For EID typing they refused twice insisting on studio quality fotos. I had a set from a photo booth, but apparently only studio nearby is good for the staff. (which is expensive at 53 for 4). Got it done at another center without even a comment. Poor attitude and zero effort to help.

Extremely Bad Service! Staff is just wasting time and giving incorrect information not interested in working. When asked to speak to the manager the manager is not available.

I highly appreciate Mr Sohail for his dedication, patience and service in modifying my application for renewal of Emirates ID, which should be a lesson to his two colleagues who were rather negative in their approach, because they either lack professional knowledge or want to shirk work!

Always hidden charges and not responding to calls, no follow up.
Better to do it yourself.

Lady at the first counter was very helpful. My issue hasn't been solved but she explained why situation happened

Even though being only 3 customer in the branch, waiting time is too long. Have been waiting since 30 minutes still no idea how long will it take. No info being share on the services being provided. Just wait dosent matter if you left your work And is sitting here to get documents attested, they are working on their own pace.

Bad service and they don't have service for Medical test. They send to another branch then ask people to come again to collect ID.
Going there is wasting time.
