Although they get a few things wrong and at times their prices can be higher, however I must say their customer service and delivery is super quick and assembly service today from Rakesh was fantastic, he's efficient and super courteous.

One of the worst platforms to buy baby things. I ordered a crib which came in a damaged box - i immediately notified the custoer service and they said they will send assembly person to check - the guy came to fix it after 4 days during which the return window was closed. I said its ok and tried ordering a mattress which was not available in their app nor anywhere in Dubai for the size as its not a standard size. So i called the team again to arrange for a return as the mattress was not available. The customer care kept delaying the issue for many days saying the team is on leave for new years and finally PUT THE BLAME BACK ON ME SAYING THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THE CRIB IF I CANT FIND A MATTRESSS, HOW IN THE WORLD IS THIS MY PROBLEM? I HAVENT EVEN USED THE CRIB AS MY BABY IS NOT EVEN BORN! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM IN TAKING IT BACK? AND HOW CAN A CUSTOMER CARE TALK SO RUDELY AND SAY ITS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT? I DEMAND AN ANSWER OR I AM TAKING THIS LEGALLY

I have been using this app since it was first launched in UAE and was refering them to all my friends. They did so many time ups and downs with the delivery I never complained. This last week was busy doing shopping for my kid back to school stuff, I ordered shoes and the size was not correct so I returned two times as the different brands have different fit. So the Firstcry guys without thinking twice blocked my account forever for cash on delivery. I requested them over phone they were so rude. I emailed them, there was no answer till now for my email, (a long time coustomer)

I ordered black and decker food processor but it’s not working I put on refund still no response

I bought a Dyson V12 for 1600 aed from this app.
Once I received it, I noticed that it has been used. I asked for a refund right after I opened the box.
It’s been 10 days that I am trying to return it back to them and get my money back. I have never faced similar issues here in the UAE before since I did purchase with firstcry app.
I’m sure there are some agents to look over these issues with online applications. If anyone knows please share it with me.
I also sent them pictures to prove it. But it seems they don’t care if they lose customers.
It is so disappointing.
Now I know why it prices was less than other sellers.

I have been using this from last two years, buying diapers, wipes, babygear, clothing almost every thing, i had very good experience with them best part is their delivery is very fast and almost all products are good

Very bad service. I bought a very famous product which was at a 50% discount. I was hard to believe such a discount for that world famous brand. Any one receiving it, it failed to function. I have been in touch with first cry on calls and emails since almost 10days for a refund. Everyday, they give promises of today and tomorrow. Even after the discount, the amount was big, so I think you should be careful when buying costly items and items such as moving parts, electric etc. I will never ever buy from first cry any more. Moreover, brand is so famous - I have same brand which still works after 10 years. So, I am trying to contact the brand to check on the genuinity

Its been 3 weeks since i requested to return the car i ordered which firstcry included fake information about the specs they keep telling me the vendor will not accept the return although the vendor came to my house last week and confirmed to me that he will return but ofcourse firstcry didnt even contact him i raised a complaint against them to dubai customer protection and i want to advice you all not to deal with them as you will struggle with the most unprofessional people ands are fake all their producs are fake if there is less than 1 star ill give it for sure

Worst service   No contact number, no proper chat service, and no proper time mentioned for delivery—just wait like a fool all day for them. Edit: From there call center, they said my delivery will be delivered from 6 to 8 and now it's almost 9 and I'm waiting for them. Now I know why they have a 1.8 rating.

Excellent Service and delivery next day. Products quality are very good. Everything was fine for my first order. They put all info about the product from size, material, even close pictures to see the fabric.

The customer service is extremely poor. No proper response from them. They do not have any track of any shipment, even the customer service representative speaks rudely. From this we can understand their service, it's pathetic.

Ordered 200 pamper box on deal and Received fake/bad pampers which are leaking and not original.

I had very bad experience with this company. I dont recommend to buy electric items. I purchased Magic bullet on 01/12/22 and delivered on 4/12. After using the item 2 times, it wasnt working properly i applied to return the item on 08/12 after several calls and complaints they came to collect it on 16/12, since then everyday i am calling to check the status of my refund, i got a call from a driver on 30/12 that they want to redeliver the item back to me which is a shocked. I need my refund!
They have very poor returning service. Never ever would buy anything again.

Christmas swing slide set was promised to be delivered by kidskraft on Christmas eve and never came. Absolutely raging. No one called and now children have no gift

Had a very Bad experience with Delivery Guy. Made a cash on delivery order worth AED 293. On delivery gave him 500 dirhams he said have no change and left with in 5 sec without letting me to figure out from where to arrange change. Next day my order status was showing as cancelled, stating that customer refused to pay cash on delivery.

Pathetic Customer service from Delivery Guys.

Careless customer care and service the company is only interested in achieving a fast delivery kpi but they do not tell you that you require 7 days to use the product because they do not assemble it before sending and they take time to assemble

Extremely bad customer service. Don’t even try to reach out to them their return policy is strict as hell. Really bad business practice for a company in the UAE. During holiday season (when everyone is extending their return window) first cry behave like robot even if package not open and you want to order a more expensive item, 24 hours late it’s not acceptable in their mind. I’m taking my business somewhere else and you should do the same.

Delivery is fast but fulfilment process makes no sense. You get the item but assembly needs 5 to 7 business days! Customer care quite condencending and unhelpful

I ordered a pampers size 3 quantity 232 piece and they delivered pampers size pampers 5 with 84 piece. As per the call centre agent they don’t exchange for their mistake! Now i have to keep unwanted pampers and lose my money for an unethical policy that wants to save them some money and are willing to lose the customers. Be Careful not to accept any wrong orders otherwise they ignore your mail and you are left disappointed.

They do not have any quality check for their products and customer service team is more of for saying these are 3rd party items and we dont have any control on the description of what is being sold to you.any item on discount on their app means its of bad quality

This company should be closed they are so unprofessional. They sent me the wrong items and they dont even have a proper customer service. I sent them some messages in their Instagram account which theyare VERY active showing stories and pictures of influenceres with their products but they just read my messages and totally ignore me.
I cant understand how a company can be so bad in customer service. They dont have idea how a bad customer service can affect their business?
I already open a complaint in Dubai Consumer Rights against them as this is the only solution to get my money back.

I love this app I can order any thing to my baby with low price and sometimes I found my product even if it out of stock in markets and pharmcy

I ordered a stroller from them. Then I returned it back. I refunded my money but till now after more than 16 days i did not receive my money back.
Also customer care is definitely worst service.
You cannot reach them either e-mail or phone.
I did mot recommend them for any future online shopping.

The good: app is good and easy to use, products are good too.
The bad and ugly: customer service and return process.is beyond ridiculous.they decided not to do quality checks so they ask u a million.questions, assume ur lying about everything and ask for tons of pics of ur product, email back and forth for weeks before they decide to approve a return. When calling customer service line they were rude and spoke to me in an angry tone, kept telling abt their ridiculous process and finally didn't fix anything for me my return is stuck somewhere and God knows when I'll get my money back

When in comes to offers they are just misleading people.the would say buy 1 get 2 but when you try to buy from that offer, actually it shows something else which is more expensive than other companies. I would give 0 star if there was an option.

I have purchased pediasure product from them, expiry date is so close, manufacturing date is already before 1 year only 17 days for expiry, i ask them to replace it but they replied that as per the policy they cant replace it.so before accepting or giving cash please check the expiry date.

Waiting for Lego since 21st November, firstcry claiming it was delivered, they can’t provide any proof and despite numerous calls refuse to resolve the issue, they may as well just put their hands in purse and take my cash as no goods have been delivered but it seems I have made a donation to the company for the good of my health.

Cheaters, Liars, never believe their 50% cash back.they will give you a coupon code and a narrow items which can buy from with specific sizes which already have a huge fake discounts 40% off- 50% with a condition of reaching 400 AED in your cart.once you complete you selection you won't be able to use the code because the site will tell that you have got a better discount as the products list which you have to select from are already having fake discounts as mentioned earlier.on the other hand, when you select other products which are not included in the list to use the code, the website will tell you that the items you have selected are not included in the list.long story short, they are giving you a fake 250 AED coupon cash back.i have tried many times but it is the same result.really disappointed with them.

Purchased a blood pressure measuring device and it was delivered as faulty back in October. It took one month for them to finally collect it from my house in November. I did not receive neither a refund nor replacement. Please avoid it

Ordered a travel cot from FirstCry on 22nd October. Called to follow up a day before the said delivery (26th October) as it was a very important item as I’m expecting in a few days. So far the item has not been delivered and customer care is unable to give a proper response (1 person said that they are following up with the suppliers and another person said that a refund is issued). FirstCry cannot just issue refunds without informing customers as customers like me would still be waiting for their items. We requested for a superior to get back to us with a solution but FirstCry doesn’t even have the courtesy to come back to us. Such a horrible and a stressful experience. Do not try to return any item photographs sent three times same photos. Driver sent to pick up two items not third after cancelling the return for third item as i had disposed of it. Now receiving messages to say they will pick up. Never again with this company.

Company is full of scam. I ordered 3 items only 2 got delivered than I followed by on social media in return I got a call from driver saying we all are humans we make mistakes than I said ok where is the missing item he said we are humans. What kind of answer is this from a company my advice never order anything from them.

Bought a baby diaper bag!
The stitching of the bag came apart despite of not using it. They have been been promosing call backs since the past 4 months but haven't recieved any ajd they do not follow their own return, exchange or refund policies. Extremely frustrating!

Extremely disappointed with FirstCry service. I made an order on 22nd October 2021.it was a baby nursery/ Cot as my wife is expecting in a few days.we were very excited to get this item. Delivery due date was meant to be on 26th October 2021. On 25th, I called the customer service just to make sure that the item will arrive on time.the Agent assured that the shipment is in progress and will get delivered on time.
Yesterday (27th October) - I received a call from FirstCry call center and the agent told me that there is a delay as the suppliers dont have items in stock and the items need to be ordered from the origin. I asked for a confirmation of the delivery and the agent was meant to come back to me.
As i didnt hear from FirstCry for nearly 24 hours; i called back a short while ago.to my surprise and extreme disappointment, the agent told me that the item is now cancelled and a refund was issued. FirstCry has put us in a terrible situation.
The agents first assured me that the shipment arrival is on time; second agent told me that the item will get delayed but will be dispatched; and now FirstCry has decided to take the liberty to cancel my item and issue a refund after 6 days of placing the order without even informing the customer. If I hadn't call today, i would still be expecting this item to arrive. I wanted to speak to a manager, however the person told me that the manager will be available next week (although I dont understand how a customer front team runs without the support of a supervisor/ manager). Therefore I conclude that FirstCry is extremely unprofessional and they put me in a very sensitive and a horrible situation.

Unable to return items. The return option is not working on the app. They said to send an email instead and as predicted no one is replying. Stuck with items that are too large. Never using this site again!

Product and Delivery was all ok until we faced an issue on the delivery. We ordered baby food and expecting that they will deliver the material soon but to our dismay the next day we just received a text message stating that the products has been delivered but actually we didnt receive the product. Its been more than a week since we are following up on the issue and there is no proper feedback and all the time the customer care will just inform like a bot that we will get back to you on this issue and there wont be any update from their side. We also tried to cancel it and requested for refund but for that also no initiation from their side and they say its under investigation. POOR Service.

Disappointed! Didn’t deliver the item and messaged that it is delivered and system also shows it’s delivered. Asks to post photos of the item that is not even delivered for refund.

It looks fancy when you see their post and advertising, not sure which one to mention here. Let.e tell you about what they did for One the order that I cancelled, they have never refunded even after 2 months. When I spoke to one of their representatives he confirmed that the issue has been escalated and they will get back to me within 3 working days and its been now a Month. I was a regular customer until this month.
I would suggest to open the product infront of delivery person so that you have enough time to return the product.

They deliver very late, before placing order it shows delivery tomorrow but once we place order, it shows after 5 to 6 days.

From my experience don't buy any item from this site, they delivered used items (car seat). We never used that item and we request for return"they reject the item reason is hygiene issue".

Ordered an outdoor paddle pool that melted in the sun after 2 days. Took a week to respond to me, kept my money and didn’t send a replacement or provide a solution! Horrible.

Quite Happy, with the fastness of the shipment, ordered on Thursday morning, Received the items same day evening. Requested a return on the same day (Thursday), collection done on Saturday with refund on my wallet as soon as the boxes got collected. Quality is good as you have a good selection on brands.

Beware! Ordered from the website for a premium car seat and it was delivered used and wrapped in cellophane! Would not issue replacement despite promises. Horrible experience!

They are liars ad not professional, i wanted to return a shoes they didn’t accept it because it’s not in the original packaging, and then they send a message that my item is DAMAGE AND USED which is not, also they cancel my return and then send me an e mail that (AS PER YOUR REQUEST you canceled your return) and I didn’t cancel anything,
Nothing in the terms and conditions states that items in not in original packaging cannot be returned, liars and not professional

Avoid this company like the plague. I have exactly the same experience as all the other reviews. They sold me 2 faulty child car seats that are totally defective. When I called their customer support line, I was ignored. Whole situation left me totally screwed as I could not use the hire car to pick my children up from the airport. I lost money on the car seats, the car hire and the taxis both ways. Despite me asking for help for 2 days I was fobbed off with ‘we will call you later’ and ‘please email’ nothing was done. Be careful, their products are dangerous and their after sales support are useless

I have been ordering since a year now since my new born came. I have always received the order on time and sometimes before time. If i ordered in morning i have received the item in evening on the same day the fastest delivery FirstCry do. I will definitely recommend them as nobody else is doing that fast delivery.

I have ordered baby clothes, formula milk, baby walker and other baby products so far satisfied with every order. Highly appreciated.

I was really dissapointed in Firstcry! As I recieved a cot with wrong rod to assemble and they refused to change it back! It not even my fault to have a missing or wrong rod sent! How could you trust buying from them if you cant gurantee a decent customer service!

I highly recommend no to purchase anything from this company. First of all you can’t rely on the description on the web site/app. To give you short story of my long headache: we ordered the car seat which was described as isofix option. In fact upon delivery it was not. It took them week to clarify with their team and supplier in order to say - yes it was our mistake.
However, their solution from their side was not to be responsible for their mistakes but to suggest to return the item and to get to refund. So I just need to lose weeks of my time.
And after I refused, they offered me 10% of my future purchase, why I even to order from them?

As a summary:
- false content on the platform
- poor & slow customer service

Just save your time guys.
