Reached to them to fix my fridge. They took 2 days to come and have a check. When they arrived, they cleaned it and charged me for replacing a part that was not charged.
The fridge did not work, and I had to call them again. They took a while to respond and finally came collected it. Took it to fix it, returned it, and now it's still not working.
This is not their office as they are located in sharjah, so it takes a while to fix it.
Now I am trying to get it fixed with them as they said that they guarantee the repair for 3 months and its been 1 week only.
Hopefully, I will get this fixed. Very bad service.
