Group Classes always full . No equipment available like mats . I needed one mat they were not anymore . They closed lakes branch now this gym is over crowded . I am in corporate contract as soon it finish I wont renew .
Super rude trainer. Mr Hicham a trainer at the gym doesn’t know how to speak to females and has the worst attitude. The trainers are very unprofessional at the gym. The management must do something. It’s happened time and again.
Who can seriously give 5 stars recently? 2 other nearby Fitness First been closed 1 month ago and the gym is overcrowded… impossible to book classes even if trying at the minute booking is open. Still waiting for complimentary bag since several months. You can send email to customer service if you have time to waste.
Staff are very arrogant, rude and they think they own the place when we pay them hell of money, I paid for a year cz it’s close to my house but I don’t recommend it to anyone specially if ur looking for classes, try elsewhere with nice trainers
The fitness first in the meadows is a great facility that is professionally run. All the equipment is new and they offer great classes. Raquel is my personal trainer and she is absolutely great. She listens to my needs and concerns. She makes working out an absolute pleasure.
When you’re telling about gym, I recommend Fitness First. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very approachable and accommodating most especially Ms. Merelyn.

It has been a great experience at Meadows Village Fitness First. Large space and very polite staff. And experience working with Sasha as personal trainer has been super. He is extremely dedicated, calm and thorough with his work.
I checked out the gym last week and got registered with them. This week will be my first day at the gym. It’s a really gym and there are plenty of equipments and all new, well maintained. The customer service is very nice and professional. A huge shoutout to ‘Cris’ who was the fitness first representative that showed me around did my membership. He had a really good attitude and great energy!
Good facilities, excellent group classes, especially the training staff in my personal experience with Raquel, she is an excellent trainer who motivates you and also offers you excellent advice for good nutrition according to your goals. I recommend it 100%

My minor daughter had taken membership in good faith and signed up. She went for one month and thereafter stopped going forgetting she had signed up for a year. However not a single call from the gym at meadows thereafter, why you are not coming or is anything wrong with her in good faith. Meanwhile every month 400 aed is deducted from the card for last 7 months. When I call the gym, they say manager will call and in turn today I get call after 20 days and is very arrogant and leaves a very bad impression on the client. My question is how many people are facing a similar situation and does the gym not have a responsibility as a courtesy to remind the customer for their unused services and remind them to cancel the membership if not used. I am left with a very bad taste and will not recommend this gym to anyone cause their only goal is to fleece the client. The staff are supremely arrogant.
Too expensive and not the best customer care; my sister got 4 of her friends and myself to sign up she was a memeber for a year and they didnt offer any discount for her next membership. She was getting the same offer as the people she is bringing.
Place doesnt appriciate its custormers or have a concept of loyalty just takes money.
Good gym and good hygine overall with relativley friendly staff just not worth their prices, there are cheaper gyms close by
Rude staff. Poor communications of gym rules that leads to confusion (perhaps on purpose to get more signups). Rude and discouraging to young teenagers who just want to workout, instead of actually encouraging them!
I signed up for 3 months and they gave me 2 months for free, but when the 3 months ended they said your membership is expired and the guy who signed you up doesn’t work here anymore. I called and went there multiple times until I got a hold of the manager. She said it’s not my problem if everyone comes to me telling me they got 2 months for free. I would have to give it to everyone. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Never going there again. The only reason I got a membership there is that I live 2 mins away.
M’y membership Been wasted I was platinum and due to no slots to book classes decided to upgrade it to titanium then the same issue in 3 months wasn’t able even to make it up to 2 classes a week. They should do something about this cause not only me who’s facing this issue and because of this I’m not renewing anymore
Nice staff and the place is great and clean, But missing some important machines, No Seated Cable Row nor vertical pulley row, Also huge lack of plates, specially 10 & 5 Kg. For a new branch which just oppened this is sad. By adding few thing this would a perfect gym!
I came to a spinning class today and no one was wearing their masks! The manager Elly Nunga has advised that it’s the rule NOT to wear your mask on a spinning class! The bikes weren’t 3 meters apart! The security asks you to have your mask on on every mall/ enclosed space! How is it allowed to take a spinning class without your mask on? !
Fitness first has some of the rudest and most unprofessinal trainers! If i can give no stars at all, i would!
A trainer from Deira City Center made fun of an oversized woman on social media and he was not even ashamed of his behaviour! He has clients who are trying to get better and trying to make a change and he is just proud to humiliate oversized people.
I’ve raised this issue to Deira City Center and the management didn’t do ANYTHING! They called me just to let me know that they can’t do anything about it because the trainer is on vacation! What kind of excuse is that?
FITNESS FIRST SHOULD TRAIN THEIR TRAINERS ABOUT BODY POSITIVITY AND HOW TO RESPECT PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT SIZES. AS OF THE MOMENT, THEIR QUALITY OF TRAINERS ARE JUST REALLY AWFUL.
Worst customer service and staff ever experienced. I am willing to pay 7000 dhs for the membership but bad staff encounter.prefer drive a bit more to mma or other gyms.and not give the my money.
