First Flight Couriers Corporate Office

Never, ever trust this company. They lost my product and no one wants to find it and return it. More precisely, they pretend that they are working on it, they promise to bring it every day, but they do nothing except promises. And every day they say “tomorrow”, “tomorrow”. They hope that I will forget.
But no, I will receive my goods, don’t let them hope.
Truth and law are on my side!
There was one delivery company, also bad. So they just regularly detained for a couple of days. As a result, they went bankrupt and closed.
I hope the same fate awaits this company.
I wish such companies simply did not exist in the UAE!

They are literally scamming you. Every day they say out for delivery. Delivery guys phone is off and then shows the customer didnt pick. You call and their customer service guys put you on hold for 10 minutes so you cut the call. Extremely bad experience

When I order from China, if I see this company is going to deliver my product I get scared, I have nothing but bad experience from these people. Extremely bad service. Everytime they deliver their items 3 or 4 days over the promised time

I booked three days ago. They came to me within 10 minutes of booking and took my documents. It was delivered in two days in India. Good service

Very bad driver in this company motorcycle 63716 I number plate. How this company train only bad driving in the road.

I wanted to send cheque, while they refused to accept partially filled cheque, either they want a fully filled cheque or blank cheque, very rigid and not willing to assist. Only good aspect is the price to send urgent courier.

My experience with first flight courier is of 8 years, never had any major issue, collection on time, my parcels delivered on expected time,

I just arranged 69 send out with them last December 2022. Vinod Kumar from Pre-paid department was very supportive. He was online even after office hours making sure I am updated with the shipment status. He shared updates whenever needed apart from the daily system generated updates being received from them. He also made sure to answer every inquiry that I have. There were some delays with their operations team for supplies delivery and pick up time but the actions happened on the same day. Over all, they are competitive, noting also that they offered cheaper rates compared to the popular names in the industry. I will have another shipment coming up, I'll cross my finger and hope I'll have the same experience. Hoping for the best of 2023.

Avoid this company. Terrible service and management. Incompetence isn’t even the word. They destroyed a parcel, badly tried to cover it up and then blamed me. No accountability whatsoever and no attempt to make things right. This company does not deserve your money.
