The service here is really amazing, the staffs are super friendly, I personally did my laser session with Ms. Gigi, she made me super comfortable. Have to say laser treatment is something I highly recommend to do it in First Medical Center.

I swear they are so unprofessional on the website it shows appointments available but when you book an appointment and go there they say it’s full and then they make excuses it’s not even the receptionist’s fault it’s just their management and system is messed up

Very bad service! Every time they do the same thing, I show up for the appointment 10-15 minutes early and am shocked to see that I have to wait an additional 30 to 40 minutes after the time they provided me. Being informed that you have scheduled multiple persons for appointments at the same time is very bad for your image.

Very rude and unprofessional arabic expat staff. She cancelled the appointment because we were 15 mins late coz we went to another branch by mistake. She has the audacity to raise her voice and ask us why did we not go the other branch and came here.we informed that the appointment was for Al mamzar branch. Our request was still not accommodated and there was no customer service whatsoever displayed by her.she did not bother asking if we want to come at a later time nor she tried to chk if there is any cancellation. Very disappointed with the behaviour. I will never visit this branch and also spread the word of mouth to not visit this place. A single word or gesture makes a big difference and I am really disappointed by the way she handled us. I wish I could give negative stars

Worst medical center I have ever visited in my whole life. I don't recommend this place to anyone at all. The staff is veryyy rude and they are liars each time they give different prices and they have very bad attitude with customers. Receptionist is the worst even.

I would not give them even 1 star.
And not to forget worst management ever.

I wanted to thank you all for the amazing customer support and the lovely staff you have.i did my first laser session and it was such an amazing/ professional experience starting from the doctor who recommended doing a test with the laser first and see the body reaction to Ruby that did for me the session she is really amazing as well like the rest of the staff.

Purchased a flash sale for a Hydra facial for 100dhs.

This is not my 1st time doing Hydra facial but 1st time on this clinic.

The service was poor. It was rushed. One thing happening right after another and my face was not able to breathe ‍. There was a scraping part, though I was informed it's painful she still didnt try to slow it down to lessen the pain. She scraped my face like a pavement it hurts.

I timed everything and it was finished in over 30minutes?

But hey what do you expect for a 100dhs. ‍️ I guess I was just expectating a better procedure regardless the price.

It could be 5 Stars but I give it 4 Stars because the receptionist could be a little more friendly, otherwise it was a very good experience, zero pain, I am grateful to the technician and the doctor of the assessment, they were very kind!

I have been taking treatments for hair & skin in FMC clinic Mamzar branch & its a privilege to say that FMC clinic on a whole has a good environment & is very well mannered staff, good coordination with patients & achieving good result. Overall experience is Excellent.

First time I see not professional doctors! Don't waste your time and money! I would never recommend this clinic!

Very friendly professional staff, over clean and comfortable rooms, had my laser done with ZERO PAIN? , the carbon facial was wonderful, available paid parking, reasonable prices, most definitely will be engaged for a while?

The services are really good and with the price, but always it’s that you have to wait more than half an hour even to begin your consultation. I booked for 5pm and after 5: 45 pm I’m having a meeting with the doctor…so what’s the point of me booking an appointment.

Excellent experience with hydra facial, it was my 1st time but I wa extremely satisfied with the staff dedication and the cleanliness of the clinic, the technician Samar is a sweet heart, she puts her heart into the job, will definitely avail more services.

Absolutely loved the experience of laser hair removal. They have the latest machine and this was the first time I was going for full body. I was reluctant at first.but it was completely pain less.and laser technician ms. Ruby is just amazing.she made me so much comfortable and explained everything.
After my first session I could see the noticeable difference. M excited to see good results in the next few sessions.

Few days ago I had my first laser hair removal with the clinic. I’m totally satisfied and decided I’ll continue all my procedures with them. Place is quiet and clean. All members of clinic, from receptionist, doctor and big thanks for the technician lady who did her job professional way. While doing the procedure she was keep on explaining step by step, and gave me brief explanation post laser care.
