Very bad customer service, I have placed an order that was supposed to be delivered at 18:00 till now 20:20 it is not delivered. I have tried calling the number they have on their website more than 10 times and now one answers. When I tracked the order on their website it shows that it went out for delivery at 17:00

The staff of Florette deserve a five-star rating. Very helpful and so patient. Responded to every query with suggestions and pictures of arrangements. Assisted till late in the day on whatsapp to finalize the selection. Still sensing my apprehension on selection, they advised me to visit the shop the next day. I admit I was quite pesky with my questions, but the staff handled everything so professionally.
Quite reasonably priced and they have an excellent collection of flowers. Very creative with the arrangements as well. Overall, an excellent place for all your flower requirements (planned in advance or even last minute).

Ordered two bunches of Ranunculus from this shop. The delivered flowers were old. 25% of the flowers died within the first 24 hours, the rest died within the next day. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I ordered (an paid) 2 weeks in advance a beautiful bouquet for delivery. Less than 24h before the delivery was supposed to happen, I received a whatsapp informing me that it was no longer available. The alternative offered was very limited and not my preference. But, what can one do when an order it placed well ahead of time and you get only a couple of hours to decide. It was not mentioned on the website that bouquets had limited availability, the interaction with the shop on WhatsApp was poor. I only got a "thank you for your understanding" and poor alternatives. They could have at least let me know earlier the paid bouquet was no longer available. Disappointed with the way it was handled for the le price paid.
