FIXPERTS always offer prompt and good service. I have been using them for many years and very happy with their service.

Recently joined Fixperts contracting and enjoy working in a team. It is crucial to have a toxic free environment in order to concentrate on work and achieve the best results. Looking forward for my contribution:)

Do not use this company, very unprofessional, a 10 day job lasted more than two months, when requesting to speak to higher management i get no response.

Horrible company please do not take contract, it’s very expensive paid 6000 aed and top of it every small job they ask for money. For AC I had to call other company as they don’t know how to fix it. It’s been six month now till date they didn’t complete a single job in my house
So please do not take any contract from them

I have requested for AC service to fixperts.they did a very great job and they give me a competitive price.

Highly recommended all of the team is very professional and very helpful. They always send the team quickly and always providing update.

Very poor customer service, false reports and unnecessary spare part changes at extremely high costs compared to market. Sometimes even I am not sure if the parts are replaced or not. Service is getting worse year after year. This is the last year to have maintenance contract with them.

The poorest service I have ever had. You have stolen my time. Three weeks I was waiting for maintenance. They just feed with promises and appointments that don’t exist. Don’t recommend at all. I am very disappointed. The waste of time.

They all good working.
Very polite and every time I call them to fix everything in the house they quickly come.

Absolutely terrible company! No follow up call, I had to chase to book them in for a survey to complete some tiling works, they took 10 days in which they then sent out a guy to survey, which took all of 5 minutes. Then, they had such high costs and no explanation or break down to these costs!
Not even worth 1 star in my honest opinion.

Booked them for AC duct cleaning via EmaarOne app. They were not able to remove the grids to do the job. It’s a basic for this kind of job. So better think twice before you choose them, make sure that they can access the ducts and hopefully they will do the job. And not sure how and when I’ll get my money back. So all the best using them!

I had zero water in the villa, i called Fixperts at midnight and within 30 mins the crew was in my door step & informed there was a huge underground leak, they closed the water supply.
Within 1 hr i received a call & quote, after approving the quote at 6 am, the team with all the necessary materials came at 8 am fixed the issue permanently.
I wondered how they executed the job within the short time & the water supply is back with full pressure.
I am very happy with the response time & commitment.

I've used Fixpert for a year and the work is done well generally, but at a premium expense; in fact, ever-increasing charges.
Since the beginning, I've paid for a premium plan and upgraded twice.
Fixpert has been my primary contractor for significant out-of-contract jobs worth thousands of Dirhams.

Unfortunately, this company? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
As a result, when you submit a service request,? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? -? ? And also to? ? ? ? ? ? !
This is a very unacceptable? -? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

For example, owing to a misalignment, the door of my pool's fence does not lock correctly while shutting. They corrected it in less than 15 minutes a few months ago, it's a matter of two screws misaligned.

They prefer, however, to send teams on site three times with a supervisor to over-analyze whether it is for the fence team, pool team, or handyman team? !
Meanwhile, the? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ,? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?!

The same thing is happening on another job in my house, where they are attempting to find a loophole in my contract in order to not cover the job and place that call-out charge.

As I was previously asked in such a similar situation after three months in the contract, I will NOT renew, nor will I REMOVE this comment.

If i could i would give them negative stars for the worst service ever. Their full team is rude and very unprofessional. Their after service is pathetic and i would like everyone to think ten times before giving them any contract or work as you will suffer later with their services. They dont pick up or return the calls and when their staff does they are super rude. Worth raising a compalint to dubai consumer court

The customer service was fantastic. Very accommodating and they made sure that there will be a relaible team to fix the issue i had. Highly recommended!

I Dont recommend this company they lack professionalism in the job it self.

Well they have a very good customer service number only but they only reply calls and waste your time.on the technical side they are weak and they are in hurry to come check and go with the excuse of spares or checking the suppliers so basically for them is like changing spares and not even thinking to fix them. My issues was a simple grohe facuet mixer leak which needed teflon tape as simple as that and they went for 2 day going and coming and at the end they didnt solve it (excuse was there was no spares).

I usually go DIY way and i got very good experienceil in plumbing and electric work.

I got my iphone 8's screen replaced and it was done done very neatly. The team was very professional and helped me out and it was a very good job.

We received an email from dewa that our water usage is the double. We called fixpert contracting LLC for a urgent check. They came after one week! According their management they've send the top
technician- plumber.he came and checked the meter at the road for less than 1.minute, and replied that they will send a quotation for checking. I was all the time, less than 4 minutes, with him. Can not imagine that this company is recommended by Emaar.

We have an Annual Maintenance Contract and have been extremely happy with the services!

They store your credit card details illegally, when you pay through your payment link. And can charge you anything they want anytime. Complete fraud. There are many others that are more trustable. They charged me on my credit card, without taking my consent or completing the job
