My ex boss got from them POS software for our store which was so terrible- one word in English, other word in Russian lol never saw anything like that since I worked with many POS in 15 years, apart from this it was very limited and not user friendly, once you want to add some little thing- pay more and more. They do not have any idea how proper POS software looks like that is why they made something primitive just to make money out of it. Their staff who came to train us on this software was saying bad things about our company! No customer ethics. 2 stars because we happen to deal with other lady from customer support and she was very helpful. In a case you will struggle to recognize me as someone authentic who used/purchased your software there is a hint- our jewellery store was in Nakheel mall. Observed so many made up reviews. Instead of writing fake reviews for yourself spend the time to make outstanding products and good reviews will follow organically.

FirstBit helped us to streamline our process and control our projects efficiently, which seemed to be an arduous task without this systematic software. Team did a great job supporting us during and after the project.

Please don't ever get this first bit software. It's a system that is very time consuming and not user friendly at all.

I really regret getting this software, it's not worth the cost.

Hi, my name is Tarek. I'm an accounting manager in a medium-sized company. Previous to Firstbit, I have used many famous ERP's none of them fit our needs in reporting, customization and analysis. And hence, we wanted to have something which is customizable, userfriendly that also able to produce an efficient reports with one button click, and Firstbit was able to offer the greatest solution with the shortest implementation time.
