The work done by Fix&Mop was really impressive. They cleaned my sofa very well and price was very competitive.

Fix and Mop did a good job cleaning my sofa and carpet. The cleaning professional was skilled and made an effort to remove the stains. The customer service team was attentive and professional. However, the equipment used was old and flimsy. Upgrading the equipment would improve the overall experience.

Carpet and sofa cleaning was done very well including the sofa’ s throw pillows the staff was very polite as well. Our sofa and carpet looks brand new! Good job.

My dog had an accident on my rug. The guys at fix&mop were very responsive and accommodating with my urgent request. They arrived within 2 hrs of my request and did a good job making the rug squeaky clean. They also disinfected the rug so that my dog doesn't have another accident on it.

Sofa cleaning done really well and the staff was polite and went out of his way in cleaning the floor when he was done. We told him we will do the floor cleaning but he insisted. Our sofas are now clean and smell fresh and nicer to sit on. It took several hours maybe 5-6 hour to dry (with a fan to help in the drying process) but it’s not an issue for us. The way they accommodated our preferred day and timing was really professional and They were in touch with us all throughout til they confirmed our booking.

I definitely recommend FIX AND MOP. They helped me remove stains from chairs and mattress.am really happy with the results!

Excellent service Made an appointment late last night for cleaning of 5 seater sofa and they response quickly. They sent the people today morning and they are professional and efficient.

Brought Cobone Voucher for 3 seater sofa (as mentioned in the deal). After sending pics of my 3-seater sofa, they mentioned that its 5 seater sofa & i willhave to pay additional charges. They argue via whatsapp that its 5 seater. They also send dimensions per seat of 20inch, while is not mentioned anywhere in the deal (It clearly says 2 or 3 or 4 seater sofa AND dimensions are nowhere mentioned in the deal). After much of disagreement, i cancelled the Cobone Voucher. Seemed unprofessional & trying to make money without clarity on the deal.

I contacted the company for sofa deep cleaning and within two hours I had the team over. They did a through job with shampooing and drying the sofas and cleared all the soap/ debris before leaving. They were very professional and performed the job quickly and efficiently. I recommend them and will contact them for more jobs in the future.

But when it comes to price they give multiple options like chemical cleaning which is extra, then for polishing another extra, that too for each single seat sofa, they recommend 5 layers of polishing which comes to double the price of the cleaning alone. This makes the customer decision making confused and complicated.

As a customer, the job has to be neat with a good reasonable price that's it. Please simplify your packages available for customers to choose easily.

The worst company ever i dubai, they give appointment and not come, the guy on phone is shouting in me when i got nervous from there service.

The sofa cleaning was perfect.
I have a 6 year old IKEA sofa cum bed. These guys got it back to its showroom condition. The cleaner was very professional, ensured safety and covid compliance with a mask, gloves and Shoe cover as well.
The cleaner not only did a professional job but also cleaned the place before leaving.
That extra mile and customer satisfaction goes a long way.

1. Time Management is essential, only place that came out clean was kitchen, the guy took
4 hrs to clean it, rest of the 1 bed room flat was done in 3 hrs, which was a rush through, left with sticky floor
2. All taps and fittings in the washroom have lost their silver color -due to the chemical used, they were shiny and bright before the cleaning, now they black and bronze shade
3. Please discuss detailed pricing at the beginning to avoid last moment discussions

I booked for sofa cleaning service and overall service was good. The staff came for the service was professional with good attitude.

Had a little issue with the arrival time of their staff but they immediately compensate it by making the working time much shorter than 4 hours. Another colleague helped out for a faster cleaning time.
Very happy with the result especially with our mattress. Stains that have been there for years were gone.

Really good service- stubborn tile marks removed and rust stains in my bathroom also removed. Will definitely be using your services every few months for a good clean

Ali was very professional in his approach. Most of all, he completely understood the circumstances of the situation on why the sanitisation was required and was very sensitive. They also sent the invoice after completing the task and leaving the residence. That shows a very trusting attitude. Welldone and may you be showered with success.

Do not deal with these idiots. The manager told me to pay the staff after cleaning and never call them again. Why? Because I complained that they kept changing the arrangement and trying to cancel several times after my booking. Used them 4 times. Also, all their cleaners told me their boss hasn't paid them all for over 3 months and they are in a court battle with him now. Most of the staff has hence left. Stay away!
