Have been working with the Fixperts team for about 3-4 months now for pool service and it has been a pure delight:

1) the team is super responsive at any time in the day
2) they are real technical experts and this shows in the way they approach whenever there is any issue. They do tests based on the results come up with the right solution.this is something that is usually difficult to find
2) the place i am in had some maintenance snags that needed fixing, the fixperts team solved many of them proactively without any extras

Pool maintenance was very poor
They never show up,
The manager was very good (Johnny) but the other staff were not professional at all. Pool water became green, they kept ignoring it, even though I paid in full, they added so much chlorine tablets to a small pool my kids got allergic reaction
Not recommended for pool maintenance at all
Maybe good in other works but not pools and chlorine

My air conditioner was installed by fixperts, well I was assisted by Lord Concepcion to help me to communicate with their company. They took great care of me and were reasonably priced. I'm in the industry, and the installation astounded me. I've convinced my entire family to use them because they did such a terrific job. I'd want to express my gratitude to the entire management team and staff for their assistance throughout this difficult period. Any time I have a heating/cooling or plumbing problem, I will contact Fixperts and look for Lord Concepcion, again. Thank you all for your help, Fixperts!

We recently had our villa renovated by Fixperts. I expected the whole process to be slow and stressful, but due to the professionalism and commitment from the team at Fixperts, the extensive renovation was completed in 11 weeks! Kamal, the Project Manager, was responsive to changes and amendments to the spec throughout the whole renovation and personally chased up suppliers and installers to ensure the renovations were completed by the tight deadline we had specified. Ronnie the project supervisor, was on site everyday managing construction, deliveries, returns and all the other renovation issues in a prompt and effective manner. He communicated regularly with us and highlighted issues that might arise as the renovation progressed. The tilers, painters, carpenters, electricians and plumbers, all under Ronnie's supervision, worked extremely hard and to a high standard throughout the renovation. They arrived on time everyday and were open to changes that we made along the way. The team at the office including James, Talia and Maria resonded promptly and diligently to emails and Whatsapp messages. I had a very positive experience with Fixperts throughout the renovation and would highly recommend them to anyone considering renovating their property.

I dont recommend using this company at all, ok they have fast response but no quality, actually they dont fix, they just take money and no results they dont do their job properly while doing the maintenance for the swimming pool.the big issue with my AC evert week i call to send team i paid alot of money to them for changing the compressor (no warrantees given when they want to change things) after 2 days of cooling with a new compressor the AC become hot, anyway we asked for visit history from your system just to see how many times you have come and you dont fix the issue, and we will submit this file to dubai economy and customer protection.just to check how you deal in
unprofessional way.update, after sending the team to our house to fiix the AC, now become more worse because they have to come every day without saying what the issue the ac work for hours and then suddenly stop working and every day like this they dont know how to fix no reports no things just waste of time and money, this week we are going to take action in dubai economy and consumer protection.we had enough from this they are not clear every problem has a reason but with fixperts no reasons and thats mean their team send to our house they are not qualified after what happened i strongly not recommended them again we will take action because its our right to know whats happing

I have been using Fixperts for the last 3 years and can only recommend highly the company. Not only do they do my annual maintenance and help pre-vent any plumbing, AC, electricity issued but they have as well been a great partner and support on many emergencies and ad hoc work requests (fixing the accesses for rats, replacing defective fan motors, repainting walls in the garden, helping remove a palm tree.) countless number of instances where they were here to help and ensure the safety and enhance our day to day life in the house. It was an amazing experience to do my house renovation with such a brilliant team. Kamal was available and very responsive. The handover happened even before the set deadline to accommodate the urgency I had. The finishing is superb. The after service is brilliant. It was really great to see people put their hearts to their job and Kamal is definitely one of these people. For future clients, happy for you to have a look on the beautiful work he has done in my place.

We had a few leaks in the kitchen, they came out very quickly and fixed them, one was caused by the AC and the other by a leak from the bathroom upstairs. The technicians are always polite and very knowledgeable and trust worthy.

I had installed a partition between dining room and kitchen at my villa. Mr Mani, the supervisor and his team did a superb job that was completed on time and to our full satisfaction. I found all team members ie carpenters, painters, electricians to be courteous, professional and were keen to complete the job on time and a very organised manner. Kudos to Mani and team! Be wary! Standard of work poor. WOW. STANDARD OF PAINT. I WAS TOLD WAS HIGH QUALITY! YOU NEVER DISCUSED OPTIONS. I HAD A QUOTE FOR paint. Why use a non washable paint? Crazy.

The service we carried out was preventative maintenance and the Fixperts team left no stone unturned. They were professional, efficient and clean which my wife appreciated. Take our word for it and don’t waste your time with other companies as they don’t compare.

Worst service for Air conditioning. No technical knowledge. They do trial and error work as anyone who has no experience will do. 5 visits and not able to repair/replace a thermostat. Just unthinkable.

Some time ago had a plumbing issue at my place that also affected the electricity system and had the potential to ruin my whole weekend.

Suhail Warsi, Md. Asim and Jonnie are a great team and very responsive to every call. Very knowledgeable to find Fixed! Even the office is well managed, providing you clear update on weekly cleaning. The Projects team lead by Sachin and his 2 members are very professional, fixed my pool lights and other fixes.

Purchased a service contract before my tenants moved in and there were repairs that were noted and agreed on. They ended up doing the repairs 5 months later and not completed. Very unresponsive since complaint received. Its seems I've wasted my money. Premium Price. Poor service

Very professional, they do my pool cleaning. They ate always on time and their staff are excellent

One of the most disappointed experience. I gave them Apple Watch to replace the screen and they Din not worn me not to wear the Apple Watching the water. So, mother board was distorted and my watch totally compromise. They did not Evan reimbursed the total amount charged for glass replacement.

Also happen with my IPhone pro 11, they replace the screen and did not put the glue and I found out it is at the same risk.

Low professionalism and quality, despite the good quality of call center!

One of the best maintenance companies. The technicians arrived on time (even though I requested them on very short notice), they made sure that our furniture was protected left our place exactly as it was found. No mess. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The worst maintenance company. Back to back issues. Terrible customer service. I’ve had issues from the day I signed the AMC. Totally not worth it. I’ve had more issues with the AMC than without.

An extremely courteous and professionally qualified team. Responsive and mindful of timing constraints. Competitive annual AMC packages with a large team to ensure SLA's are met. I take off 1 star for not having their own pool team.

20th August 2020:

A year down, Fixperts have address their shortcomings and now have their own pool maintenance team for some months now. I have been a happy customer for over 2 years now and considering renewing with them for a third year. I note that the preventive maintenance team need to be a little more coordinated. I often wait for plumber /carpenter to make joint visits, despite making the request well in advance.

Overall ok, but service level and responsiveness became terrible since covid19 hit. Need to be faster on turnaround and better coordinated internally.

The worst maintenance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have had jobs outstanding since January that I have chased weekly.

My children’s air conditioning has not been working for a week. I have had appointments which were not honoured without a call of explanation. I have had to teams Spend 2 hours each without repairing the ac units.

I observed Workmen standing on my kitchen work surfaces today where I prepare food Instead of using the ladders they have with them. Workmen taking their masks off and quickly putting them on when they see me.

Workmanship is meant to be included in my package and I pay for parts. Which is the biggest scam as they they use every excuse under the sun to justify why it’s does not in this instance.

Final demand Invoices sent to me that are not mine which when I query then say oh just ignore that one.

Overall signing up to this maintenance contract is the biggest waste of money.

Have had them for a year now and they’re always fast and efficient. Good value for what you get. Recommend the annual contract.

Have used Fixperts for the past 2 years and am very happy with their services; they know what they are doing, everybody is helpful and polite and to have a contract with them makes life just so much easier.

Fixperts have been my maintenance company for five years now. They are reliable, professional and nice to work with. I can call them 24/7 and they are always on hand to fix whatever is broken in my house. They've come at 1am on a Friday when I've had no water, or in the middle of the night in the summer when an AC breaks - that is why they are worth having on contract. I know if anything goes wrong in my house they will be there in minutes to fix it.

Have been using Fixperts for over 3 years now. They go about things quietly and efficiently. I feel they can be trusted and are good value. Though I am based abroad and take the contract for my tenants in the villa, I have found communication with them very easy and seamless.

Have been with Fixperts for over 5 years, overall very good experience with them. There are rare instances of lack of coordination between their office and maintenance teams, but other than that, professional and quality work.

Working with Fixperts for last four years and found them professional in their work. The booking system is very sophisticated, calls are answered promptly and jobs booked very quickly. One time my circuit breaker at my villa went off and entire house electricity cut off. The team came within minutes to fix it. Thanks to all maintenance team and management.

I have been in Dubai 14 years and used a number of maintenance companies over the years. Fixperts certainly ranks as the best. I use Fixperts for house and pools services and have also used them for kitchen renovations. They have always provided an excellent service. FIXPERTS have been my Maintenance team for several years now. Always happy to renew despite many others offering similar services for less because they are still competitively priced and have the best staff with the best skills from technical matters to communication and accounting. What's not to like?

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. They have awful customer service; never responding on time, never resolving an issue in a reasonable timeframe no matter how small or large the issue is. They are not worth the price. They are dismissive of issues to the point where my ceilings have fallen from several rooms several times, because they either “fixed it” or just didn’t follow up on the complaints. If you value your life or the life of those within your house, I advice you to look else where.
Please be more through with your work before someone sues you one day, thank you.

The Fixperts Team has always been very prompt to attend to my calls all these years that I have been with them. Be it to attend to Planned Maintenance or emergency call out they are always on time and fast to respond. Quotes and work done promptly and professionally. My tenants are happy with the service as well. I am happy to renew my contract with them.

We have been using Fixperts for the past 2 years for our annual maintenance in our house and have been so far extremely happy. They are very organized and follow up on quarterly basis to do the required preventive maintenance such as plumbing, AC and electrical works. Furthermore we did use them for house renovations changing all the tiles in our upper floor as well as for a bathroom renovation. Their quality of work is extremely good and their teams very responsive on feedback. Overall I can highly recommend them.

One of the most unprofessional and unreliable home maintainance companies in dubai.please do not get locked into a long term contract.ask for a monthly trial and guage for yourself.

We have been in the Meadows since 2003 and have had 4 maintenance companies that fell way short of our expectations in terms of quality of work and value for money. To be honest, we were reluctant to try someone else given the mediocre service that we had experienced when a fellow Meadows resident recommended Fixperts. We gave Fixperts a chance 4 years ago and have not looked back since. We are very happy with the attentive service we get from them, their call center personnel and their technicians provide timely and high quality work.
In these difficult times (April 2020), Fixpert recognized quickly that a yearly maintenance contract may be not be a top priority for home owners/renters and took the initiative to come up with incentives for renewal such as an additional Free month. This shows great care and understanding of their customers. Keep up the good work.
