Used their service this week. Extremely inattentive customer service. Do not order from them and expect on time delivery. Business owner needs to relook at their employees EQ.

I ordered a Christmas centerpiece from Florette this morning and it was delivered a few hours later in perfect condition. Magnificent piece, and the price was very reasonable for Dubai and for the quality + service. Will definitely get more flowers from Florette in the future:)

My card was charged several times for the same order. I sent all the infos to Florette team. Took them more then 6 hours of ping-pong with whatsapp messages to identify and refund only one of the transactions. However the amount is still not in my account. I have been a recurrent customer for some time and the level of disappointments cannot be even described. Sadly this is another example of business with a nice website only and mainly based on greed. I asked them to reimburse the money asap because I was waiting also for a delivery from a pharmacy and was very important.however they simply couldn't or wouldn't make it right given the time constraints. It seems customer service/retention is not a priority.
As a business owner myself I was expecting to find behind this business at least a responsible management team that is able to properly handle and do a service recovery following a situation in which their own process caused an undesirable situation. The management team created a horrible after sale experience, … they didn't even care to ask if they can do anything to compensate for this mishap even less to reassure that something like this will not happen in the future… They just delivered the order and considered the matter closed. Thats for sure the last time i order from Florette.

We have used Florette a number of times. The flowers have always been beautiful and impressive. I used them today, ordering from the UK for delivery to The Ranches. Janet saved my day. Thank you ever so much.

Florette is by far the best flower shop I have ever ordered from. They bring in the best quality flowers, they make stunning bouquets and are extremely reasonably priced for the quality you receive. Their staff are responsive and very polite. I will always recommend Florette in heart beat and I wish them all the success!

Ordered flowers for Womens day for my wife to be sent to her office address for the 1st time and what a horrible experience it was, placed an order at 8.45 am and it was ready by 3.42pm but until 8.20pm there was no sign of the delivery until I called them up and they tell me we dont give a delivery time, I asked them so do u deliver after the entire day has passed and she says I'm sorry we dont give a delivery time, I rather order flowers from a smaller shop that would atleast deliver on the day than after the day has passed. I would never recommend this shop.

Had a wonderful experience this morning with Florette! I wanted to gift two of my friends two flower bouquets and I sat scouring the internet for a good value for money flower shop and it was hours until I found florette! Their reviews were fabulous and the website was so user friendly. There was also the fact that you can get 30 stems of tulips for less than AED 150.now. This made me even more doubtful as nowadays one can never be sure! So with this price point. I had to see what the final products where like.so I went onto their Instagram account and checked out their testimonials.and that’s when I realized that I have hit the JACK POT! Everyone was posting their orders (wether as the buyer or the receiver). The flowers all looked so beautiful, fresh and amazing. To be honest, I got worried again when I read on the website that they don’t do gift wrapping and only use Kraft paper. I ultimately don’t mind that, but my concern was that it would look abit industrial - but I was so wrong! It looked so beautiful and lovely! Here are the two bunches of tulips which I bought. So GOREGOUS!

Definitely one of Dubai's best flower shops! Florette's arrangements are masterpieces that can be admired and awed by flower-lovers and non-lovers alike! In addition, I am really impressed with the quality and freshness from previous orders I have placed. A big 'thank you' for brightening up our lives with such bespoke arrangements!

The BEST florist in the UAE! Never ever had a celebration without them because they send good vibes with their flowers (at no extra cost!)!

Florette is not only synonymous for exquisite aesthetics in terms of flowers and plants but they're also highly unusual and unique choices. Never did i think I could display apples and cotton balls in vases but hey presto! Florette makes it possible in the most STAGGERINGLY BEAUTIFUL way.

I literally have been buying from Florette for over 3 years now and sometimes even multiple times in a month. Price wise they are extremely affordable (unlike their competitors) and the quality is sublime. Cant recommend these guys enough and to Tanja, THANK YOU for bringing warmth and light into my home and that of my loved ones.

I’ve ordered online through their website paid already, not delivered on time, nobody called to say in sharjah you cannot order after 12 midday, their phone is turned off, no replies on dm or whatsapp! Very disappointed!

Have bought a few bouquets in recent weeks and they are perfect. Very quick delivery, all on time and flower quality is excellent!

The most unreasonable florists! I specially came to their head-office (in the middle of nowhere) to confirm order and delivery for the birthday bouquet and staff confirmed everything. When next day I wanted to place order they told that they can not guarantee delivery. When I said that staff already confirmed me everything yesterday and ask for possible delivery timing, they simply ignored it and stopped to reply by whats app. Do not recommend it!

Called and spoke to the team there about an arrangement for next Thursday (8 days from now), gave her my budget (AED600) and the flowers I was after. I was told it was not a problem and to WhatsApp photos of the style I was after. I did, was told it was not possible that they are too busy and that the only way they could do it is if they charged AED1000. Total scam artists. Fortunately there are plenty of other florists out there worth spending with!
