Extremely dissatisfied with Floorworld's after-sales service. They failed to address our issues despite multiple attempts to reach them.

The lack of communication and failure to honor appointments is simply unacceptable. As customers who have invested our hard-earned money into their products and services, we expected better post-installation support.

I sincerely hope that Floorworld takes this feedback seriously and improves their after-sales service. As of now, I cannot recommend their services to others, as the experience we had with them has been nothing short of disappointing.

Oniehsa the store person was unresponsive inthe beginning and rude in the end. Disgusting. Was on the verge of buying but just put off. Dont know if i shld to another floorworld or just another franchise for the flooring.

We would not recommend this company. After paying 100% advance and weeks of waiting, installation team stopped responding to your call despite daily follow up and despite driving to showroom meeting sales person. After 1 month job still not done. Really high price compare to market but poor performance and no coordination from their sales to installation team.

Floorworld has good flooring products.they have installed the vinyl flooring professionally and fast. Until now, it's really worth it to have the floorings installed. I have 2 kids. So it's a good option for vinyl flooring because it's waterproof as well. Really made a difference with the interior of the house and not worried for my kids to run around and play. I use Floorworld often for most of my Interiors projects. I have always dealt with Anoop and found him to be very helpful and responsive. The installation team always does a great job and I would highly recommend.

Worst experience when it comes to schedule. Unreal. They take full payment. Big mistake from our side to accept such thing. Then they just give worst customer and installation service. Promised three days to install starting from Friday. They started Monday and 6 days later they are still working on it! They show up late and just nibble at the job. I have to say that quality of completed work is good. They claim long term warranty.

I dealt with an agent named Ali. From the consultation to the contract signature everything was handled professional. Especially I was consulted in a way that my needs came first and not the OI or proft of floorworld. I definitely recommend.

We we not the easiest of buyers, we struggled to decide what we wanted but Ali Mahmoud Ali Hamed was so helpful & gave us lots of options. When we decided what we wanted to go for, he assisted us the whole process, even answering my whatsapp questions on his days off! Great service!

Worst floor company, terrible service post sales, the installation team were terrible and super expensive, not worth to spend that money for the terrible customer service offered!
I spent over 12k dirhams on Floor to change it in some areas of my house, and as you can see on the photos that is the way that were installed, after complaining for over 2 weeks with their customer service team, their solution was that I have to purchase more floor again! What a joke!
The manager Nicolas didn’t give me any solution and at one point he stopped picking up the phone! Honestely dont waste your money with this company!

Ordered some flooring for our apartment in November, finally after waiting months for delivery, purely as our builders were on site, we found that the flooring looks nothing like the sample I ordered from the showroom. It was also very cheap quality so we sent it away. I spoke to the person I bought it from in store and they said they will charge me 25% of the bill, 20k I paid for the total apartment, which is just appalling. So I was sent the wrong flooring, or its not as the sample (who knows) I now don't have any flooring and they will charge me for the pleasure of it! I have used floorworld previously for my office and apartment but never again. Absolutely scandalous!

Recently purchased a Gerber vinyl click door from floorworld.
The sales process was v good. I delay with Ali who communicated brilliantly throughout the process.
We had a number of site visits prior to fitout.

On the day of fitting I received a message asking me to come and move furniture as they only sent one guy, which is ridiculous for a floor company. Luckily this was rectified on day 2 when they sent the required manpower.

Please be careful when dealing with them. The worst company that has been dealt with and a complaint was filed against them in Dubai Economy. Consumer Protection. Failed management. Bad installation of parquet

Floorworld’s Gerbur vinyl click flooring and skirting boards have transformed our apartment. Great service, decent price - very happy.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

AND IT WILL BE YOURS TOO, because the company is run by buffoons. I have never hated a business as much as I hated this. This is no exaggeration. I did not even know you could have such feelings towards a company until they came to my life.

First, you can't back out when there is a problem, because they lock you in with full payment which they won't refund.

That out of the way.

* They don't attend your queries on time.

* They send samples without comfirming stock.

* They delay delivering samples and run out of stock by the time you get them to confirm.

* Extremely rude showroom personnel

* They drag everything on and on and on.

* They don't keep appointments to do the work.

* They don't finish the work same day because they did not bring all the parts, causing all your other contractors to rescramble their schedules. I lost a month, with the house open. My payment was done 50 days ago!

* They call you to tell you your ordered parts out of stock. You lose more time until they get the stock.

* They don't do proper job (skirting is not flush and some planks are raised and not matched professionally in patterns), and this after giving 500AED tip to the installers to the the floor properly!

* They do not clean subfloors (and leftover stones from removing skirting make clicking sounds). They cut the wood with a circular saw without a vacuum attachment, making the entire house covered in dust, including under the planks. Sawdust is food for mold.

I called another contractor to rip apart the house and reinstall.

These people stole from my life, really.

I have deleted all their contacts and this review is the last time I will remember their name. I can't explain how much I despise this company.

Absolutely horrified and disappointed with the service provided by Floor World! The agreed work was not performed or delivered in the way that we agreed. They changed the service they delivered and denied what we agreed on and had the audacity to ask us to pay more to perform the work which we had already agreed on in the first place! Every single time a different person calls us and everything discussed with each different sales person is not recorded on their end and changes every single time. Lack of responsiveness and lack of proactivity by Floor World throughout our entire interaction. Empty promises and unfinished work! The last interaction was the the last draw where not only did they deny a part of our initial agreement and did not deliver it, they promised an appointment to return and complete the job and never showed up and obviously denied the appointment was even given in the first place! Absolutely pathetic and shocking. Please beware, daylight robbery. No words can describe how absolutely disappointed we are with Floor World!

Well there are 2 points, unfortunately I didn’t read reviews earlier as they are helpful. In terms of quality it’s a good product but available other places with similar quality and lower cost, unfortunately they request you to pay 100% in advance and now I know the reason as they will make you experience a bad service later and corner you as you have no other choice since they collected 100%. They sell you words than good customer service. They ask for a full day and they don’t complete, then second day and then 3rd and show up late as if people have no other things than watch them. I’m sales they sell you just words but the other staff deal with you as if you hey are the paying customer and Everytime they miss something they ask you to call the sales agent, there is no accountability neither good customer journey. I’m really disappointed with their service although the job is not completed. Such providers should not be paid 100% before completing the job.

Be very careful when you buy from this company. I visited one of their shops today, they are selling fake brands. Their Swiss Hardwood brand is sold as parquet from Switzerland, for LVT and laminate they invented a fake German brand called Gerbür (this does not even sound German), both assortments 100 % Made in China. I am working in the flooring business for more than 30 years, I know what I am talking about. The poor sales guy in the shop is of course not informed about this cheat and lies to customers about the origin of the floors he is selling. Be careful and buy from reliable dealers and check the brands.

Gerbür GmbH is the owner of the Gerbür brand but not a producer. The address in Frankfurt is an office building in which numerous companies are registered, many of these companies are so-called letterbox companies. Gerbür GmbH has only the minimum capital of 25,000 EUR required in Germany, the business of the company is trading (not production) of floor coverings. All this information is public.

The dimension of Gerbür laminate flooring is used by various Chinese producers, but not by European producers. The same is true for the parquet floors that Floorworld allegedly imports from Switzerland. Almost the entire Chinese parquet industry produces a length between 1860 and 1900 mm, the most common dimension is 1860 x 189 mm. Only by this dimension you can identify a Chinese parquet floor 100% without even having seen the product. When you hold the Swiss Hardwoods parquet flooring in your hands, there is no doubt anymore.

The SGS certificates say nothing about the origin of the floors. They only prove that the floors meet certain requirements. But that is not the issue here at all. The only issue is that customers are deliberately deceived. You buy a supposedly German product and get inferior Chinese goods.

I can only confirm what Mr. Burkard wrote about Floorworld. For sure they have added some real brands lately, the most famous one being Quickstep. With few exceptions the rest is from China. This is not really a new thing in Dubai. Alomi, also a flooring company owned by a UK national (who is currently in prison in UAE as far as I know) had the same concept and in the end paid a high price for this. It is very sad, companies like Floorworld get away with this so easily. Nobody cares and the customers pay the bill for this.

Showroom looks great and lots of variety of wood flooring options to choose, The in-house sales person was inefficient though.

And i shocked in less than one year with trampus, they are using bad quality wood for skairting, when i claim this issue the just say that they cant cover this issue by warranty and asking me to pay again for skairting replacment, also bubbles in paint job of the skairting its self

They are mafias. They use Chinese products and claim to be from Switzerland and Germany. Their expensive Carpets are Sharjah Manufactured. Do not trust their quality and look for some other genuine flooring company.

I am reviewing based on my experience be careful. They don't care about costumer. The will charge you 100% in advance then run after them.i try floorexpo much more better service.

Superb service from the salesperson in Umm Suqeim. He assisted me in choosing the perfect flooring for my kitchen. I really liked how it turned out. Highly recommended.

I am reviewing it based on my store visit experience so this is not about their products as I never used them. I think their sales team (or some agents) need to be trained on how to interact with the customers and address the customers questions in a polite manner.the representative who was supposed to help us hardly cared to address our technical questions. Also he was rude to my daughter when she was touching the tiles out of her curiosity. I wanted to address this issue with the store manager/owner in private and asked for the email but they refused it.this store may have excellent products but being kind to each other esp with Kids is much needed.

When I came to the Floorworld I had no idea what kind of flooring would be best for me to choose. The sales executive Ali helped me a lot as he gave me all the information about the wide range of flooring they have in a highly professional and polite manner. I came there a few times and every time Ali was really patient and attentive so thanks to him I am sure I did the right choice and my family will enjoy beautiful, and what is important certified eco flooring.

Very poor customer service to Sales department. Agent provided me the whatsapp number, reading all my messages but Im not receiving any reply. Requested for site visit but they told me that its not possible cause they are full. I sent message 2 days ago so they could have scheduled me already if they just replied to message. So much appointment's for this.

Great product. Excellent services. The ranges of Engineered wood are unbelievable and to price is just unbeatable. What a great product with 25 years warranty and Floorworld also gives 1 year installation warranty. It is a sure place to have your flooring done. They also have beautiful and life time warranty for their LVY Luxury Vinyl Tiles. That is 100% water proof. It looks and feel like a real wood. They have over 10 branches across UAE with a massive warehouse. That is why what ever product you select always in stock for immediate delivery. Floorworld is the Best.

Parquet color different from which I purchased & golden profile I ask mat but they bought shiny. Coloring parquet they not professional at all. I ask for a refund before installation manager refuses

Used them couple of times for my apartment. They told material will not be chipped and it has warranty! Called them multiple times issues fixed but the product color is now different of which i have purchased?

They installation team came very late no follow ups from their team and their vinyl product is not good.

Beautiful ‘Swiss Hardwood’ flooring and many thanks to Onisha. Had some teething issues at the start but they were resolved through Onisha’s resilience in solving the matter. All in all great product and service. Many thanks!

We visited their one of the branch, We like Gerbur product which is very good. Although, I went to The Dragon Mart and found the same Gerbur at cheaper price compared to Gerbur product available at Floorworld.

I bought it from Dragon Mart from cheaper price than them! And I am wondering if their product is really from Germany as i bought from Dragon Mart.
