Flashback Photo & Video Digitizing Services

Saw an ad for Flashback on instagram and decided to reach out to the team in the middle of the night. First thing in the morning they contacted me and provided me all the information and prices and services they provide. Based on my needs I filled up a super quick form and they arranged a courier pick up. They got me back to me really quickly as I just had two VHS.

Opened the link after payment and played two 30 year old videos! These are extra special because during a move these are the only two tapes that survived and we had given up hope of ever seeing the videos.

Forever thankful to the team for being able to digitize these videos! My immediate family and extended family got so emotional seeing our grandparents again. We lost them both and hearing their voices was just priceless.

Unfortunately I can't recommend. Overpromised, overpriced, underdelivered. No flash drive as advertised but a download link that expired too quickly and can't be recovered. At least I got my money back.

We looooove them! From their professionalism to their end product to understanding our needs and having options that fit everyone, you couldn't ask for a better experience. They really took care of our old photos and mini tapes while they digitized them and brought them back in mint condition. The end product was excellent and we loved how they kept us updated with their progress up to the delivery of the flash drive and the original copies of our photos. They respond promptly to any queries and their starting questionnaire makes it really clear what to expect and when from the very beginning. I highly recommend them to anyone in Dubai who wants to digitize their old photos and tapes.

Great service. They were very responsive on WhatsApp. Coordinated the pick and drop times very well. They took some time to scan all photos but only to do a proper job. All the pictures were scanned and delivered as high quality images which were properly organized in folders.

Really pleased with this fantastic service. From start to finish it has been easy to use and the end result is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The process of pick up and delivery were very quick and easy. The usb provided is perfect to use on all phones, tablets, TVs or laptops. They even resolved an issue I had with my usb in a matter of hours with a new usb delivered.
