1 month waiting for a clearance letter which suppose to be ready in 5 working days! No fallow up, no reply and no comment!

HOSSAM DAABIS in FAB ISLAMIC DEIRA, He gave me his number to contact him for Autoloan then after few days I contacted him, He started unprofessional communication and sending me weird whatssap msgs and pix, I told him to be professional and stop doing this he blocked me and stopped picking up my calls! I complained him to his manager BUT NO ACTIONS HAPPENED AT ALL from the bank! I'm shocked Indeed! Is this the standards of customer service in FAB!
