The most well managed fitness facility in Dubai I've been to, very respected staff and trainers. My best wishes for Mr. Sachin and Mr. Muhammad Latif you guys are really a gem for FF.
100% recommended for starters and 200% recommended for fitness freaks. Their freestyle and yoga studios are just mind blowing. Keep spreading good work

Upon entering the rpm class I discovered that 2 bycks are damaged and lost my class
The management should ensure before any class started that all bycks in a good condition and number of bycks should be the right number upon the online booking
Really the worse bycks condition in all the entire fitness first branches

Very bad service, they keep on following you until you but a subscription that you will not use, the gym was not hygienic, got sick after 1 visit and never went back and now i paid for 4 month and only went once, if you call them to cancel and get a refund they say you should go to branch and when you go to branch they won’t cancel, very unprofessional and i dont recommend anyone at all

Best gym and best equipment very clean place, best personal trainer Mr. HAMZA KIDWAI. Always enjoy going to this gym.

Nice big gym with competent instructors. However, some spinning bicycles are broken and the music is so loud in classes that it destroys ears.

Fitness First Burjman staff is so friendly, cooperative and welcoming. All PTs and all other staff are so polite and helping. I must say Thanks to Mr Shan for pulling me in and convincing me to get a membership of Fitness first and pulling me back again by your soft and kind behavior. First you were just a sales guy for me but it turned out to be a friendship later on! Thank you for being in Burjmaan.

Love this place, friendly team at the front desk and totally awesome GX manager and the GX instructors. And if you want to learn swimming, they have the best swimming instructors.

This fitness first in burjuman got the worst customer handling, i have signed up for VVIP for three months after my surgery, cuz i just want to be get in shape agai mn after all these medicines and carbs i have been eating and taking, lets cut the story short, i had bleeding from my surgery area. I have requested for a refund within a week or 2, but these people dont even feel bad at my situation and just dont wanna help me with my refund. Very bad! No symphaty! Just for them important is making sale and membership! Never again! Mo is the manager i have spoken and made me register for VVIP, after registration they dont care!

I enrolled for one months membership by paying Dh 369 and also filling up the cancellation form same time and went today to confirm my cancellation at the reception and now I get an sms saying there is payment overdue! I call back no answer

Friendly staff like Vilton and Mohammed, always greeted with a smile by all at the reception area! Excellent swim instructors like Rose and Ranga!

Been a member of Fitness First for a long time. Burjuman branch is one of the best clubs in Dubai. Friendly and accommodating staffs especially reception team.

Very disappointing. Actually I am a member of burjuman branch. My residence shifted to near Deira city center. First of all inspite of having platinum card they are not allowing me to transfer the membership. I accepted that and offered to take new membership in DCC branch (paying again for new membership). Actually it was refused. I need to wait my membership to finish. Then only I can take new membership. This is their business model that they are refusing for new business due to their internal fight

We have a great experience Fitness First Burjuman. With huge gym floor area definitely you can do all the exercises that you need to do. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Sir Marcus was helpful and kind!

Excellent Gym and group classes, very clean and hygenic, friendly welcoming team (reception). If you are looking for a motivated workout, the trainers are great, special shout out to Ahmed for being an excellent trainer.

Wonderful experience except home club members and platinum members have no separation in the club. Then what’s the point.

I was given a one day free trial and the experience is great. Trainers are helpful and frontdesk team are accomodating.

This fitness centre is the best that I have been to so far. People here are all fantastic, kind and respectful.

It’s one of the best gym I ever tried. Membership price is worth it. The staff is so friendly.atmosphere is so encouraging and the best thing of all are the coaches. It’s Lovely to workout with them coaches are very helpful and supportive. Specially thanks to customer services persons!

Great gym, great facilities, very clean. Variety of group classes throughtout the day. Trainers are very experienced and professional. Babu and Harish are very skilled in PT and have a good knowledge about workouts.
The reception staff Mr Willer and his colleagues are very friendly and welcoming.

Where other gyms are open 24 hours or till late, this gym closes at 9pm on the weekends and public holidays. The only time I actually get to work out. So if you're looking to workout late on the weekend or public holidays, I suggest you look for another gym.
Also the environment is not that great and motivating.

I've been a member of Fitness first BJC for a few years now and all I can say it's a great gym to be a member of. Let me tell you why. You have amazing front office support like Katrina and Doodz who were very warm to each client and is able to provide resolution, very patient even with frustrated clients which I saw first hand. You have a these stars in the front desk. The next thing that they have is their Superstars GXI's like Roehl Margallo, Dainne and Majoy Cenita. They push you to be better and at the same time you are enjoying every bit of those 45 mins or 1 hour of class. From start to finish you know that this class is worth your time. You will leave their class feeling like you've accomplished something good and all you can do is but smile. Joining FF burjuman is not joining just a gym but also joining their family.

This health club has ample space for workouts and group classes. Open terrace pool is amazing. The staff is very friendly and supportive:)

Worst people in the reception - I mean it looks like I experienced what other people have experienced in this club.

I love the instructors, just front admin people and Marcus specifically.

Excellent Gym with variety of classes for members. Swimming pool, sauna, various type of yoga, various type of dance classes.

Saif khan is one of the best trainer in gym I lost almost 10 kg fat under his training in just 10 weeks program

Very friendly and competent staff. The changing room is a bit outdated and I have been missing a designated are for post-workout stretching. Felt uncomfortably on display doing my stretches in the workout area. Big thumbs up for their classes (the main reason I joined).

Definitely a place that boosts your morale and pushes you to the limits of motivation. The visinity is Spacious and not crowded, well maintained equipments, professional trainers, centrally located, ample space in studio for yoga, zumba. Clean pool and lots of lockers

The worst fitness club in uae! Too crowded, dirty, classes always fully booked and there is no space, stuff is rude and cheating. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The swimming classes are the best! Our instructor, Ms. Rose was awesome. Very friendly and a great coach.

Need to change review based off my most recent issue.

They promised me 3 months free if I pay for 6 months and didnt issue me any vouchers. At the end of 6 months they denied my free 3 months on the pretext of their management changing policy and now I need vouchers to renew.

I emailed the customer care, called the manager and left plenty of emails. They all make you go in circles. The trap by big corporates where no one has any real authority.

Its true many have a good experience with the gym but there are a significant amount of us who actually get cheated and lose money.

I wish more people read the bad comments here before joining the gym.

Ms. Rose swimming instructor in fitness first Burjuman is patient, encouraging, and highly skilled.in just a few sessions i found drastic difference in my swimming technique. I would strongly recommend to try Rose's swimming session to learn swimming.

If you are looking for swimming classes for kids avoid this place as it is just waste of time and money. We missed the classes as we were moving our house and we were never accommodated in other group sessions. We ended missing 4 out of 12 sessions. Swimming instructors are not flexible in terms of doing individual sessions as group sessions makes more money for them. Maybe the only pool in this area makes them show this arrogance.

Gym is good. But make sure about contract term regarding cancellation. 4 months contract will be renewed automatically without consent from client side as per contract. I simply lose 199 Aed for fifth month and when I go for cancellation they will charge the fee of additional 199 for following month also. So please read the contract carefully.overall they simply took additional 398 Aed by showing the contract apart from the 4 months fees.

Among the best gyms in dubai and the biggest fitness first club in the world, really big and spacious, has all the facilities, friendly staff although the membership prices are really high

The management is very poor. Even having high-tech mechanism, can't control un-necessary events occurs during training scheduled. If you have made booking system, then why un-booked people are allowed and if you cannot control such things, then better stop using apps and let people make crowd like other gym.

Hello fitness first I am highly disgusted by your employees and membership sales people. I walked into fitness on the 31st of August to request about the pricing of their memberships and the guy sales employee called Alex took me around their facility and showed me everywhere, then finally after beating around the bush so many times he told me the fees and it is expensive, I can't afford it so I made it clear to him that I can't afford that price, Alex the employee told me that he'd give me an offer with a membership of 4 month which I have to pay 203 dirham on the 1st month and 245 for the rest of the 3 months, but I need to submit my bank details. I made it crystal clear to Alex the employee that I do not own any bank account as of now as I'm currently on visit visa in the UAE so it will not be possible, Alex the employee severally tried to lure me in by telling me to pay for the membership then go get someone else's bank details for final registration, I told Alex that getting people to give up their bank details is a very hard task and that I need to go home to think about it, but Alex continuosly kept telling me to register which I ended up doing so because I wanted to begin my fitness journey so bad, I paid a sum of 203 dirhams, I gave Alex my passport copy and also signed the membership form, hoping I can find someone to give me their bank details according to alex. Two days later I've been unable to convince someone to let me use their bank details because, I returned back to fitness first at burjuman where I had paid my money and they told me unfortunately they cannot process my application which I had paid for and I can also not get a refund. Now my money has gone to waist, I cannot use a facility in which I paid for

Its a nice place with latest equipments but training sessions are not good unless you pay so much money, if you pay less or take only few classes you will not be taken seriously. So its an average experience, not a great experience.

All facilities are well placed and maintained the staff is super friendly and helpful and I really enjoy working out here

They are not genuine people. If you want 1 month membership they charge 2months membership 199+199 and charge of extra 100 AED for not joining for 3months

As a member i would like to share few things regarding the gym facilities, dumbbell sections lacks adequate weights, multiple dumbbells with medium weights has to be added like 5kgs - 10kgs, i only saw 2 pairs of each size. As most of the gym users work on these categories. As they do not have machines to work on for biceps we very much rely on traditional dumbbells. No sufficient barbell locks available. Few Equipments are old and need replacement as they cannot be considered to use, at-least at fitness first standards. Only 1 exercise bike in entire gym, which is a hassle. At current situation while Social distancing has been mandatory most of the gym equipments have been covered to maintain social distancing, hence filling up the gym with new members and crowding them, knowing there are shortage of equipments doesn't make sense.

Malfunctioning machines, broken lockers, and the only trainers inside the gym were PT who were only assigned for specific clients

The gym is one of the largest in UAE. The advantage here is that they have a pool and is inside Burjuman Business Centre. Ample space and the staff is pretty much good in terms of customer service

BE WARNED GUYS about fitness first Burjman, they have a thief in the gym who stole out Matt, and when we spoke to the manager, apparently he is aware that there is a thief in his gym and he is doing nothing about it. So be warned guys

Very poor customer service. I was very interested to join here in Burjman and I call customer service for package and further details. But the lady who picked the call was like she is not interested to take care a customer like that. Don't know why! The lady was very rude. Dear management, please ask your customer service team to behave properly to the customers.

Bad service, impossible to get into a spinning class. Extremely bad odor coming not only from visitors but from staff. And the worst. The gay Filipino zumba instructor. He laughs at girls who don't know how to dance, he has a japanese girl who is a horrible dancer just to treat her like a pet and makes her teach part of the class just so he laughs at her along with the participants. He is extremely unprofessional and lack minimum respect for the class and for the gym. I also saw him kissing a guy in an empty aerobic's room and when they saw me he asked me "can I help you? " With the angriest face I've ever seen; later that day I heard from another girl who attends to his zumba classes in jumeirah that he has the same lack of professionalism in the Jumeirah branch, she said, she saw him many times laughing at girls in zumba class and hitting on clients, mostly filipino guys. Disgraceful. Im not going back ever again

The worst customer service, not willing to cooperate at all, for them it’s just about the money, not about customer satisfaction. Dont care about keeping the customers. Have complained about lack of equipments but it doesn’t make any difference.

It’s ridiculously crowded with an inconsiderate strange clientele, not to mention pricey. However, it’s a very nice facility and one can really enjoy their workout if it wasn’t rammed with people shoulder to shoulder.

The biggest gym I have been too. Almost all types of body building equipments are available on the floor.

Some parts of gym is under renovation now, but they have an amazing view to the creek from the pool

I have submitted a cancellation request through the phone two months ago and they confirmed it will be processed and guess what they still charging me till today.don’t recommend it all

One of the worst gym in Dubai a total waste of money.unprofessional and unfriendly attitude from the stuff.unprofessional reception team barely help u with anything, very poor language skills.sauna and steam most of the time not working.pool guard don’t maintain the pool clean, I am very surprised of the high membership prices comparing to the bad service given in return! I totally don’t recommend to anyone specially to ladies you will find ur privacy violated.

Over priced, crowded most of the times, no professionalism toward the clients, once you paid forget about the service from the employess or anything. There is no much difference then other gyms it is all same, over crowded most of the times. Equipments are always engaged with people and too old

This branch of fitness first is fine but not the best, it is a big branch and has a swimming bool but seems it is not opened all the time as when I visit it I find the pool is closed, the GYM has many machines but looks little bit old and not so clean but acceptable, generally it is fine but I prefer other branches like ibn battuta or deira city center than this branch.

Gym is in a great location but very poorly maintained in terms of hygiene. Most machines need replacement or massive repairs. Trainers are unfriendly and you will never find helpers on the floor
