Went there on Friday at around 12 and waited for 15 mins amd then left and came back again after 20 mins and no one was there to assist. One man was busy with one client and made no attempts to even acknowledge us. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We worked with 6 different stakeholders for renovations on a flat we purchased and floorworld topped the list, as the worst company we have worked with. They sent a surveyor to evaluate the floor plan and delayed our installation due to the kitchen not being installed. We requested for an early kitchen installation and they were unable to fit the flooring under the skirting. The team does not speak a word of English and we had to communicate through sign language. They were extremely messy and threw the boxes around the freshly painted walls and couch. We had to repaint the mess they created. The flooring installer lacked the basic skills of matching the floor tiles and now looks crooked, the skirting they installed has 3cm gaps in areas and their solution was to fill it with silicon. To top it off, they haven’t completed the Job in over 15 days and we are still missing skirting under the windows. The customer service promises to answer and schedule the installation and then disappears. I will be placing an official complaint under the consumer rights and this feedback here for other buyers to understand what floorworld promises.

We installed our flooring with Floorworld Dubai Marina with the manager, Jackai, he was great at recommending what fits best for our home. We thank him for his insight and design aesthetic. Our home feels so comfortable and warm now thanks to him.

I feel cheated- I approached them for wood floor work in my apartment located in JLT. They sent an estimator to estimate the products and services required for my wood floor work to be done. As per estimation I purchase the product from this company and paid 100% money in advance at the shop located in Marina. Once my work is done, I identify the products which are not used so I ask the salesperson from Marina showroom to take back the unused products and return the money for products which are not used and also the money for services which as in proportion of the products. But still they did not return the money for overestimated products and services. After calling him several times and reminded on WhatsApp and e mail, I finally approach and complained about this company to DED under consumer right protection provided by government. If any consumer want more details, please leave your questions in comment and I will reply the same.

It was really wonderful experience to work with well experienced and highly qualified professionals like Floor World. Especially your sales man Mr. Emanuel who helped me a lot for the selection and complete the work in the time frame.

Down grading my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars due to the fact that we were lied to and deceived by a Floorworld ex-employee who enticed us into making a purchase based on an offering which Floorworld does not offer.

At the time of looking for flooring my wife and I visited the Marina location, we were told by an employee that the company would provide a free service of relating the flooring to a new location within the vicinity, if required. This was important for us because we informed the sales person we only intended to stay at the apartment we were renting for a year or two. Now 10mths later we are moving to a villa just a few km away and Floorworld has informed us the employee who made this offer no longer works for them and have said they will not honour the previous promise.

Nice product and overall decent job in stalling even though they were very late completing the job.

Watch our for their dodgy salesmen. Read the terms and conditions before making any payment.

I agree with Karima. Emmanuel is the best! My husband and me had no idea about flooring and Emmanuel informed us about every single type of flooring. We went to the store like 4 times and every time he was taking a lot of time for us to explain everything. If you go to Floorworld ask for Emmanuel!:)

Emanuel was very good sales man in arranging for me to select the correct Vinyl flooring for our room, even if I never visited the showroom. He sent one of the staff for measurements and show me the samples. I am very happy with the installation and he supported all the timings and fixing according to schedule. Thank you

Floorworld was recommended by a friend of ours who did their home. We went to the showroom to choose the type of flooring we wanted to install in our home. They had quite a variety to choose from, and I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of their sales executive Jithin Alex. When we selected the type of flooring in our home, I was very reluctant as their pricing commanded a premium and I was dreading it wouldn’t match my expectations with the quality and install. I was very wrong, the team arrived and got to work immediately and worked with proper care, something seldomly found. I mean they cut everything precisely, and everything lined up properly on the edges of the room, even the most difficult of locations. After all said and done, yes I paid a heafty price but it was well worth the finished product and the service they provided. Best of all, in the event I move homes, I can take the flooring with me and they will be able to install it in the new home. Well worth the investment. 5 stars, can’t ask for any better.

Material and overall service is good. Finishing is just ok. The big problem was with the workers who came to my home. They were very professional and polite but the company made them work from 8 am to 10 pm. They only stopped to eat bread and rice. I did not feel right. I would prefer that Floorworld would have schedule 3 days instead of 2 to complete the job.

Update after Floorworld reply:

I understand your point but we were expecting the service to be done during office/commercial hours (9 am till 5 or 6pm). We have a 4 years old and two dogs and having workers until 11pm is simple not possible (even for the neighbours as there was machinery noise). My home has 160 sm done and I believe that the service should have been done in 2 1/2 or 3 days. By the way, the service was not complete as I had to ask them to leave after 10pm. There is still things unfinished. I hope your company will come back shortly to make it perfect.

Very reliable Company with good sales force and very good quality products. Very important also the communicatioin skills in English were flawless. Working day of the flooring went very efficiently and accurately; also silikon work was done spotless. The only remark is the problem with English communication with the working force on the working day. Anyways, Company and work to be recommended.
