I often visit five palm. Their pool parties are legendary, and the sunset dinners are a fantastic way to start the evening. The food is delicious, and the beachfront setting adds to the charm. It's a place where you can relax during dinner and have fun

There is everything on the territory, swimming pools, beaches, restaurants. Everything for a good rest. I will come back here again

I visited the Praia restaurant and the beach area, I like this place, a beautiful view of the wheels and delicious food, a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the hotel, cool music and fun all day

Really it was not a good choice and the only acceptable is the pool which is not at the level
The worst beds with only bed sheet that is not clean

The hotel where you always want to hang out, the best beach in Dubai is located right here. The food is delicious and the drinks too. I enjoyed my time here

They have worst service I agreed early check in with them and early check out.
When I arrived they refused the check-in early and they wanted to check-out early.
The beds are not soft and cover of bed sheet are not good and dirty

Beautiful vibe, great food and quality people. We was traveling with my best friend and enjoyed a lot. Many activities in one spot, promenade with restaurants. Highly recommend

Love spending my summer here at the Beach by Five Palm. Ordered my lunch here and the food was amazing! I also got some passion fruit mojito and iced latte were very satisfying! I commend their customer service too. Not to mention the best view of the sea, Marina and Bluewaters. Perfect Dubai skyline!

Extremely crowded and noisy, only suitable for party people. Check-in was incredibly slow, we only managed to get the room around 3.30pm. Being a Parkinson patient, my father stayed in the accessible room and the floor is terribly slippery while the bathroom door is really heavy to pull. Wanted to rate 0 star but the team from Maiden Shanghai has done an impeccable job and impressed my clients with a great dinner. Definitely won’t return anymore and won’t recommend to anyone who is looking for a peace and quiet experience in Dubai.

The view and the place is amazing but I don't advise family to go there, the place more for teenagers, and parties, the staff are friendly

Stayed here for a long holiday weekend Great / fun party atmosphere at the beach and pool. Very friendly hotel staff as well. Sadly, the food is not their strong point.

If your room is on DO NOT DISTURB, they will disturb you, whether housekeeping or the receptionists… it doesn’t matter. Upon checking out, staff are extremely rude with no manners. They will hassle you out. The receptionist is also a liar, she told me to leave the room by 12PM no expections because another family will occupy the room. When it became time for check out, i asked if I could stay longer she said no but then i asked her fine id like to take it for one more night… it became vacant all of a sudden wooow liars to hussle.

Place is unclean and white furniture turning black from how unclean it is. Housekeeping doesnt clean at all as I complained that they came 3 times but only to bring towels and paper tissues but didn’t bother to clean, even when they saw insects they left the room as is. Disqusting place!

Awesome property but felt access to the property could hv been better. The valet parking is a breeze.

Completely perfect! A destination that you should point at least once in a lifetime if you enjoy parties and good mood!

My favorite beach/pool spot in Dubai! The place is great, food is amazing and drinks we always served with excellence. Its the perfect environment to celebrate with friends or even just chilled by yourself. Will definitely be coming back soon!

الفندق عادي جدا الناس اتصور وتشهر الفندق لكن يوم سكنا فيه عادي جدا ولا يستاهل هذي الاعلانات المسبح يوصل الماي لين تحت الخصر اسوأ مسبح شفته بحاتي مافيه عمق ماتاخذ راحتك بالسباحه بخصوص السكورتي مشديد ماتروم اتدخل اي ماكولات المسبح او مشروبات ومايدخلون اي حد المسبح مب ساكن الفندق او حاط اسمه بالغرفه يشيكون ع كل الاسامي حتا عند المصعد في سكروتي يشيك ع الي داخل والي طالع الي مامسجل اسمه بالغرفه مايدخله لازم يحجز غرفه عشان يروم يدخل ونظام الفندق تدخل بوابه ع الفت والغرفه مافيه لوبي او كراسي الواحد يريح ويقعد اول مايدخل والمسبح والبحر مفصولين بروحهم ماحد يروم ايروح المسبح والبحر في بوابه خاصه للمسبح والبحر وكلا تشيك الي اسمه ماموجود بالغرفه مايدخل المسبح فندق عادي جدا ماانصح فية في فنادق احسن عنه

The hotel was disgusting, the service was horrible they didn’t want to help and serve until they came up and answered the phone it takes them hours and hours I don’t recommend people to come and enjoy Dotel if you want to go to five-star auto don’t go there! I had the issue with my room and they didn’t wanna deal with it and not to give me half or even all my money back I want to change my room or to upgrade me booking try to offer me something else or a compromise without a daughter didn’t wanna pick up and give me a solution! Here some pictures! And I’m not disabled and they gave me a disabled room!

Best vibes ever in Dubai.

Rooms are perfect, bathrooms are great, hotel services are excellent.

Seriously this is the go to place when in Dubai.

Beach, pool, bars, restaurants and everything in the hotel is excellent.

The only downside is too many non hotel guests may makes it difficult for the hotel staff to really serve as a hotel guest

Also check in desk they dont give you proper debrief on the hotel and what to do and what is there available in the hotel

I love the penthouse at the Palm because it offers the possibility to admire the city thanks to a great view while eating delicious food!
The location is just perfect

This is the worst service i have ever received in Dubai! Basically i booked a luxe sea view, that on their website it’s presented with a nice triangle balcony and a lovely view, and then when i arrived here they gave me a room at 4th flor practically with no view! The funny thing is that they are not even able to solve this issue! I won’t never came back here in my life! 5 star hotel with a service of a bed and breakfast!

Been living here for more than 3 years. Great hotel and great location. However the staff here are just full of hate and envy, they will make sure you have the hardest time of your life and give you agony every single freakin’ step of the way.

Five Palm Hotel on the west side of the Jumeirah palm tree trunk. I do not discuss the tastes but I like the entrance incredibly.the shape of the building - I do not like it anymore, because it is such a behemoth. But the pools have above average. I do not know if "not a guest" can see the opposite facade because the entrance to the beach starts at 250 AED.

Modern opulence is the best way to describe this hotel. This place is just amazing.architecture, construction and the facilities are way too awesome! I really wanna come back again and visit it

I was impressed with beauty of the hotel from the first step. The room is nice and the bed is so comfortable. There is a balcony also, what is convenient for people who are smoking. Staff is friendly, Anastasiia from lifestyle is very professional as well as Natalia. They make the hotel shine as the first impression is very important. Special thanks to housekeeping, who are also too friendly and well - mannered. Breakfast is very tasty, amazing view from restaurant. Hotel provides shuttle bus service, so you can easily get everywhere. Shower set in the room is from my favorite brand - Salvatore Ferragamo.

Elegant and sophisticated hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurants (but quite expensive), pool and beacharea. Gym and spa. Rooms are large and clean. A lot of young guests and quite high partyfactor, but it didn't bother us. There's a separate area with a pool for kids. There's still a lot of construction in the nearby area, and this affects some of the sea view and beachaccess. There's a small but nice local mall nearby, with restaurants and a supermarket.

One of the most beautiful and gorgeous hotels in U. A. E. Me and my friends came to have a good time. Unfortunately most of the venues Sound system is really bad. It is really worse than a 3 star hotel. I have no technical knowledge about Sound systems but the sound coming out from those speaker boxes are really horrible. We couldn't understand a word of a song. Some were not even working.

We stayed at this hotel from 22-29 September 2018. It was our first time in Dubai and what an amazing experience we had. The hotel was amazing and the staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. We wanted to go to the Burj Khalifa for a meal on our last night but they were fully booked, speaking to Micha about this in the lobby when she asked what our plans were she went above and beyond by getting us a reservation, cannot thank her enough. There are honestly to many staff to name and thank on here but everyone we came into contact with could not do enough for us. The food was excellent as was the room. Excellent service from start to finish. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Hope to come back soon.

1a Service. 5 Sterne sind noch zu wenig. Die Mitarbeit sind sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig. Jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Lippen gelesen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert. Am besten man Bucht sich seinen Aufenthalt dort miz Halbpension um in einer der drei Restaurants essen zu können.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for a week in August and couldn't of had a better time, during the day they play music around the pool and on Thursdays they host a really good pool party.
During the day it can exceed 40 degrees and the pool staff work relentlessly to ensure you are happy and comfortable and always have a drink in your hand. The view from the penthouse bar is breath taking, I would like to thank Freedom who works in the penthouse for being very friendly and knowledgeable he is real credit to your team and will play a huge part in our return to your hotel.

Even Better 2nd Time Round!

Just returned from another fantastic week long stay at FIVE. Stayed here one year ago and the improvements made by the hotel can be clearly seen. The staff are tirelessly pushing themselves to do better each and every day to make the guests stay a memorable one. I would like to make a special mention to 3 particular members who were really friendly and helpful/knowledgeable during our stay, Michaela, Anastasiia and Sahil. It's very hard to find good staff and my humble request to management would be to never allow them to leave as they are a true representation of what FIVE stands for. The food as always was cooked to perfection by the world class chefs. The hotel premises and grounds were immaculately clean. The cleaning staff were very prompt in cleaning our room each and every day. There is a saying that if you are going to do something, always put your heart in to 100% otherwise don't do it. They most definitely put their heart in to at FIVE. The views from the pool and penthouse were breath taking. Adding the personal touch to every guests stay will make them feel special. I can't wait to go back for my 3rd Visit. Thank You to all the Staff and Management for making it yet another memorable holiday.

Stayed here from sept 26 - 30 had a really nice time two of the staff were extremely nice and made my experience really enjoyable by being friendly and helping me and my friends out when we needed they’re called Amira (nice young Egyptian lady) and Michaela without these two staff members my experience would've been an ordinary stay like any other resort but these two are the BEST.

The five pal in dubai is one of the most beautiful hotels there are. Beyond cleaning the kindness of the operators in front of the reception there is a restaurant with Italian cuisine where Kire one of the room leaders welcomes you and advises you to the best making you feel always at the top!
Thanks for letting us live this beautiful fairy tale in this enchanting place.

This was the best service we ever experienced! I especially want to thank Dell, the Relations Manager, who was extremly helpful and friendly. We accidently closed the bathroom door a bit to harsh so that the light bubble came down. They fixed it immediately and apologized with a bottle of wine and delicious chocolate. Our overall experience at the Five Palm Hotel was amazing!
