Thank you to Mohammed Shiyas who demonstrated a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care, making the entire process extremely quick and smooth.

I always believe an business services provider is judged by the consistency in their services, however same can't be said about this institution I was was very disappointed when I visited them on 05th Dec for typing of my UAE ID renewal form. I reached their Al Nahda branch exactly at 0835 since they only open at 0830 to beat the crowd, since 6 months ago i was very impressed with their service.
I was so glad to see that there were no other customers in the office however this joy was short lived as the gentleman at counter who was free doing nothing told me that my UAE ID renewal application typing would take 3-4 hrs as ICA systems were down, little did I know I was been lied, I somehow felt it so I went to another typing center nearby and enquired about systems been down only to be told everything was working fine and my application was typed in within 10mins.
All I ask is why do u need to lie to a customer if you are busy and prioritising other work.
Maybe First Gate Services longer needs individual customers or is choosing who they would serve.
I would never visit this institution again I suggest you check before visiting them for any individual or small services.

I am so happy with the service provided by first gate business services. I approached them for mine and my son's Abu Dhabi family visa and Emirates ID renewal. Mr. Wahab was very professional. He answered all my queries and updated me about my Visa process, via phone calls and WhatsApp messages. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I had looked at. Whole process was Stress free. I would highly recommend their service.

Their bur dubai office is always closed during noon though in website its specified upto night.
