It’s really disappointing service through very poor booking system the Centre have after booking my appointment and all good they canceled my appointment without notifying me and they give my slot to someone else extremely bad experience I’ll make sure to find another Centre who does respect Clint’s appointment and be committed to them

It's not mentioned anywhere that 30 minutes is the timeline to complete the payment

I went to the center once for laser hair removal, the service was very good and therapist was nice (unfortunately don't remember her name). I am writing this review for management to review their booking system. I wanted to book online as I did the first time, but it was asking for advance payment, which I didn't do last time. I teted center and asked to book and they confirmed my booking, after some minuted I got a call and he told me I have to pay, otherwise my booking will be cancelled, I said that I don't want to pay in advance and can he book me without it.
Then he said that the time is only available for morning and if I want to come afternoon this is only for advance payment.
Well, I was dissapointed and now I don't want to come back, surpeisingly they have so much available time online even on the same day, but without payment they don't have.
I hope they will review and make it more convenient for their clients.

I was a client here for a year- they have packages but they do not have a system of recording or maintaining packages - in order to probably cover up the cost they will always tell you that you have taken services that you weren’t charged for - though i was very comfortable with my doctor - but the wait time at the reception and the unprofessional attitude has compelled me to post this review - thank you.
Also Mr Alfen i never asked you for a free service - you knew im an influencer so you have manipulated your response. The issue came up when you said that I have availed services that werent recorded in your system.

I had a bad experience in this clinic, the hygiene is bad and the cleaning of tools is not good at all.

I am beyond happy with the service I received from Ms. Maha Ali (who did my hydrafacial), she's so nice and gentle with my face and very fun to talk with! The clinic was jumpacked with lots of customers but still accepting walk ins like me. I am definitely highly recommending the clinic especially Ms. Maha Ali, she made me feel so comfortable despite of me being scared of the treatment, thank you and will surely comeback and refer to everyone i knew.

If there is less thanone star I will give it, their stuff is not trained at all, they give wrong information so you have to pay more, the reception doesn't have any customer service skills, if the customers are running away it's because of your front desk

Would highly recommend the clinic for laser hair removal. Very satisfied with the results and the service. Have always been accommodated and the receptionists are always super friendly and helpful. Interested in trying the carbon peel and hydra facial on my next visit.

Service is very bad, I booked for my wife but waited for 35 minutes. I found out that they booked two treatment in two different places. I called to manger to complain but call was dropped and no-one called me for 2 days to follow up.

Very bad service.we have an appointment. My mom came for consultation for her face. And as per the doctor's advice "dont be stressed" but you gave her STRESS.she waited for almost 2hrs for hydrafacial. You took her inside after 1.5 hr. But u let her stay there w/o doing anything. And in the end you will tell us your machine is broken! Hello! You should infrm us if you cant accomodate her. She is willing to resched her appointment.
Very unprofessional receptionist!

I have bad exeperience here, especially with the receptionist who answered rudely, doesn't know how to handle a customer. It's good to talk to your manager properly, but your former receptionist is even more okay than the one sitting there now and she hasn't worn a mask and I didn't like that way of talking to me, sorry but she's not suitable for where she's sitting right now! She doesn't even know how to apologize for the lack of information she gives to the customer before proceeding with what needs to be done!

The most worst experience that I have ever had with any medical center, since yesterday I was trying to find the type of RF Device they are using in the clinic, no one knows anything and they didn't bother to ask the doctor or even to connect me with her, they literally reject to transfer the line to her and assuming she is continues busy, I didn't care to speak to the doctor as much I care to get the answer before I get the treatment, it's not logic that I can't get the answer unless I'm already at the clinic, you lost a customer who was willing to have more that 1 treatment/service because of the very unpleasant/unprofessional/poor customer service you have, if there is less than 1 star I wouldn't hesitate to select it.

I tried there carbon peel with laser for acne.my acne is much much better after 3 sessions. Staff is very good and their prices are affordable.very good place highly recommended for hair laser removal and carbon peel.

I had a really good experience with full body laser, the technician so professional and for more than 3 months I was very happy with them. But last 2 months I have had a difficult time getting an appointment. The lady in the reception is changed I think because everytime i call and ask her she has to hung up and promise to call back to give me the reply back. And finally I told her to book an appointment for a specific date and time as i am working and i call back one day before my appt to confirm, a rude guy answered the phone and tell me that my appointment was another day that I wasn’t even informed at all. And he shows me the online appointment because he seemed to be so bothered from the call. I choose how to book an appointment and i have to get a nice reply in any case. If you are overloaded lately this is because of the appreciation of your job but this doesn’t mean that now you have to let people go like that or you have the right to be rude with your clients!

Worst clinic I've ever been to. I did full body laser hair removal sessions and my hair started growing even more. The main issue with the technicians they finish full body laser in max 1.5 hr which doesn't make sense. VERY VERY VERY BAD CLINIC. THEIR PRICES R LOW BUT VERY BAD SERVICE

Went there couple of times for 4x Carbon peel and 2x Hydra Facial. All the staff are professional and all are friendly and did really good job except the receptionist. I want to go back for Laser hair removal and called to inquire she is rude and arrogant! Doesn't know how to speak to clients.

After driving over half an hour in traffic I was told that I would have to wait a minimum of 1 hour for my appointment. No one had called to tell me this before and really didn’t care. Clinical director for the clinic was also not wearing a mask and when i asked about this he explained that ‘he didn’t need to as he was far enough away from me’ terrible customer service and they couldnt care less

Dear ppl, Me and my friend had worst experience with this medical center, we had taken an appointment way earlier and reached the center on time just to wait for another 2 hours and finally getting a reply that the service cannot be done. Really a waste of time and energy.

This is the second time I have been to First Medical Center. My first visit, I did facial and carbon peel. It was such a lovely experience, I saw immediate results after. My skin was hydrated and there’s a differnet glow. Here, the staff listen to your concerns and answers queries accordingly before doing the actual treatment. Thank you DubaiFMC, Dr. Anthony, Rekhe and Ditty for being the best. Looking forward to my next sessions.

One of the worst clinics I’ve been to over the years living in Dubai. I had an appointment for the PRP today and was looking so much forward to it. Unfortunately the moment I exited my car and went to the elevator I felt like something was not right. When I opened the door to the clinic there were a lot of technicians and receptionist with one client waiting. They seemed confused and in a hurry. The worst moment came when an Indian “doctor” or manager on duty if you will took me to a separate room and started filling up a questionnaire which would be alright until he started to question which passport I had and my ethnicity! I find this highly disturbing and inappropriate coming from Europe where these things are absolutely tabu to ask. He then ask me to remove my mask to see my face where I don’t usually have breakouts but thanks to wearing the mask in this heat I as well as you all sweat under it and so I had little redness there. He started to immediately point on it as if I had acne prone skin. I have never felt so uncomfortable until this afternoon. I do NOT RECOMMEND this clinic at all even though they will lurk you on very cheap prices. I was afraid someone would touch my face over there. It is a big NO NO NO

I was scared to consult a dentist. I used to manage my tooth ache with pain killer and antibiotics. Even though am not bothered about the treatment coast. My tooth was like cave (egg shell). I had started my root canal process two times with two different dentist for the same teeth, unfortunately I could not complete the root canal bcz I was really scared. This time I visited Dentist in first Medical Center in Dubai bcz I couldn’t manage the pain by myself. They started treatment in very gentle way. If I had been treated with first medical center. I wouldn’t lose my two teeth. Now am not scared of? DENTIST. Thank you
