Worst service ever, waiting for my package for more than 5 days. They claim that they called but no one called. Bad service!

Worst service ever. Promise after promise after promise for delivery. They lie saying my number is wrong. Yet same number they text on saying they delivering. Same number every other company calls on. Then tell me their guy is on way and be there shortly. Then I get an update online saying no answer and returned to hub. 2 weeks of these lies. Enough is enough. I will open a case of theft.

Very worst service.for local delivery they took 5 days.even they keep on promising the delivery with in 1 day and days.it prolonged. Nobody has clue what is going on that shipment. I got frustrated to call them on all 5 days. Useless service.

Very good service. They offered door step pickup and staff is very cooperative. The rate was cheap and delivery time quick also. We’ve made an international delivery and it’s delivered before time. We can track the shipment via their portal.

We’ve been doing business with First Flight since the past 7 months and have found their services to be fantastic. Not only do they stick to their given schedule, as in the timely connectivity for transit shipments, but their customer service, (which I personally feel is the most important) is absolutely outstanding.

The delivery was on time as well as saleem sulthan adjusted to the schedule timing and delivered on time and provided a great customer service.

Don’t ship with them and if you except a parcel then good luck! Worst company on earth! The driver never call you and they only play with you by saying out of delivery in the morning and wrong address at the end of the day!

This courier never failed me. I'm giving this a 5 star.the company never leave me hanging, for everything as for my parcel is too small and less expensive other couriers that I ask they tell me huge amount to pay so I lose hope but this company staff never do the same they guide me and telling me everything will be smooth and it did.they have a heart for everyone. I'm so thankful for the company.and I will surely be back to this courier again.thank you so much for the service.

This company is the worst of all the courier services in UAE. A bunch of irresponsible and unprofessional team. I sent a valuable items and they actually gave to a bystander in front of the receiver residence without checking for a proper identification card.

Customer service got a lame response and failed to accommodate and do a proper intervention in regards with the lost parcel.

This kind of company should never exist as they failed to reciprocate our trust by using their service and allowing our hard-earned items to just go missing under their custody.

They even violated proper protocol of how the parcel should be delivered to the right person with right identification. Such a bad experience!

They told me that the delivery person came and no one was there but the reality that now one come at all, plus when I'm messaging customer service because I'm travelling next day he is telling me you can come and collect it by your self!? Really if I will pick up my order why I will use ur services!?

Pathetic customer support and not at all professional. I really wonder as to how they are running this courier service with these people and moreover how did they get hired as well

1 month and my package not delivered, my house 16 min away from their warehouse, everyday they promise tomorrow

Its so sad that stakeholders have invested millions of assets in this company just to see it waisted on unprofessional management, this what happens when you simply think its only money that you need to open a business, the management of this company should be seriously looked into if anyone cares, when you have proper management you will never find such a large number of issues.

If I could give half a star I would. They earn half a star because when they speak on the phone they are polite. They are telling complete lies and don't care whether they deliver your package or not but they do it politely which is saying something. I called 3 times and everytime they promise to look into something and call back they never did once and then lie confidently when making ridiculous excuses. For example we called many times and no one answered. Well my phone like all mobile phones has a call log so that's a poor excuse. They even told the sender I rejected the package cause I assume they could not be bothered to contact me. I'm not sure why amazon are using this courier service. Its shocking and not a fair reflection of the UAE. Not at all. My advice don't use them at all. I ended up picking up my own package from them and doing the work they could not be bothered to do. Really really really bad service. You have read the review if you choose to use them it's your own fault now. You were told.

The worst company in any field I have ever dealt with!
My parcel was mistakenly sent back to Dubai from the UK after being sent to Dubai by mistake the first time.
I had to pay 1200 AED for charges and for the parcel to be shipped back to its original sender.
I paid this over 5 weeks ago, after many time being told I would be updated on its progress I have still yet to recieve any information, no tracking number nothing.
Vijay who has beem dealing with it reads my messages then doesn't reply, I will be contacting the police to report them as at this point they have just stolen my money, the worse part is I didnt even choose to use this terrible company.
Never use these ever!

I have contacted so many times for the update of my parcel but no action is taken yet. Its been 15 days i have booked my shipment but still not reached at the destination.
