Nurse Editha From First Response Health Care one of the best nurse very kind very helpful and professional i will highly recommend here service.

The two seasons hotel is very pleased with the first response healthcare collaboration and staffing. Most especially Nurse Editha has been fantastic, diligent and professional in delivering her duties ever since she was posted to our hotel. First response healthcare is reliable and the best.

Ms. Editha is providing excellent in her service as she is reliable whenever we needed her in an emergency situation. She is a best example of a good customer care service provider.

Dr ahmed is a bully and scammed my mother for over 4000 aed for a 300 aed job. Full article will be shared soon. Disgusting ethics, stay away from this company, we will be taking legal action so they dont scam eledery vunerable people again. Its not the money its the principle and the management didnt help at all just kept delaying me and buying time. It will cost me alot more in legals but i will prove an important lesson.

Just 6 hours before my flight I felt unwell and called First Response Healthcare. In less than 30 min Dr Iqra arrived along with a nurse. They came fully equipped. It was an amazing sight watching Dr Iqra getting straight to work. A total professional and absolutely efficient. She kept in touch on follow ups and responded very quickly to my questions. This time when I felt unwell I straight away contacted First Responders and Dr Aruba came over. Again calm, collected and professional. She got me up and running in time to catch my flight back home. Wonderful.

In passing, I would like to mention that I was treated by another brilliant doc from First Responders called Dr Huda Khan. Will always be indebted to her.

I have a flight and i requested them at 4: 30 and they came by 4: 45am. Susan did my test and she is the best sooo professional and kind. I would give her 10 stars for her professionalism.

I would strongly recommend to use First Response with such amazing staff.

I've scheduled a PCR test at home for 1: 30am due to time criticality - received 3 reminders from First Response one hour prior to the appointment time. At 1: 30am nobody turned up and upon contacting First Response the reply was 'wait another 30 minutes and the Nurse will come' - another 30 minutes later nobody came and the same answer was given by the Contact Center. I cancelled the appointment and went to a reliable place as the Test needed to get done in time. DON'T EVER use First Response Services - completely unreliable and clearly not customer as well as solution oriented.

This was a terrible service. We paid through our noses and missed our flight as the result didn’t arrive in time, despite paying for the most expensive “express” service. Julia herself tried but is powerless to get the result. She essentially takes it and sends it to a third party company. Then they came out with some nonsense like “We have detected something. It’s not covid but it’s something. We need to retest the sample. Result in 12 hours. Thank you for your patience”. This is an overpriced service to rob tourists. This was at Rixos JBR. Do yourself a favour and get a cheap as chips rapid test in DXB T3 for Dh150, a couple hours before you fly. We had to do this anyway otherwise we would’ve missed another flight waiting for the First Response result. Sorry for the review Julia, but you know our experience was horrible and we paid 1100AED

The worse service I ever had they took money and no even give me a medical report. Plus on whatsapp service not At all no recommended at all.

Very poor service. Was delayed by 90 minutes for home PCR test with no update. Called thrice and everytime they said 30 minutes and no one showed up.

I booked a express test (results test to my clients becouse they have a flight in 24h) more than a week ago and when they colled the sample they informed my clients they were overbooked and will do the results in 24h to 36h. This is not the kind of service you can overbook, completly untrustworty!

Crooks and thieves be careful these people are vampires preying on people when they are weakest overcharging bogus tests with shady doctors who give false diagnosis. Charging thousand of dollars for unnecessary medical stuff such as hundreds of dollars for panadol which you can buy at 10$ at the drug store; unprofessional as soon as you pay thats it no more answer

I have tried booking a test with them for 24 via Whatsup for 24 hours.
They sometimes answer sometime ignore me completely (even after nagging them).
After thinking I have successfully booked a test, I tried to verify with them in the test day and found out there is no booking.

Great service by Carol who came half an hour early for my test and very pleasant. She was efficient in her testing couldn't even feel a thing. Had alot of PCR Tets but this was the best so far!

First Response Healthcare was recommended by a friend of mine. Very proactive approach. Definitely recommended for PCR test. The ease of getting the test done at your doorstep. Reports were shared in less than 8 hours.

This company seems like an absolute joke
We had an appointment arranged at 0700
At 0730 I had to ask where is the person who's gonna do our pcr test.
They were like she'll be there in 20 minutes. Again after 20 minutes I had to ask.

We are still waiting at 0845 for our 0700 pcr test to be performed and was told another 30 minutes
Very unprofessional and absolutely no idea about proper communication.

What a fantastic service by Betty Birungi her precision when taking this test was unbelievable. Both my husband and I did not feel a thing. Even though you could sense that she was going deep into your nasal cavity to thoroughly test you, she did this so gently we did not experience one ounce of discomfort. A true expert in taking this test. Always book Betty!

We had to call First Response to our hotel when one of us was feeling rather ill. They turned up really quickly and were immediately able to help ease our nerves, they carried out some tests and were able to administer treatments that made the patient feel better almost immediately.

The worst ever. I called to book an appointment. I wish I had the ladies name she literally took my number and name and never made the appointment at all.my phone hanged up because my battery went low Not that she had the number fully written down ;I called back to confirm the appointment the night shift receptionist she literally tell me I don’t have any appointment at all. I am really disappointed I had to change the flight for an important client move his location closer to downtown now this. Where are the standards set in dubai hurh. Guess what and she couldn’t even call back yet she had the number noted down. Am really disappointed and there is no night shift supervisor I could tell my complain too.if there was a zero star or a negative one I would literally give.

Brilliant! It only took 45 minutes for the doctor to arrive to our place.
Doctor and nurse were very professional and friendly with my 2 year old, process was very smooth from the monite i called until doctor and nurse left, payment was done by card, reports were sent via email.so impressed! Well done.

Dr. Huda Khan was very knowledgeable and helpful and you can tell she has lots of experience in her field and is very passionate and caring for her patients.

My friend got taken ill on our dream trip to Dubai and I was in a bit of a state of panic not knowing what to do but Dr. Khan put me at ease and pointed me in the right direction. Even after the incident she messaged me to make sure me and my friend were ok - that level of care shows her going above and beyond to help her patients. I will be forever grateful for the help she gave us that day. The healthcare in Dubai is second to none and felt very safe.

Very bad service and not professional. Really disappointed such service is in Dubai. I contacted them one month ago to arrange my son IV at home they asked the reports and advised doctor approved and no issuie. I booked the appointment last week and reconfirmed yesterday till today afternoon after waiting for them 3 hours to show up they advised not possible. I called call center asked for the manager to call back they said he will call in 30 minutes and of course he never did.

Avoid using them

Dr Negora is a thorough and meticulous doctor. She identified the underlying cause of the illness immediately and took the necessary action. Thereafter she has made herself available at all times to provide assistance. She really went above and beyond the call of duty to help with her medical expertise. Thank you!

Last week 16.2 I was in terrible shape. After painful a night and awfull headache I decided to call doctor. On reception I received info doctor will arrive in 30-45 min. They did it in 30 min. Thanks for fast action of Dr. HUDA and sister I beleive they saved my life. Fast reaction helped me to surrive, I had deadly bacteria infection, 39c fever and CRP 191. I stayed in hotel and they was coming with antibiotics 2x per day. Profesional treatment: 10/10, Travel to client 10/10, Cost of service 7/10. If you dont want to go to hospital this company is your solution, its not cheap but good service is never cheap! Thanks again. Im fine and healty now!
