Absolutely disappointing. Pre-ordered for Valentines day. They reached out 2 days before Valentines day asking to pay double or reschedule as they are busy. Unacceptably rude customer care and they also send message to recipient ahead of time and informed of arriving gift forcing the customers to pay double for Vday delivery. Choose an alternative and never rely on this service. Absolutely worst in UK.

Inflexible, So if you don’t have a WhatsApp number they can’t deliver the flowers. Horrible delivery, and average flower quality. Not worth it

Ordered a gift for my dear friend last week. The whole order journey and quality of flowers was amazing. I am hooked and will order more.

Just shared same road with one of FlowarD’s vehicle number plate 79878 and i swear it has been a terrifying experience. I think the driver was suppose to be enjoying a day off at autodrome but was denied leave so he thought let’s play death race on al khail road.
It actually reflects very very badly towards the organization he works for

Worst customer service and after sales service.they send me wrong invoice and they didn't want to correct the amount I already paid to waive it from my company's accounts.really disappointed. Will never order from them again.

I have received the flowers not fresh and the wrapping was dirty and when I complained through their watsup they simply replied we delivered the flowers in excellent condition

Wasn’t expecting to have that bad after sales experience! Their support team are super unprofessional not cooperative and respond super late.

One of their agent closed the WhatsApp conversation while am talking to her when I resent again she said “I answered u with all information I have”

Seriously! They have ruined the surprise gift I was planning for!

I wish I have read these reviews before ordering. And also you know when you hoped that Google would have a 0 star rating or even negative then this would be the perfect example for it. Anyway I can go on and on about them but just avoid them. I was meant to receive my order 24hrs ago for mothers day, customer service is very incompetent all they can say is I apologise and call you dear.yet nothing is done just shocking how are they even operating

The worst ever services provided!
First of all they are late, instead to bring the flowers at the same day, they bring you after 2 days and guess what faded flowers! The driver is way to rude and giving explanations that he is too tired to deliver the order after 2 days.so he is gonna bring on 3th day!

Shame and it happened twice on Valentines and my birthday

This is not the first time I received rotten fruits ans dying flowers from Floward
I shared the photos with Aymen from customer service on Floward WhatsApp and he asked to refer back to the number who sent the order.
This is beyond ridiculous, when you’re in the gift industry you should understand that nobody wants to say to their family/friends ‘thank you for the rotten fruits and old flowers’ your team must be trained to take immediate action and replace them on the spot!
I Will never use your services and will never recommend…

The most unprofessional team that I have come across.
Calling their customer care center is like speaking to an automated machine which will never have solution to your problems! And to make things worse they cannot even converese in English.
They charge you 50 dhs extra on delivery and still can never keep up on time!

Avoid at all costs. Terrible experience in all steps, missed delivery time, damaged goods, no communication, and useless customer service.
