Under NO circumstances use thig joke of a company to deliver ANYTHING ANYWHERE!

Collect, lost items and then refused to say they collected the items! When security footage shows other wise!

I sent messages through their chat box I think 3 weeks ago and until now there is no update regarding my package as to when can I receive it. I am waiting for my package for more than a month already tsk tsk tsk.

Never get them to collect COD, you'll never get it. It's been 2 months and I haven't got my COD, despite the fact that they weren't even suppose to collect it in the first place. Worst experience ever.

Delivering packages seems to go without planning routes. I have been waiting for a package for almost a week and they don’t know when they will bring it to me. I can not recommend this company.it’s not the first time I had to deal with them. Absolutely disorganized

I have to edit this post. Unfortunately there is no 0 stars. The supplier followed up as well with this company and she was told the road to my area is blocked. What a lie! I can see onto the access road and far beyond. They is no blockage. Free flowing traffic with other couriers going in and out

It's a very organized company. They staffs are well trained and very good customer service representative skill

It’s been already 5 days from my first scheduled delivery. I’m calling them every day, and it’s always the same story.we called you (which they didn’t) and you didn’t pick up, or we came to the reception (which they didn’t) but they refused to accept the package. Today for the third time I got the answer that package will arrive “tomorrow”. Extremely incompetent. Avoid if you can.

Worst courier company I've ever dealt with. Been waiting for my international package which has already been received by them on 11th Jan. It is now a week and no word from the company about the delivery.

It is really very unprofessional and poor service offering.i have recently send one courier to Kerala and one to Qatar. Both couriers were totally a headache for me. They didn't deliver in time and there is no proper contact centers or any numbers which is picking always. Only Dubai office they have all facility, but after collecting the document there is no timely approach to deliver it in time. I doubt the other countries their customer service and deliveries are very poor. To kerala, i send courier to Pathanamthitta and later i knew they dont have direct service in kerala and they do it with third party chanel.this took more than a week time to get my shipment. Later i took a second chance to Qatar and after reaching the qatar, they took two days to deliver and that too with my complaints. They dont have dedicated services in qatar and Kerala, rest countries i dont know.please dont trust them, they will never deliver in time.

Appalling service. Its a very unprofessional company and and they do not have any internal communication structure. On call they confirm your shipment, however the shipment is not picked up and they give a lame excuse. Stay Away

Bad experience for me.sent one document to India/ kerala.not delivered since 4 days.staff in Sharjah branch is not good enough in customer care. No more dealings with this courier.

Worst couriers ever, for 1 week they kept telling me that my package will arrive tomorrow, still didn’t receive anything.
