One idiotic customer started screaming at my wife and kid while I was away. None of the staff knew how to handle the situation including the manager named Lins and F&B director Dinesh, extremely incompetent guys.

Service very slow, food is super normal, adding it i had yo wait more than 15 mins to get my change and anther 10 min to validate my car parking

It's good but not the best, food is good but very limited options aside from that desserts also very limited, but staff was helpful and polite and that's also matters, but comparing with other alternative restaurants, it's can't be in the same level

Absolutely fantastic, local, tasty food with a great choice of dishes for everyone (meat lovers, vegetarians, kids). Great service.

You pay for the drinks, coffee and tea. Service is Ok. But not much variety of options but good quality food. Outside seating is beautiful

The Flow kitchen restaurant at the Fairmont is one of the best. The food is wonderful and the staff are most attentive, friendly and hard working, ensuring that you receive the very best of service. I would recommend this to anyone.

The best sushi chef in Dubai unbelievable good! Superb hotel buffet style restaurant. I've eaten here several times over the last couple of years and and never once had a poor meal. The kitchen team are simply amazing. Keep up the good work guys.

The best restaurant there is in the Fairmont. Breakfast is served here and there is a wide range available. We also came here for dinner and the range of food they serve on the buffet is incredible. There is something for everyone here. The seating in the garden area is nice. Would definitely recommend eating here if staying in the Fairmont hotel on the Palm.

Service was bad and didn’t have a lot of option as Gluten intolerance.the chef offered to prepare me a gluten free pasta. The waiter charged 3 mint lemonade (from the bottle) 105 AED present it as fresh. He claims that the gluten free pasta would cost extra but won’t charge me. The manager of this restaurant didn’t knowledge or say a single word to my complaint on the service.

Food was always fresh, there is everything for all the different tastes, gluten free section was wonderful!

Its is such a great place! Alot of good food! Service is great and so is the cleanliness of the place.

Delicious breakfast, big variety of fruit and healthy options for a very picky person as myself! You may also choose seat outside by the pool in the sun or under the umbrella and admire view of the city.

Good food but salty.as usual in Dubai buffets. Staff not very smiling.and not very clean tables. Weird for a 5*

In the basement floor of the luxurious Firmont the Palm, nicely decorated, with private dining areas for groups.

Great selection of food if you're going for the brunch or dinner buffet. And considering the quality and selection, when you use the "Entertainer" voucher it becomes extremely affordable and a must try.

The layout of the buffet was vast, the food was very tasty and the ambiance was great. Thoroughly enjoyed it
