Worst experience ever, , they take a job to change a simple key battery and took them a long time to discover they can't don't, all aside when you talk to them they don't answer.lin short, earn from minutes.

My experience with Fixperts was great! Himani was incredibly helpful and helped me receive my laptop and iPad within the same day. The best part is that they offer various methods of repair locale- remote, pick-up, or in-store. Extremely convenient for people who are busy. My products were repaired quickly and professionally and I will definitely keep Fixperts in mind for future repairs, as well as recommend them to others!

First class service from start to finish. Himani went above and beyond to help me when I urgently needed my shoes repairing. They were collected and returned to our villa in less than 18 hours! Cannot fault Fixperts and highly recommend. Keep up the great work guys. X

Tightened the screws on my watch bracelet. Quick service and no charge for this little job.
Can't comment on other services. Looks like they change watch batteries and engrave phone cases.

Not very good representation of iqos! They lack a lot of customer etiquette! They make you feel as if they are paying for your iqos replacement. Had a black pocket charger replaced with a copper orange color, because out of stock and the only stick color available was white! Honestly not sure if it is iqos responsibility or Fixperts’ but someone has got to up the level…

Absolutely terrible quality repairs. I got the back of my phone fixed 2 weeks ago that I've had for 3 years. Not even 2 weeks go by and the back of the phone has already shattered. I went back and they didn't offer any help nor did they apologize for providing bad quality products. Never going back

Very friendly staff! I have changed my watch battery at fixperts shop! The service was fast, good quality and fair price.

We went to fix the screen for my husbands phone. After we took the phone the screen stopped working after only few hours. We went to fix it 2 times afterwards (3 fixing attempts) yet the screen is not yet fixed and they are refusing to return the money back claiming that they can still fix the phone (4th attempt) we waisted the Christmas break going back and forth to their shop.we don’t recommend their service at all.

First one which we like but he made a mistake and make for iPhone 12 and again he made another one and which is not like which we said. Customer service is very poor and not professional.

I went last week to change my mobile screen and it was changed within 15 minutes!

Absolute ripoff. Went in looking for a CR2025 battery that I, unfortunately, needed today. Amazon would have delivered a leading brand later today. So I had no choice but to buy it at the mall. Sold it to me for 40AED. Unknown brand to say the least. I get that you pay extra for the convenience to get your product immediately. But not 4 fold.

First time I heard about this place as they were recommended by Iqos team. They got my Iqos repaired in 10 mins. Friendly staff, and I got to know that they do other repair works for electronic hardware, home service, engraving and other staff. Strongly recommend

I have one bad costumer service in this shop.last week I visit shop I ask about my damage bag
assist me one lady she said its totally damage it's not posible to repair anywhere, my good time I visit other one shop its fix already wrong information
mostly she is busy in laptop not able to assist properly in customer

The one place I would not recommend is Fixperts Shop. My experience was a thorough disappointment. Broken promises and worse still not acknowledging that they had broken their promises, but instead hid behind company policy which were not adhered to. A really bad experience and absolutely no customer focus. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Got the iPad touch screen replaced twice in the same shop and it stops working after a 2-3 months. They keep asking for money to replace it instead of honoring the warranty like other places do. Complete waste of time and money.

I had a great experience with fixperts and their technician Mr. Sakkir who was able to repair a damaged screen in less than 15 minutes and was super proactive and respectful. I also repaired and restored a leather handbag. The brand shop was not able to do is as well as they did. Great service with great team.

They took interest in my issue, were confident and very capable. I went to them after going to the bigger outlets where they said my phone would need to be replaced but the technician at Fixperts told me my phone would be as good as new in less than half an hour. He delivered. I am a very happy customer

AWFUL COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COST. I took my automatic TAG watch to be fixed by them because it was not working, they said they fixed it after a few weeks. Once I recieved the watch back, it was running fast by a few minutes per day. I sent it back and received it back several times with the same problem (five times back and forth, very disappointing). They kept promising they could fix it, but they could not. Finally the last time I received it back, it died on my wrist, so now it was completely messed up. This occurred over a six month period and I still have a broken watch. They charged me 1,100aed and refused to refund it for NOT FIXING MY WATCH. I then took it to TAG to be fixed properly with a new Crown for 1,700aed. Their customer service is the WORST and the service team is INCOMPETENT and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not waste your time with Fixperts, they will steal your money and claim to have fixed your watch. Go somewhere else to get the job done right. CROOKS!

للاسف ركبت شاشه على كلام العامل اصليه درجه اولى بقيمة ٨٠٠ريال خلال ثلاث شهور الشاشه انفكت وواخترب جزء منها من غير سبب بذا المبلغ اركب شاشه من ابل ستور, للاسف كنت مستعجل غلطه لن تتكرر

WORST experience ever! Gave in 2 designer handbags, which were returned in worse condition than the original state I gave it in. Took over a month of chasing to receive my bags back as they said they were testing cleaning solutions on my designer handbags. Lack of communication from their end and constantly had to chase to get my products back. DO NOT recommend the service as my items came back more damaged from a very unresponsive company.

Awesome place to get almost anything repaired as well as engraving and making keys etc. The workmanship is impressive and value for money. We asked to engrave a name on a knive and they totally screwed it up. It was a gift and now the knife needs to be resharpened and its full of scratches.a 900 AED professional kitchen knife got ruined. DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE

Fast service and best value in Dubai. I had 2 laptops engraved with names, and they did a fantastic and professional job.

Bad experience. I went to fix my Iphone screen that was working partially, i ended up with a completely inactive device. Technician told me my phone has a hardware issue, not related to the replacement screen he failed to instal. Guess what? I’m using that phone that works perfectly now, after being repaired with a real professional.

Mr. Muhammed shareef was very helpful and kind during my interaction with him by whatsapp, he managed with little time to get my coffee mug done in couple of hours and delivery to the shop where was close to me. Thank you for your help, we were on time to give the little gift for our dear friend. I would highly recomend your shop to friends.

The staff were very attentive. They use their initiative so well and give good suggestions and advice too on how to repair /fix my shoes. Sarah at mall of emirates branch was very helpful. Will definitely be using their service again.

They can fix a lot of things which i will Highly Recommended, reasonable price for watch batteries and bag repairing.

Be CAREFUL! I had over 10 pairs of designer shoes and bags for then to restore and fix, they took sent me an excel where they priced every item after having their ‘technical’ team review for repairs. They have charged me around 2,300 aed and delivered everything to me after 3 weeks with nothing done. Literally being charged for no service. They still have kept my items. When I spoke to the lady she told me they cannot refund me my money and started spewing ‘policy’ I informed her that their policy on stands when a service was completed, which it was not. I will be reporting these scammers to the police.

Great experience through and through.

Right from the start fixperts and their WhatsApp service really hand held the process walking me through every detail and answered all my questions.
The results for my shoe restoration were better than expected. Sure it’s slightly more expensive than most but they were able to do some intricate work others said they wouldn’t have been able to.
Overall glad with the experience, glad with the results and glad I found them!
