Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments

Have been staying in this hotel/apartment off and on for the past few years and have appreciated the quality of the one bedroom city view apartment as there is no traffic noise. Creek view is a misnomer as that does not really exist with a major residential and commercial development having been built on the creek directly in front of the hotel. So don’t pay extra for a view you won’t really get. Housekeeping staff seem pleasant and respectful. Front desk staff a bit hit and miss and there seems to be a considerable turnover the past year plus in staff across the board. The gym space on the top floor is nice and never or seldom in use. The pool area on the ground floor dark and not welcoming. All in all it’s an ok place to stay but t I do have questions about the reservations and sales teams and their flexibility on rates especially for frequent customers. Location good if staying in Deira but a hike to get to newer parts of Dubai.

I will start by saying that their staff is excellent. All of them were very friendly and helpful.

But I do have some comments to add. I dont know if the hotel can improve on this, but who knows.curtains in the shower. This is just not done anymore.
Standing in the shower and getting a not so (in my eyes) hygienic curtain on my body is just not pleasant. Get them out and change it with a small piece of window.

I recently enjoyed a 15 plus day stay that exceeded expectations. The rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean, thanks to the diligent work of housekeeping staff Dinesh. The highlight was the outstanding culinary experience at breakfast, where Chef Swaroop showcased his expertise with delectable dishes. The food was giving me a feel at home experience. The service received from Eldho and Mohammed is well appreciated. Overall it is a seamless and memorable stay. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every aspect, making it a top choice for an extended and delightful stay. Highly recommended!

I know this hotel since 2017 and stay in this hotel is always enjoyable and peace. Staff are very courteous and humble. Worth to stay especially if you planning for long stay.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. Me and my husband really like the stay. We stayed there for a month. Rooms are spacious, clean, the breakfast is really good, the service staff are so good, hospitality superb specialy Sital and Eldho. Also the housekeeping staff is great and they accomdate most request even they go out of the way to help. I will definitely recommend this hotel everything is so perfect. Perfect location for commute and near to Dcc.

This property is surprisingly cosy and homely. It seems to be a hidden gem. The coffee shop was pretty much where I used to meet people.

Sital was exceptional with her service. Above and beyond to handle and deliver our orders, time and time again.

The reception and restaurant I give them 5 stars for the service.but housekeeping I really 0 the don't know how to clean and just doing rush job to finish unprofessional

A very spacious apartment with almost all amenities. More supports should be provided to get into and out of bathtubs for senior citizens and invalids

I had booked their banquet hall for a pre-wedding function and had ordered for a South Indian inspired dinner buffet. Aviral assisted me with the booking and was very helpful in arranging everything on short notice. He and the team were pro-active throughout the event in their service. What was the highlight of the event was definitely their food! I never expected their South Indian food to be sooo good. It was mind-blowingly awesome. Especially their beef fry! I received several positive feedback from my family, relatives and friends. At the end of any event, it is always the food that matters to people. This one, I can say with full confidence - WE SHALL NEVER FORGET!

Great location, clean, friendly staff, The hotel staff (Vetri, Abu, Aman and the life guard (forgot his name) treated us very well and always with a smile.

Where one feels easy relaxed with cordial staff positive ambience safe peaceful surroundings, where one doesn't mind extending stay is as second home.keep it up

Amazing facilities and immaculately clean. Staff were very friendly and very covid aware and safe.

Pretty run down apartment hotel, very old rooms, interiors, bathroom (no shower room, one has to stand in a congested bath tub and take shower), the lighting is very poor.

The rooms are very spacious, metro station and Dubai Deira city center mall are steps away from this property.

This place is perfect. Location is great with few steps from everything i need for shopping.

The hotel is quite at night with many families and kids so you can always enjoy a good night sleep.

The stay was very good plus the services. The services we great especially received from Sohit Kumar. Room number 813,807,803.

Good choice for a Party Hall. Close to Deira City Centre.
We booked the Coral & Pearl Hall for a Birthday Party with close family members it was good enough space for 30 pax.
The staff was very helpful, a special thanks to Mr. Aviral the Banquet Manager who was easy to deal with and had very good suggestions with regards to the food and hall decor.
During our party we had one staff with us the whole time Mr. Riyas. Our used were cleared of fast and anything we need was adhered.
Overall our function went smooth thanks to the staff, the food was delicious, hall was good. The washrooms was just outside the hall.

Very bad hotel. It is a furnished apartment not apartment hotel. Nothing available in rooms. You have to ask for each item on daily basis.

Very courteous staff. Great service! Amazing rooms, very spacious and really appreciate the variety of crockery provided. Great location close to DCC. The salmon steak available in the in-room dining was super-yummy!

First of all, I was from India so I did not feel that I was far from India bcz mostly staff from my country. About the room and hotel every thing was perfect. They cleaned my room everyday awesome.

But something I want to highlight I was there for 14days and I want to stay more but the price is very high compare to other near by hotel. Also food in the hotel is very expensive, if you know to cook then is good.

Rest all is very good.wish, I can stay more.

I am getting excellent service from the housekeeping staff. He is very helpful persone. Sohit kumar are doing great job. I am to much happy with his service and location is very good. Next time I will come here.

We stayed 3 weeks in this hotel. The hotel is well located, closed to everything (restaurants, metro station, airport, Dubai city center mall, Dubai center…). Hôtel with affordable prices and excellent services. Would recommend it.

The manager and the housekeeping team on my floor know their jobs and I am extremely pleased with the service. They are Sabith Raj (manager) and other staff on his team include Amat and Sohit who are vey pleasant.

Wooow! The hotel is fantastic.clean.there services are wonderful.as a family we enjoyed our stay.close to deira city center mall and close metro and airport.
Easily accessible in a wonderful area.the rooms clean and the staffs are so wonderful.its a nice place to be and i didnt regret my stay.

Good.near to deira city centre mall and metro station.my experience with them is not memorable due to poor housekeeping services but people working here are very friendly.

The Air-conditioning is low and the rooms are hot. Kitchenware are small and not for group cooking. Filthy sofa and pillows, dated TV, broken electric pot, clogged sinks. Most of the times keycards are not working. Pool is full of chlorine and itchy. NOT for people who wants to enjoy and bond with families and friends as they charge every single visitor if they exceed after 9pm of stay. They charge without even giving spare blanket or towel to your visitor that they monitor through their CCTVs.

It's a home away from home. The staffs are so good at what they do. There is this staff named Tej Man Dahal, he is really hardworking, dedicated and nice to the guest. He is prompt and accurate when you request something from the house keeping team.

I got excellent and amazing service from the Housekeeping and Front office in this hotel Mr.sabith the floor supervisor always helpful for everything and the cleaning also excellent for the cleaning special thanks to Mr. Mohan and the Front office staffs MS. Danika ' and Fayaz also helpful. Highly recoment this hotel for everyone.and Rayana staff Hozefa is more helpful. Again special thanks for the housekeeping team that make as feel like home. Making towel arts and the cleaning service.

Flora Creek have very nice location near city center for shopping and entertainment.
My stay in Room 111 I have very kindness from staff and Housekeeping team make my room very clean every day for more than one month forwork.
Saboth Raj great supervisor, Andrews Mohan, Abubakar and Reception team also the breakfast is nice.

Nice hotel appartment.spacious and clean appartment.recommend it for long stay. I will come again.

I always stay at the Flora Creek Apartments when in Dubai, primarily because of its location close to Diera City Center. Very cordial atmosphere and friendly and caring staff. Strict enforcement of COVID protocols that makes you feel safe. The F&B section and their service is top notch. A special mention for Aviral, Rini and Eldo Monci from the F&B who ensured the morning breakfast had a perfect start to each and every single day during our stay.

Almost 3 months now the housekeeping incharged on the 10th floor are providing good services. They will ring our room every morning to clean even u won't inform the housekeeping operator who is very customer friendly. The rooms are so cozy and comfortable to stay. The services are quick. The location is very strategic and close to DCC
and metro station which is very accessible to other places if we want to shop. The receptions are very customer friendly and polite with the concierges and staffs are so helpful. I would like to suggest if the breakfast must have some variations 3 to 4 times a week in menu much better although it has a lot of varieties of menus served
and choose upon. Its really a best hotel apartments to stay specizlly for longand I would strongly recommend this to other friends.

We often book in Flora, and this time we had a very bad experience with one of the staff, his name is Shree, a very rude one. We had 4 bookings and with his attitude and rudeness toward us, it is not acceptable…will never again book in this hotel, as long as he still works there, it is such a horrible experience this Eid.

Apartments are cozy, clean and spacious, you got everything you need in the apartment, it’s fully equipped with everything you need, furniture is good also, housekeeping is awesome, helpful and fast.
Super near to the metrostation and aldiera city center 2 minutes walking distance to everything you need, also you have variety of restaurants and cafes around!

Very nice place! The housekeeping were respectful when I asked for the time! Front desk is also respectful and nice! The only problem is the pool guy - dark skinned guy needs reprimanding I went to the pool he starts questioning me I said I’m 16, then he starts asking over 16 or under 16 so I said over since I’m 16 and a month, he starts calling the front desk for my DOB, I’m sorry you don’t do that you believe the customer you sick fellow I was in room 206 from March 25-April 5
AND DONT TELL ME THE STUPID DUBAI GOVT. TOLD YOU NOT TO BELIEVE SOMEONE! I SAID I AM 16+ AND THE POOL GUY DIDNT BELIEVE ME

نظيف وهادي ووسيع وتعامل الاستقبال لطيف وكان سعره ارخص من البوكنق ويرتبو الغرفه بعد ماتطلع منها بدون ماتقولهم عشان ترجع الليل وهي تمام. فيها مواعين وغساله ومنشار وكوايه. البلكونه مقفله وطلبنا يفتحوها وينظفوها. وطلبنا سرير اطفال. اخذو منا تامين قبل ندخلها ٢٠٠ ريال وبعد ماطلعنا شيكو ورانا ورجعوها. الاضاءه جدا خافته كان اعتمادنا ع الشمس اكثر. شكرا لتعاملكم الراقي ️

I like the stay, very large and comfy. Place, only recommendation is with breakfast buffet area, service is extremely slow and they do not have any one to monitor the service and customers.

مكان مايستحق قيمته خدمة سبئة جدا طلبنا من الموظف ان تنظف الغرفة كاي فندق وخرجنا لخمس ساعا ت للاسف رجعنا ولم تزل غير منظفة وعندما طلبناخدمة الغرف ارسلوا لنا عامل صغير بالعمر قام بتنظيف سئ جدا للغاية بالاضافة الى المناشف البالية والمقطعة لايمكن ان تجدها باسوء الفنادق كنا مقررين ان نقيم ثلاث ليال كنسلناوغيرنا اقامتنا لغير مكان لاانصح احد به ولايستاهل قيمته

الفندق عبارة عن شقق فندقية مجهزة بشكل جيد يوجد فيها مطبخ تحضيري و غسالة ملابس (بدون نشافة) و يتوفر منشر غسيل للملابس داخل الشقة لكن لا يتم توفير صابون للملابس او للصحون، يتم توفير بطل ماء كبير يوميا مجاناً و شاي و نسكافية كذلك.

Very spacious and well maintained rooms. Staff are proactive and quickly respond to a request or query. Haven't had any food here yet. I definitely recommend it and would come back again.

Beautiful hotel apartments located in a great area. Near restaurants, shopping and public transportation. Very clean with polite curtious staff.

Stayed with family for 9 days in Dec/Jan and it was great experience. It was our second stay in hotel apartments and will choose it again for family stays.
You can find shopping mall, restaurants including budget restaurants near the hotel. Deira city centre metro station is just <10 minutes far.
Highly recommended!

Not happy with the way they treat visitors of their checked in guest. They should inform from the time of booking that it is not allowed to entertain guests and not during checkin

The hotel was REALLY SO GOOD. Only 1 thing bad over there. The things over there r costly I meant the food. The juice, the chocolates, the nuts, the chips which is kept at the rooms. Rest everything is nice

A beautiful bird playing around the beach, with its entertaining squeaky song on a beautiful day with a very conducive weather complimented by the cold breeze coming from the splashing ripples of the ocean. I have never seen such a type of birds before.
