First step kids play school

I could visibly see my kid’s attitude changed and her language improved after few months. She started to write and read numbers and alphabets. She started to eat on her own. Thanks to all the teachers and supporters.

Highly Recommended! Cannot find such an incredible nursery for kids. We can see the growth and learning every day starting from day 1! Kids get excited about going to the nursery all day. Amazing teaching and non-teaching staff with so much heart and caring mindset. Teachers are passionate, awesome, and great way of teaching. The teachers really try to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. As like the name Learn and Fun, they are really committed to provide a safe, fun, and learn loving environment with marvelous facility. We’re very thankful to the whole team at Learn and Fun.

Firstly would like to express gratitude to Ms Fouziya who personally looks after each nd every child. Their experienced and well qualified teacher have a friendly behaviour with the kids. My child is happy to go to that nursery nd is ready for new activities each day

Dont put your child in this nursery if you want them to have a bright future. Your child will be forever terrified and traumatized. Ms Fauzia is not a professional/experienced teacher at all. The place is also unhygienic. They don’t know how to deal with children or make them comfortable. They are only interested in money. Poor management, they also don’t know how to talk to children and their parents. KHDA should investigate.

Worst nursery to put your kids in. Unsafe, unhygienic. Ms. Fauzia hold frustrated attitude which is danger to all the kids. Please keep your kids safe from such places.

Both my boys 3 & 2 look forward to going to school each morning. The staff is very attentive and know each kids need very much. Activities are engaging, kids have learnt alot from here. Been almost 1yr. Fauzia has done a great job managing.

Had an amazing experience. My 3 yr old learnt a lot many things such as identifying colours and his speech has also become way better. I truly thank the whole staff.

The worst decision was to put my daughter in this place. So unprofessional. Send my daughter for 3 days and she is scared now. They didnt communicate well with her. She stood crying for straight 3 hours every time and no one even gave her water. Plus upon asking for a refund they refused. So basically they charged me 700dhs for 3 days only. They are so unprofessional, the teacher called me and she was literally shouting over the phone with me not ready to accept their mistake. Just goes to show how they treat kids there. Also to reply to your comment below, you used abusive language over the phone with me and my husband, you have no respect for parents and you were yelling on the phone just goes to show how you tackle kids in that place. You torture kids there. Your teacher Miss Mehvish herself told me that we didnt change your daughters diaper because she refused whereas my daugther’s diaper was dirty and she stayed like that for 3 hours. So you just do things on a refusal from baby and build no attachemtn with the child definitely the baby will cry and not settle in. Crying is normal behavior but building attachment with kids is also normal nursery behaviour which you didnt show

Firstly i wnna thank all the faculty members teaching and non-teaching for doing a very commendable job so professionally. My son enjoys and is very keen to attend his daily chores and fun activities provided by your management. He has learned alott of stuff which a toddler should and all the credit goes to “First step kids amusement” and their respected teachers and care takers. Thank you and keep up the good job.

The best! So much care from the organization ️ i can be at peace when my kids are there. Trust worthy

They are providing a very good service for our little ones. My experience is always good with them. They take care of my baby like no one can do. They teach so well, they even feed my baby so well. They are just like our family trust me.

My son really enjoy going everyday to school and they take care of my son very well they are very loving and caring
More over he is learning new things and has started talking nicely which was my concern but now i’m very happy with school and with their staff they are doing a really great job

I m really glad with First step play school. As my child is learning new poems nd new things every single day. He keeps on singing them full day, even when he is sleepy. He loves doing colouring and spend his quality time in doing that. A sincere gratitude to all the teachers nd staff for providing such a safe nd fun filled environment for our kids.

No word is enough for this playschool. My baby boy is enjoying there now. My boy who is born during corona time, he is afraid of each and everyone, he doesn't even like kids or play with them, he cries always when relatives come to our home. So at the age of 2 we sent him to First Step. Of course, for the first few weeks he is afraid, cried. But, after 20th day we noticed changes in his behaviour. He became nice with the teacher and nannies there. He even started play with other kids. Now his behaviour changed entirely, he is not afraid of anyone now. He says 'byee byee' when we leave him in the morning and give flying kisses. Now he like the atmosphere there and I'm sooo much happy that, as a parent I took a wise decision in his life. I will never regret for that.

Before choosing a school in dubailand area I checked the reviews of all schools nearby. I wondered to see the 5star in First step. But now I realised that they really really deserved it. Special thank to Fouziya and all the staffs working there.

Recommended to all parents who are in dubailand area. You will never gonna regret.
